Since when does management talk down about its workers calling them Gay? My man’s not gay but do y’all have something against gay people? There’s this one girl that’s got a lot to say about my man. My man’s a hard worker and doesn’t need people going around saying that he’s gay because I can assure you, he isn’t and I can promise you if this continues ill be reporting this business. And don’t go harassing him because his girl spoke up about it either. Do better Walmart! Stop discriminating and stop calling someone GAY because they “look” gay because last I checked guys, gay isn’t a LOOK.

Me and my friends came in for just a couple of things. Party supplies, food, the sort. That went fine. Then we needed to print some photos for an event.I have never had any kind of experience like this at any other store. We needed 30 photos printed. Between the number of misprints on the printer and miscommunications with staff, we were left waiting for our photos for over 4 hours. When they finally came off the printer, we were still 3 photos short in the actual envelope. We were then forced to wait even longer on top of these 4 hours to get the correct number of photos. And when asked if we could receive some kind of compensation for this unnecessary amount of time spent on what seemed like a very simple task, we were told there was “nothing they could do”.Needless to say this was an extremely frustrating day. Do not recommend trying to accomplish any kind of lengthy task here. It should not take an entire day and multiple managers just to get some photos printed.

Disappointing... Order pickup is supposed to be convenient for the customer. 45+ minutes you wait for your order to come out. I could have shopped my items in the store and driven home in that time. After multiple times of doing this I cannot do it any longer. I would rather poke my eyes out with a sharp stick. I guess i'm an idiot for doing the same thing expecting a different result. Goodbye Walmart! Poor poor Sam Walton... he is rolling over in his grave. )-:

I keep trying to give this store a chance, but I can never get past the front door. Being on oxygen, I am required to use the motorized carts that are supposed to be available to customers inside the doors of the store. For the last 3 times that I've tried to shop here, there has been no carts, and the employees look at you like you have 3 heads when you ask if there are any available anywhere. They don't try to find one, so my daughter looked. After my daughter spent 15 minutes checking the parking lot and finding dead carts outside, we left. If you need assistance, don't go here.

This Walmart is pretty good and you can expect it to have most of the items you need. It is a large place (this Walmart is actually the 3rd biggest in word) but there are sections which are quite unorganized and left messy. This store is generally pretty good for your needs.

Have purchased two fan products and one heater product. All were defective. That is obviously not the store's fault, but corporate needs to vet the brands they carry more carefully.However, store policies of no returns without a receipt when I am clearly in their frigging cameras purchasing the item is frustrating.I literally tried to return two of them in a matter of only a day or two. They were items still in inventory and even on the website, but Walmart simply refuse to refund for the defective products. I have a CoolO2 neck fan, an Arctic Air Freedom Fan, and a Handy Heater Neck Warmer device. The latter two are by the same manufacturer. Do NOT buy any of Arctic Air or Handy Heater products. Their customer service is non-existent. I got bot-style runaround emails for a while, and now it's just silence. They refuse to address consumer concerns. Why should they care?- they have my money and have zero intentions of returning any of it for products that fail after one use, don't take a charge, and don't perform the function (cooling, or heating in this case). Avoid all As Seen On TV products carried by Walmart, and other retailers. That whole product line is sketchy at best.

I went kind of early in the morning. Not to busy . One of the workers went out of his way to get a scooter for my aunt which I thought was very nice of him

Used to be great but after their recent remodel it has become intolerable. They replaced most of the checkout lanes with self-chekouts but they then keep at least 1/3 of them closed and have another 4 set aside for their online shoppers. Always have a significant wait at checkout and now not only do you have to checkout yourself, you get bombarded with ads on the screen as you try to scan your own items. Then everyone is stopped at the door by one employee checking everyone's receipts causing yet another bottleneck. Bring back staffed checkout lanes and stop treating everyone like shoplifters! Item selection has slowly gotten smaller and worse as well.

This walmart is ok as far as cleanliness and layout.However do we really need a self checkout lane for just premium membership people that takes up a whole row? They are wasting employees time just being fake police when they could be assisting customers that need it. Please do better...

Produce is always rotten , a bunch of produce out of stock constantly. I honestly believe they don’t want to go in the back and check when asked because it’s always a response of, oh it’s empty then we don’t have any. I’m constantly taking my product off top stock shelf as the employees that are working the shelving while obstructing the isle from shoppers is just front facing the shelves and not restocking them. Then tonight was the same thing. Plenty of stock but people just walking around moving 1 item to the front of the shelf while a full stock is on the top shelf. At cash out I had to buy 7 $1 bags because they are out of large bags still over a month of coming here they are still out. When I asked for bags I got an imitate answer of we don’t have any. Then I pointed out a girl just took some from the back room. If it wasn’t Christmas shopping then I would have left the stuff like I have the past 3 times. I listened to an employee tell another employee to go back to his country and ask where his passport and green card are. Another employee listening to music and swearing while kids are around. This store is atrocious.

Really need more employees. Use them for grocery pick up only. Always seems to take forever to receive your items. Young employees are overwhelmed. Need more help.

If you want to shop at this store be prepared to be racially profiled and to be watched your entire time in the store based on what nationality you are this place is perfect! If you want to deal with miserable managers where they turned Walmart into their personal lives this is the place you will feel welcome in this store if you have a thick stomach for the bias

I recently visited the Walmart Supercenter and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After placing an order, I waited for more than 30 minutes without any update. When I called to inquire about my order status, the representative hung up on me abruptly and rudely. Such poor customer service is unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my shopping experience.

The store has been recently remodeled. The displays look nice. Walmart is stepping up their game.This store is well stocked, clean, and has a great "Clearance" aisle. I can buy everything I need in one shopping trip.

The store locks up Redbull... you have to request it be unlocked, then they won't give it to you and make you check out. I was carrying more items of value than a drink, staff was rude, even though I was literally next to self check out, he refused to hand me the can. Low key being accused of theft by Walmart for trying to make a purchase is ridiculous.

Dont cop an attitude with me, simply because your employees put "not for individual resale" items out and i bring it to your attention and you force me to walk to the other end of the store to replace a mistake made my your employees. I would have been happy to do that but with the attitude i got, its a good thing i didnt lash back out 😅 customer service reps need to learn to be more kind to people!

It’s convenient and at the same time less expensive on pocket. You can also place your order online for a home delivery and alternatively can choose to pick from store. Good experience so far.

Please take him off pick up orders because he don’t care about the time customers are waiting and he is rude I am picking up my order I purchase however after waiting 35 minutes my order was not correct and he was extremely rude the store can do better without him.

Waiting 20 minutes for someone to unlock the deodorant I needed, and then they proceeded to put it into a small security box. So after a 20-minute wait, I had to wait again on the one lane that had an actual cashier to unlock and pay for it. I never realized that a 7 dollar stick of deodorant was going to be an hour and half process!

Horrible experience- felt as if I was already a criminal as I walked around being stared at by multiple workers. I used the self checkout, no bags, and had my receipt texted to my phone. As I was trying to leave there was a line to the exit of shoppers being forced to show their receipt. I didn’t agree with this (also don’t have time to wait in added unnecessary lines) and walked right around the lady yelling at me to show her my receipt. Almost laughable and pathetic. If you don’t trust shoppers then place people back on registers. You used to be hired to check people out, now you are hired as a pretend mall cop.

Employee at electronics refused to allow me to inspect a $650 Oculus 3 headset that had been tampered or opened previously. The seal was broken... I wanted to check everything beyond the seal was ok before I spend $700 on an expensive item. He refused my request. I turned around and walked out ..No Sale. I shopped at another store.All he had to do was check the contents with me. Fishy. Scammy . Scummy...Buyer beware. Walmart certainly won't look out for you.

This Walmart has put in a lot of time and money making it look as good as Target! Except better prices! The curbside pickup is fantastic! Every person who delivers your order to your car is polite and very careful. Totally recommend the Latham Walmart!

Eric jenson should not be managing the back area, I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Walmart. I needed to purchase car speakers, so I went to aisle 132 and waited for over 30 minutes after pressing the service button, but no one showed up to assist me. When I tried to find help, most employees were unable or unwilling to assist in unlocking the display case cuz they were doing mobile pickup orders online. This delay caused me to be late for work. Even after someone was finally called to help, I was told it would only be ‘a couple of minutes,’ which turned into an additional 15-minute wait. Such service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Walmart’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback prompts a review and improvement in staff responsiveness and customer service training. Until then, I feel compelled to share my experience to inform others of how horrible the wait time and laziness some of these managers have
