I would like to thank Ms Donna & Mr Keith from the sample department. They had great smile promoting the products. The shopping experience here was very calm and you get your shopping done quickly. The aisles were organized and staffs are present when you cannot find an item, you could simply ask and they will help out. The parking is free also so it’s a plus.

Do their food court number work??!! No! Why not!!! Because they apparently busy all time! Even when they not busy!It’s crazy! Also as of late their pizza is somewhat more oily and thinner! Why?Cookies are amazing can’t lie! Chicken bake is a 10/10!

Timing was perfect. Plenty of samples available. Fully stocked aisles, refrigerators, freezers, and a relatively peaceful shopping experience. Lines were short, plenty of carts available. There were some product changes and location changes where things once were so one may end up making a few circles. Food Court was closed for renovation. Notice at the Court's concession location was very small. As an operations faux-pas, this should be a larger notice/banner size and it should be known at the entry point. For some, shopping and knowing you can get a bite to eat and regroup, is one of the great Costco benefits.

Membership is required. My favorite place to shop with large parking lot. It can be filled up rather quickly and crowded inside. A place for serious shopping only, leave the kids at home. Wide selection of groceries and some samples of new products. Some essential electronics (TVs and cooking etc). A definitely must shop place for me. Food court also has some yummy treats: ice cream, pizza, chicken bake etc

If the temperature is hot outside and you run to Costco to buy water 💦 for sure you will find an empty palette and no water they are never prepared for hot summer days. And this is not the first time it's always been like that.

Clean and spacious Costco location. Early morning are the best time for a quick trip. The service team is very helpful. Be wary of the team at the membership desk, they try to sign you up for the Costco credit card without asking.

I’m from Brooklyn but I prefer to shop here coz they always have options and mostly all I need are in stock. The staff is very friendly and the cashiers are very patient. Out family is big enough so my cart is always more than $500 only groceries. The produce, diary and meat are always fresh, no compliance .

Unacceptable Customer Service Experience at CostcoI had an utterly frustrating encounter at Costco recently that left me deeply disappointed. With my husband battling COVID-19 and me stuck at work, I relied on my brother to handle our shopping. Despite my plea for a one-time courtesy, the manager, Frank, and the sales representative adamantly refused to allow my brother to make the purchase as the membership wasn't in his name. Also mentioning covid is “nothing”, we could have made the trip.Their lack of compassion and unwillingness to accommodate our situation was shocking. Despite explaining our circumstances over the phone, they insisted on sticking to protocol, disregarding the human element. It's disheartening that Costco, a company I've trusted and relied on, failed to extend a simple act of kindness during a challenging time.As a customer, I expect better treatment and understanding, especially during unprecedented times like these. The refusal to make a one-time exception not only caused inconvenience but also highlighted a lack of empathy and flexibility in their customer service approach.I urge Costco to reassess their policies and prioritize empathy and flexibility in their interactions with customers. In times of need, it's crucial for businesses to show compassion and understanding. My hope is that Costco takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

Costco is one of my favorite places to shop. They always have interesting merchandise and their prices are usually pretty good. They have a great return policy in the event you have a problem with something. I find myself buying a very wide variety of things there too, from eye glasses to car batteries. I like this business so much, I bought stock in the company!!

Organized and usually fully stocked. Labeling lanes would be helpful but they are pretty consistent in where items are stored. And my guilty pleasure of the hot dog is always a wonderful addition to the shopping experience :)

There's a short black woman who was working today at 130pm at the pizza counter who is RUDE (not the woman with the glasses, she is nice and actually makes sense). Please have a word with her. She spitefully made me wait longer than necessary just because I asked how long it would take for the pizza. I informed her that I'd been waiting a long time (which I don't mind waiting) and she responded with a, "WELL YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT". I only informed her because it seemed as if I had been forgotten or skipped. Meanwhile, plenty of pies were prepared and just sitting there. Not sure what was bothering her that day but she should leave her issues at home. I expect to wait, we live in NYC. That's fine. I don't, however, expect the unwarranted attitude.

As much as I love Costco this location is extremely overcrowded. It's the only one in the 25 mile radius without having to pay for parking. They also carry different items than other Costco locations.

Beware. I just bought a very expensive item from here to be delivered to my home and the staff have no quality control over their product inventory. I bought a Dyson blow dryer and it was missing an item (the display stand) from inside the box. After receiving the item from delivery I noticed the box was visibly tampered and when I went to further open it I discovered the product boxes were there but inside the display stand was not. They should be checking and damaging out returns not putting them back onto the floor to resell because now my $400 blower is without it’s stand all because employee failure to check/error. &+ of course nobody cares but me 🙄 SMH. So be extra vigilant at this location for tampered boxes and missing items!

I came to buy a Mac mini, the seller said that they had the one I was interested in, I asked to clarify that it was in stock since I needed it today, the seller said that they have it. I paid at the checkout and it was out of stock,now I have to wait until next week for a refund.No one cares, the employee who went to the warehouse and said that it was out of stock said that in the Electronics department they don’t even know what is and what is not in stock, only she knows. in my opinion this is not normal

My happy place!!! Especially now that the samples are baaaack!!! The meme of ‘I saved $300 by not going to Costco for blueberries’ definitely applies to me. I can’t get enough of Costco. Now that they’ve added the double chocolate chip cookie to the food court - it’s my weekend treat 😁 with vanilla ice cream or their mocha, after their hot dog. Costco - everything under one roof!

Be aware. My hubby and I were doing groccery shopping and there was this white man, slim, about 6ft tall with no shopping cart following us around. I turned back and then he was acting like he was looking at something on the shelf.10 mins pass by and I feel someone close so I turn back and I see him again!!! So I said why is he following us. Then he again was looking on the shelf and grabbed a Pringle’s box and went around the corner. He had no cart or anything. I don’t know if he’s a secret shopper or a damn creep but if this is Costco doing, your making your customers feel uncomfortable. This occurred 3/13/24 in the afternoon.

Shopping at Costco is always a great experience. I am confident that whatever I purchase is the best quality, or my money back.I am happy to share that Costco has recently tightened up their membership-sharing rules. A member is allowed only one guest, and that member must pay for all the shopping.This means that you and your guest must sort things out outside the store when you’re finished shopping. I find that to be fair.

It is unacceptable that a name as big as Cosco does not have water for its customers. Today I went to Costco Lawrence for the first time, I've been to BJ's for many years and I decided to change because now i live in another place and waited 40 minutes for water. I left there without water. That can't be, there are a million things and THERE IS NO WATER!!!

This location has the best selection of frozen fruit. I recommend the organic frozen pineapple. The best flavor quality and price anywhere.Each store is slightly different. Self checkout doesn't let the attendants to enter the quantity of items, like the other locations do. I found that strange because it creates unnecessary avoidable delays.Lines were so long, why not try to move them along and help the customer?I pointed it out and the section manager came to do it.

please please the Hearing Aids department. That lady who seats there and on the cellphone all day don't want to be bothered, she won't even look at you for a question. all she says is next appointment availability in 3 months and that's about it. no walk ins period 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I love Costco’s but this location has bad corn bad cantaloupes and sometimes bad oranges . Someone should test those products before selling it

I was there sometime this week shopping with my family and I hear a worker I believe her name tag said Delsi, screaming across the room to another worker. She was being disrespectful and speaking rudely to her coworkers. If this the way they treat their staff at this location I am disgusted. They need to train people to be respectful to others! After witnessing that I will not be shopping here again. Please take into consideration you don’t know what people go through at home BE NICE TO PEOPLE!!!!

They should have a limit on what you can purchase. Was going to buy a Spyder jacket, couldn't even get one. One customer bought the whole table. Like over a hundred jackets. I don't even want to go there anymore. It's overcrowded and a mess

During COVID, you will have to wait in a line to get into the store. If you go early, you won't have to wait in line. The inside of the store is a bit crowded. But everyone has a mask.Despite the crowded store, still love Costco because of the variety and prices.
