If your employees don’t work to be at work perhaps they should find a new place of employment. Just witnessed a young woman (shoulder length curly hair/light skin complexion) working the register respond with the “thumbs up” to an elderly customer who was simply asking a question. The manager was behind her and her response was just as bad. Keep in mind that we are the reason your employees have a job. I will never return to this location. Customer service is non-existence with some employees.

Marshall’s is great for getting last minute gifts. I was able to get some aroma therapy socks for my naturalist friend, two Versace colognes, 4 button down shirts and two hoodies. Since I went at 7am when they opened I was able to be in and out. I went on Dec 21 and the line was about an hr wait. Also since I went at 7am there was no associates on the floor so I had to wait 10 mins for someone to come and open the cologne case. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to smell the cologne so it was a blind buy. Hope the person loves it

The store is awesome,Never too crowded and always organized with new items most of the time, overall well run, but I frequent this store and Everytime I go it takes a piece of me when I reach to the cashier's, I'm usually very patient but they really need a lot of customer service training,They ring you up with attitude and carelessness if not they always talking to someone behind the counter and forget about you,Last week I Applied for a credit card and the promo was to get 10% off,Mind me she did not give me the discount and when I asked herShe said, well I have to cancel everything and ring it up again with the most horrible attitude do you want to do that? She askedI saw a big line behind me and I said you know what it's okI just walked awayHope management really do something about this..Is understandable that they don't need all registers to be operating but is a nice neighborhood after allNice is what we all should be.

The clothes are kind of unorganized and the selection isn't that great. You're better walking to Burlington, which is in the same shopping area.

Lines are always out the door with nobody at the registers. To make a quick stop always takes an insane amount of time. Worst customer service. People working there are slower than actual snails.

I love shopping here. The store is generally clean and the shopping experience is not chaotic like Burlington. I love that although the line can be long, the wait is not. It move at a moderate pace. ❤️

To me this is one of the best Marshalls. Another area with great places to eat. Rockaway Beach is not far either if you just want to take in some sun.

I have been shopping here since the store opened and never have been more disrespected. , One of the associates brought a price for an item, and I questioned how she came up with the price, because the item brand nor description didn't match what I was getting. She gestured for me to shut up, and when I told her that I am the consumer, and I have the right to ask questions, she practically wanted to fight me in the store. She got very rowdy, loud, cursed me out, threatened me and caused a big scene in the store while I was with my child. No one intercepted. And when I was walking out the door, the manager approached me to ask me what happened instead of asking her coworker, who walked off the register after the incident. I will not be supporting them, and I will be making a corporate complaint.

Nice store but the Manager ASHANA is very very RUDE. Her coworkers even said to not give them an attitude. She doesn't deserve to work there, not very helpful. She always look mad and not even smiling. ATTENTION MARSHALL'S STORE!!!!!!

Went there on Friday , 09/23/2022, and was harassed by the store manager. The employee who works in the fitting room was rude and didnt make any eye contact. She radio called her store manager that i had my bf in the ladies fitting room and banged on the door standing there for 5mins. She rushed me by saying “i need you to get dressed and have him leave so i can get back to what I’m doing” . She was completely dismissive and did allow me to get a word in. The other customers in the fitting room thought me and my bf were stealing. I asked for a 10% because i was so dissatisfied with how the store manager treated us, and even that was a hassle. I spent easily over $150 and i felt like i was a criminal in their store. The staff was not apologetic at all either.

I liked here. It had some really reasonably priced clothing and the staff was helpful. I got a couple jeans and a shirt. Going back for some caps, shorts and socks. Oh and my first Crocs.... didn't take pics of the stuff I bought but this is the shirt.

I like the clear store entry when you walk in the front door you can pretty much see all the Departments by how they replace the signs and you don't have to ask anyone where to go because you can see where to go unlike most stores then have the shelves too high and you can't see the signs it gets a good reading for me because they deserve it they got a good quality stuff and most of the time they're in a shopping mall so parking is easy enough I recommended it
