Should be -5 stars .. 25-30 per box. Which means all together approximately 50-60 crickets. All together in two boxes there is 8 alive and ten smashed up dead crickets. This is why I go to mom and pop shops

We went in to buy a 25 gallon tank for our baby bearded dragon because right now we only have a 20 and I wanted to get an offordable upgrade and this associate said she'd refuse to sell us our bearded dragon unless we had a 40 gallon and made us feel like we couldn't get the tank so we left with just a decor item and nothing bigger for her. We looked it up and it says a baby\juvenile can be in a 20 gallon minimum and a 120 when they're an adult. I see there is more complaints about her and nothing is done though so hopefully this helps. We're customers be nice.

My husband wanted to get a few necessities for his aquarium but couldn’t help but notice the wide selection of fish the Latham location offered. We left with another member of our underwater world, a male betta we named Bandit and 3 large containers of dog treats for our four-legged family members.

Just had my betta’s aquarium replaced! I purchased a topfin aquarium last December 2022 until it leaked May 2023. I just ask a staff, his name was Nick to help us find the receipt in my account (mobile no) since I don’t have the original receipt anymore and if there’s a warranty. We didn’t find it coz it’s only showing the last two months. But he still helped us, told us to bring the damaged to replace or store credit. We had the aquarium replaced in no time. Thank you so much Nick for such a wonderful costumer service and to the rest of PetSmart Latham staff thats always been helpful to our pet’s need. Highly recommended branch!

Yesterdays trip was to buy dog food but I regularly bring my 2 furbabies to their grooming store. Laura D. the groomer is wonderful. I don't think I'd want anyone else to groom my babies. She is kind, professional & very talented when it comes to grooming!

They said my dogs were to aggressive when they went to get their nails clipped, said they only give 3 chances but FAILED to tell us this when we were there and until we called to make another appointment..i CBD them both and no one else has ever had an issue with them. I had told them to use just the Dremel instead of the clippers because they dont like it. Not many dogs like their paws touched, but i know my dogs and they would never snip at anyone of them and they didn’t because i was watching them when they worked on them..so they aren’t getting anymore of my money, not shopping there again for any reason..i will stick with CHEWY..✌🏻

Bought a 20 gallon starter kit at balltown road location the employee told me they had the fancy bearded over at the troy schenectady location i drove the 20 mins to purchase the reptile asked my fiance to tell the lady to get the reptille out from the tank we would like to buy it she begins to question my fiance regarding the lizard fine my fiance calls me over as i was looking for water bowls and decors the employee begans to rant about lights and tanks and unrelated things i explained i already bought a 20 gallon tank for the baby at another location she tells me she cant sell me the bearded dragon if i dont have a 40 gallon tank and her own personal experience i explained once again i already bought a tank from another store your store in schenecatdy i just need the lizard she tells me she cant sell me the lizard without a 40 gallon tank i ask her are u refusing to sell me the animal she replied yes i asked her where does it say i have to buy a 40 gallon tank to purchase a lizard she walks away from me i left the store returned my zoo med 20ngallon starter kit and purchased my reptile at petco

PetSmart grooming review~My 11-year-old Golden retriever has been to PetSmart off and on over the years. And I've always had a pleasant experience there. I've ended up going to other dog grooming businesses and they're very noisy cramped places. The noise at the other cramped places is horrendous. Barking dogs, powerful hair dryer motors and dogs being clipped all in the same area.Whenever I've gone to see my dog being groomed at PetSmart Latham NY, she's in a clipping room room that is peaceful wide open, clean, professionally designed, bright and cheerful. All I heard was the sound of scissors clipping. Dogs are sensitive to noise and I think PetSmart designed their facility to accommodate that as much as possible.The shampooing and hair drying are done in a different room. And the dogs that are waiting and possibly barking are in a different room. So that the grooming room with the grooming tables is a very peaceful professional environment perfectly suitable for our special canine friends. And I really like it that I can watch her being clipped and groomed and getting her nails clipped. At the other places you can't see anything.Here's a picture I just took this morning of my 11 year-old golden retriever Tetley. See how peaceful she looks🙂.  Thank You to Tetley's groomer today--Ailynn.,🏆 She was communicative with me, and work patiently and calmly on Tetley...  did a nice job on a large older dog with special needs. 🤩

they had given me a sick bird which died in 3 days after adoption and I called and they asked if I had it and for a refund or to get another bird you have to bring in the CORPSE of the bird and the bird had nothing to get it sick I've had a budgie for a year under the same condition fully healthy (photo of bird that died a few days later)

They did an excellent job cutting my dog's long fur and making it easier for her to breathe during the summer days. She was once a ball of fur and now her shedding is under control and she can feel the breeze! They are very nice too!

My daughter and I visit here often! They let us just walk around, checking out the animals. All of the cages are always clean and well-kept. They had a fish tank with all of the fish that were in Nemo's tank from the movie, which is hilarious and awesome.

The staff is exceptional! The store is well organized and clean. I had never had a positive experience with PetSmart in 2 other states and was upset when I found out I had to get my doggo's food here after we moved. I am so impressed with this specific PetSmart that her new vet is at Banfield, and she gets groomed at this location, as well. I would give 5+ stars if I could.

My local pet smart in latham is nice and convenient we do get all our cat food there however the 30lb dog food for my service dog fash ther we get 60lb of the same food at BJs for the same price petsmart has the 30lb bag

I have never had a more knowledgeable helpful experience. Alyssa is amazing. She answers all of our questions and is so incredibly sweet. We also use the grooming and vet in the same location and they have all been wonderful!

I shop here as a delivery person and pretty much always have a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and mostly have items in stock. The bathroom could stand an update but I can't recall ever having an unclean experience. I give 4 stars because I don't do any personal shopping there, just for work.

These idiots are supposed to close at 9pm. They want to close 10 minutes early to leave early. I'm just buying worms, entire purchase would've lasted 2 minutes tops. 2 people walked by and seen me as well as another customer outside and ignored us even though it's before their close time.

Petsmart has always been my place for pet supplies. They are always knowledgeable and friendly plus fully stocked. If they dont have what you need or your dog needs they will order it for you. I get my prescription dog food from here once a month and they always make sure they have it in stock. Mg dogs are welcome to shop with me and aren't even provoked in that environment to bark. Thats a plus ! End of each season have really good clearance deals.

I called and asked to schedule my dog's first grooming and I asked to schedule it with one person, I got there and they had booked it with someone else, and when she saw that it would be her first grooming and the dog was agitated, she said she couldn't do it, and gave me a list of veterinarians who could do it. I just wasted my time going there! If they are not prepared to attend the first grooming, then they should not schedule an appointment.
