I never had any issues or bad experiences in any dollar tree store but this one on Burnside ave has very unprofessional manger and very rude, not helpful at all. She is just a horrible person I have ever seen. Very nasty attitude.

This store is horrible and the staff are very unprofessional. The lines are long with limited staff. The store is very dirty and the shelves are messy. The manager Princess walks around the store on her cell phone cursing and discussing her personal business that the customers don’t need to hear. Very unprofessional cashier Isaiah cursing at customers and a manager who joins in with the foolery. I guess dollar tree takes their employees straight from the dumpster straight to their store. These people are “gutter”. It’s best to take your money elsewhere.

I've had one majorly negative interaction here. Most of the time they are pretty OK. However, I went in today for the first time in a while. They have so much new stuff. This is definitely one of the better stocked dollar trees. Only one lane open, the cashier was very overworked and I felt horrible for her. Even though she was aggravated, she still was decent to others. Much better improvement over the staff that used to work there.

Probably with worst store I have been in for many a year. Merchandise flung all over . One person on register the only other person working was siting talking to him on non put away items. I asked a red haired employee who was also sitting in the middle of merchandise where the bathroom was . She told me that she was not on the clock yet so get someone who was being paid for the answer. I asked for the manager and was informed she was outside on a personal call. There was at least 8 people backed up on the line and others just dropping their items and walking out. I would give it one star but that would be putting this store in an area they didn't deserve.

This place is Ghetto! It is dirty. The manager Princess is nasty! The staff follows the lead of the manager. Isaiah curses as the customers.. this place needs serious supervision or it needs to be shut down!!!!!

The rows were in need of care. Granted kids will knock things over in the toy aisle but it appears nobody was concerned for way too long about the products on the floor all over. I will skip this store as there are many more agreeable shopping locations.

Was excited about the new Dollar Tree at this location. Checked it out near closing when I realized it had opened and, since it’s new, it was very neat and organized inside. It also had a lot of items I hadn’t seen at other locations before. But beware of the rude manager. As someone who’s previously been a secret shopper numerous times, I’ve encountered a lot of managers and she was definitely one of the rudest I’ve interacted with, especially since she was dealing with a customer that was being extremely polite and non confrontational.

Loved this location. The Tree near me are way smaller. I only got through 2 aisles and had to leave because I picked up so much stuff. The cashier was abrasive not mean but could try to be friendly next time. If I see her i will use the other lane next time. Problem solved

I like this dollar tree, it can be a bit crowded at times, given the amount of traffic hats off to the staff, for keeping it fairly clean, while offering good customer service.

While typically I have a good (4 star) experience at this location, tonight my experience was more like a 1 star. In the midst of a pandemic and having been sent to work from home, many had little time to prepare their workspace. So was the case for my co-worker. She made a makeshift office in her attic, but it was still too inviting for her pre-school age nephew, who likes to make the attic banister and railing part if his gymnastics and trapeze performance. We were set to go back to the office to pick up items at our desks, as it has been determined that we would be working from home permanently. I figured I would surprise her with an easy fix for her little attic acrobat: a latch hook for the attic entrance door so that he cannot get in.I arrived at 8:52pm. The store closes at 9pm to the public. I was not allowed to come in to make this very simple purchase. The store staff person greeted me at the door with a resounding, "we're closed." I said "aw come on...you guys close at 9. It isn't 9, yet." Her response: " It's 8:52, our manager wants us to close the doors." I stood in the open doorway, demonstrating that the door was still open and told her I knew exactly what I needed, but she simply shook her head, "no". Now, I hope that this does not become a trend for a store so early in its introduction to our community. Please note, there is another Dollar Tree, less than 2miles away, a straight drive down the main road and a Family Dollar straight down the intersecting street, maybe 1mile away. I have been an advocate for this store, referring new customers, but I can just as easily take my money where it is appreciated and where staff understand that hours of operation are hours broadcast to the public, as hours of accessibility.While I do understand the need to wrap up the work day, perhaps clean-up should begin sooner, assigned to staff as part of the last hour of the workday. It's not a terribly busy and jam-packed location. So, thanks to the manager on duty for your lack of leadership in demonstrating appreciation of the community dollar. We are part of the same community that kept business coming in, even through the earlier months of the pandemic when the world seemed barren. I will buy my item from Lowe's in the morning.

I thought walked into the eye of a tornado when I went this store, the shelfs were vomiting the merchandise onto the floor, everything was in a disarray, I don't know where that extra 25 cents went into because everything looks the same only worse.

This Dollar Tree opened months ago and has been going down in quality since. Understaffed. Understocked. Always empty shelves. Unopened delivery boxes in aisles. Merchandise dropped on the floor. I pass this and one on Rockaway Blvd. to shop at the Dollar Tree in Springfield Gardens.

Store hours start at 8 am. It in now 8:30 am and the doors are still locked. At least 5 people have tried to get into the store and everyone is pretty annoyed. If you can’t open the store at the scheduled time, change the time!!!

My service was very bad the manager was yelling at me across from the other aisle she was horrible she was telling me that I was making an issue and I was making a scene meme all she's yelling at me he's the manager of the store I asked the girl who works there who did help me and she said to me that she was a supervisor of the store and I said how is that possible and she was laughing at me as I was walking out the door cuz I said to her that I was going to report her she seems to think that nothing is going to happen to her she was doing things in the store on the phone had their conversation very well be to whoever was on the other line and you're very very inappropriate person to have as a supervisor

Kitchenwares, greeting cards, snacks, frozen food section, facial tissue, dinner napkins, bathroom supplies, even DVDs. Totally surprised me the variety of stuff. I find myself shopping here a few times a week.

Lines can be very long at times. Cheapest place to purchase helium balloons. Shelves can be pretty messy.
