This is a great place to go if you are a pond enthusiast such as myself. The owner Alan has a wide variety of products to choose from to keep your pond going or looking to put in your own pond. Not only does he have unbelievable knowledge building ponds, he has a passion for perfection and unremarkable displays to view before making any decision. I currently have a small pond that was always a green pea soup color and could not find a proper fix to clear it up. Tried many different products to no avail, then found Deckers and Alan handed me a bottle of cold water beneficial bacteria and within one hour, it was all cleared up, NICE!! No algaecide or other chemicals were needed.My wife and I attended a how to build a pond seminar this past weekend 5/5/2018, which was very helpful and a lot of fun. Alan explains the process, shows how to position the skimmer and bio falls and lay the liner and will answer all your questions. Explains positioning rocks to enhance the look and proper water flow direction. The small charge for this event was well worth it. This was an all day event from start to finish and the waterfalls was operating before we left as well as plants installed. If you view his website like we did, it speaks for itself on the quality, knowledge and professionalism you will receive from Deckers.Another build a pond seminar is coming June 2nd in Pattersonville and the wife and I may attend that one too. For those of you who can't afford to have a professional pond built, this is a small price to pay if you consider building one yourself, plus you'll get a 10% discount on all products for attending. For now, my wife and I are going to attempt to build a new pond in the next few days. Alan has answered many questions via email to help us get started. Thank you.
