The woman that works there named Jennifer (light woman with braids) has poor customer service skills. If she doesn’t want to work then she probably shouldn’t have a job. I purchased an item on line and went to this particular store to pick it up. I had 3 items for purchase as well. She refused to ring them up and sent me on a long line for self service because several of the machines didn’t work. I have never been to a Target that would not do this, especially since I was already picking up an item. This was a first. She was clearly discriminating against me as she rang up a purchase for a person before me and after me. I told the manager who suggested that he understood and that she was wrong. I promised to address this matter with her. However, I did not leave with a feeling that he would address this matter with her so I decided to write this review. Jennifer requires additional training.. I won’t return to this store.

Very bad customer service , I asked for help to get the locked door open to buy essentials , the guy said to wait , while he was not doing anything just walking around as well as another female employee , I decided to use the sensor to bring attention as they were not helping me when I asked so, finally minutes after when they felt like assisting me , the female employee came with such nasty attitude. How can they hire such people who can’t do a simple job as opening a locked door when they were clearly not doing anything but walking around laughing. This place needs better management. ASAP.

I like going to this Target coz it’s the nearest one in my place. Staff is very rude, I was asking about a hand cream and they kept on saying the “back cabinet” instead of assisting that’ll only takes 5 mins. They kept on pointing that took me 30 mins before finding the product. Staff is not wearing they’re ID badges. Old lady on female dress section should find another job instead of working with attitude. Please value your customers.

I’m giving a two star review because I mostly use this target for drive up orders and returns. There’s one female employee who is so rude and angry with her life lol. She legit throws the products in my car or I recently returned a dress and she was so rude like just walked away when she scanned it didn’t even say “you’re all set” and then she legit dragged the dress across the sidewalk and into the store so bizarre.

I will never come back to this target again. Half the stock is empty, the rest is locked in cabinets that you cannot access. The paging system that you're supposed to use to page employees to open the cabinets don't work. And the employees are all socializing with each other, hiding from the customers, laughing at customers who need assistance, and/or just checked out. Worst target I've ever been to.

Came in on a Sunday morning looking to pick up an electronic. 30 minutes no target crew to assist me. I even used the hand sensor I could hear the manager request someone and no one showed up. Seems as if no one wants to work.

It's a target. Not the most well stocked but not the worst either. The layout is not super intuitive to me, I've been here a few times already and still find I have to do too much thinking and walking around to find everything I need.Self checkout works well but I'm annoyed that they don't seem to have regular checkout as an option anymore. Once when I was shopping my baby started crying, I really would have loved to dump my items on the counter and have someone else scan and bag them more efficiently instead of trying to juggle the baby and the checkout and the stuff. There's no such thing as service anymore.That said, it's a target. I'll keep going back because I like the items they offer at the prices they offer.Oh and the drive by pickup for online orders is really good. I find that things I want are often not available for pickup orders at this location, but what I do order is always ready on time or early and they come to your car quickly.

I have three issues with Target1- The young people who work there spend a lot of time talking toeach other, and the profanity.2- The store has empty shelvesBecause the stock is in boxes in the aisles.3- I used to be able to run in grabmy laundry supplies and a snackBut now all detergents are beautifully displayed behind a great wall of glass, and waiting forsomeone to come is a time waste.4- Sorry , did I say 3 issues I have aFourth. Check out, my my always aline out of the six self check outMachines 2 will be out of service.Other than that I love TARGET...NOT.!

Regular attention and had to wait forever to get the deodorant aisle open. All the aisles are closed with a lock, I presume cause people shoplifting easily. In general, not a good experience

I’ve been going to this target for a while. Mainly to get my son’s formula. Now the milk is locked up, before it wasn’t. I get why it’s locked up that not the issue. The issue is when I request for someone to get me milk, I’ve literally been waiting 15-20 mins just for someone to come & unlock the glass. If the milk is going to be locked up maybe more employees need the key to the glass or the employee with the key need to stay in the area. I don’t always have 15-20 min to waste. I sometimes be in a rush. I just feel like it’s a huge inconvenience. Then when you constantly bother the same employee about someone coming to unlock the glass they appear to be annoyed.

I was in Target on Sunday evening on, January 30,22.When, Target security accused me of stealing, she stopped me as I was proceeding to the exit to get my wallet from the car “Ms. you can not leave the store with unpaid merchandise.” She repeated herself @ least 4 times. I opened up my bag which was a Target bag filled with $40 worth of Starbucks cakes I purchased from inside of Target store prior to shopping inside of Target. She started laughing after accusing me of stealing😡. In the moment of being accused of stealing and profiled, I felt a rush of emotions ranging from shock, being violated, humiliated, confused, disrespected and as well a mockery of being a black woman. When she responded “Look @ the color of my skin, I’m a black woman.”Had I responded with anger and physical force, I would have been seen as the Angry Black Woman” who could not control her emotions. Nobody that represent/ work for Five Towns Target apologized. The Apology should be just as loud as her humiliation.

Service was ok. Except when it was time to check out. The self check out was lined with so many people and only one cashier. Plus, my cats' food went up like 33%. And this was a 16 oz bag. Can you imagine if they had the 25 oz!!. Which they did not have because of shortage. Outrageous. This has nothing to do with the post pandemic. This is price gouging. I am so disappointed. I may never come back.

On the smaller end for a target but nice, local and convenient. It’s usually clean. Here and there out of stock on items that are needed. The local delivery is usually pretty good as well. It also has a nice Starbucks in there where all the staff there is very friendly.

I have never seen a Target, where all the toiletries soap and detergent basically all the quick things that you need to run to the store for is locked up. They need needed to spend more money on security instead of locking everything up and making it really inconvenient to get what you need and there’s also literally only one human there to check you out. The rest is self check out.

I had a pleasant experience doing returns with a lady named Shana today. She was very polite, courteous & even funny. She honestly made by morning. The store is very clean & neat which I like. Yes it's small, I was told it is a Target express. This is the reason why is so small. All the complaints on the reviews is crazy. I'm just greatful we have a Target in the neighborhood. People always want more.

This target is terrible there is never anyone To help and they are always closing the store early this is the only Target that close the doors 15 20 minutes before they close I don’t understand and the dude at the door be mad rude .

At this location you will find a very unprofessional manager and some employees. You are speaking to them and they flat out walk away from you and ignore you while you're talking. I had a situation where I called corporate in the store and luckily I still was on the phone with a corporate representative while the situation was happening so they documented everything because the manager refused to talk to them. It's the disrespect and rude behavior. I've witness people walk in there and be disrespectful and the manager and employees would run to accommodate them. But when a customer is polite and quiet they're the ones being disrespected. That makes no sense to me. This place has so many previous bad reviews. Why isn't anything being done about it. I will never go to this location again.

I Purchased baby formula. I went back to return it cause my baby got sick the manager, Chris or Supervisor whatever the heck he is said that he was not going to take the formula.cuz he doesn’t feel like it. that is so ridiculous that I have to deal with nonsense this kind of personality rude unnecessary The policy of the store, says I’m able to return any item even though was used.

I wish I could score a “ 0 “ , I was there last week, I tried to return an item and one of the security guys treat me an my daughter so bad!!! He scream to me and said so many bad words to my daughter he said she was a bi.. and so many times ! Such a bad way to treat customers! He scream so loud customers were looking at us… so embarrassing! The manager heard the guy screaming to us and came to apologize for the horrible acting of this guy. I don’t recommend this store … is not the first time they treat me bad. Target should have employees that have a litle knowledge how to treat customers.

I visited this Target last Sunday for the first time. It's not that big, but it is very nice and clean. I purchased a few large grapefruits for $1 each, which were very fresh. I would definitely come back here to shop for all sorts of things.The self checkout is super convenient.

Poor customer service.. was harassed 3 times by management while checking out my purchase.. if Target is working so diligently to prevent loss/Theft, go back to hiring cashiers. I don't want to spend my money and work for you at the same time.. I especially don't like to be accused of stealing anything

I feel bad for the bad reviews but my experience was great! My fiancé and I came here because I needed nail polish top coat and a swimsuit. We found the swimsuit quickly but before that my fiancé pointed out that they had rare Funko Pop figures of TLC! I quickly picked them up and placed them in the shopping basket. That was another point-only get a basket not a cart. Other people are right the aisles are too small for carts but it can work if you pay attention and need to use them due to a disability or because you are getting a lot of items. Anyways, the swimsuit I tried on at home fits perfectly. I am especially grateful to the security guard who helped me take the security tags off after proof of purchase. She was very nice and she had really nice nails! I also made a quick stop by the haircare aisle to get a deep conditioner as well as a hand lotion. They seem to have basics. Which is fine. I would get other items I use more often in the Costco nearby. Overall, great experience. Self checkout was quick and the store is clean.

The store is small. The associates have to make sure the food is not expired. I bought a couple of things twice and it was stale. The workers are very helpful and polite. The store is clean. I hope they will get better. I'm not crazy of the clothes selection. They can do better.
