Extensive wine list. The owner is so sweet and gives great recommendations. Warm and cozy atmosphere.. the fire pit area is very warm under the tent and each couch has multiple folded fuzzy blankets ready to use for additional comfort.We came in December around 5 pm. Wasn’t too crowded, could walk right in and sit down.The prices are very fair. We ordered 3 bottles of wine and a wine tasting with a cheese board. There’s also craft beer and ciders available for those who don’t fancy wine.Overall a great experience- would recommend coming here to anyone! We will definitely be back.

My family and I love going here to try new wines with their sommelier Cordelia! She always picks incredible wine selections for her menu and knows so much about each one. This is the perfect apres ski spot with friends and family to drink wine around a fire with their cozy blankets.

So fun! Ze wine bar is currently set up with a tent and it was the most ambiant tent I have ever been in. Each table has couches to lounge around a fire pit. Their wine menu is very detailed (and also humorous) with wines broken down by region. We treated ourselves to a glass of Médoc and Sancerre. You can customize your own charcuterie plates. I highly recommend the aged manchego and caramelized onion cheddar. 100 percent will return again next time I have an evening in Windham.

We stopped here on a recommendation before seeing Magic on Main. The outdoor area is beautiful and so cozy, each area has blankets and a fire pit. Their wine list is extensive and their cheese selections are wonderfully unique (I’m still thinking about that Artigiano ❤️). Once the crowd cleared, Cordelia, the Sommelier, came and sat with us for a while. It was so wonderful to be able to chat with her, she is so friendly that I felt like we were old friends catching up. I definitely plan to come back!

Where do I even begin. We came in and decided to look over their amazing and extensive wine menu and Cordelia, whom is incredibly knowledgeable helped us find the perfect bottle of wine for us. From there we moved onto the food which was absolutely delicious. Some of the best cured meats and cheeses I’ve ever had which we then followed up with incredible and authentic German beers. Every aspect of our visit here was perfect and there’s not a single thing we would change. The atmosphere, wines, beers and food were all some of the best we’ve ever experienced and that’s not even including the incredibly top notch hospitality we received from Peter, Jessika and Cordelia. All of whom made us feel like family from the moment we got here. This is going to be a staple for us every single time we visit.

Cordelia is the most WONDERFUL host and Ze Windham Wine Bar is a must experience while in town. We had a welcome event here and were blown away at how special of a night it was. Everything about this place is perfection, the wine, the food, the atmosphere, everything is done with the upmost care and class. The selection of goods from the boutique at The Windham Spa are delightful. I cannot wait to bring back my boyfriend for a romantic night out, thank you Cordelia and family for your hospitality!

Really cute wine bar with outside seating around individual fire places. Order by the glass or bottle, the sommelier provides helpful suggestions. We ordered 4 half glasses, and an assortment of cheese and charcuterie- which come with Swedish cracker and fresh fruit. Worth a special trip!

I have never been to this part of Upstate New York. I was not expecting anything, especially anything new. The weather could've been better, even though, I understand that this part of the Catskills is more of a ski resort location. I was looking to go to a winery, but found this wine bar instead. It may have worked out for the better, being the other wineries require a reservation, I've never been to this part of the Catskills, I didn't know anyone who had been to the wineries in the Catskills, and I really wouldn't know where to start with going to any of the wineries locally. Most of the wineries I've been to are more casual, and allows the wineries to interact with each other and their patrons. They seem to be more up to the challenge of giving their patrons advice about their wine and how it may be different or associated with recognizing the brand being sold. It did work out in the end, as I tasted the Riesling, a good blend of sweetness combined with an outdoor atmosphere. Individual heated seating may have changed my opinion of a wine bar, with or without the inclement weather.

The wine selection and service are awesome. Best to dress for the weather since it is an outdoor service under a tent.The food is small plate and incredible. Go alone, end up making friends. Go with friends, end up with even more! Such a great welcoming atmosphere. If you're new to wine, relax...NO WINE SNOBBERY HERE, FOLKS!

Very nice wine tasting establishment offering a very big selection of wines from around the world including rare to find countries like Slovenia and others. The family who runs it is very knowledgeable and very nice. Their cheese and charcuterie plates are excellent as well. But do not leave without trying their mother's desserts. I had a raspberry mousse (well actually 3) which was amazing.

Awesome place. If you come to Windham you should absolutely plan to stop by for a glass of wine and one of the many delicious apps. Owner Cordelia and her mom and the rest of the staff are warm, inviting and knowledgeable. They can guide anyone through the complexities of wine and pairing with tasty food. A must visit!

I am so impressed with this place. Good wine, good service, awesome owners. A must go if you’re in Windham. Walking through the front door feels like walking into another universe. One with lots of little details everywhere, tasty wine, and fabulous company. I enjoyed everything!

Where do I even begin with this place! Cordelia is an amazing owner and human being. She is just glowing with happiness and brings a smiles to all her customer's faces. You can tell from the way she talks about wine and food that she is very passionate and we are all lucky to have someone like her pursue her passion so we can all enjoy the fruits of her labor! My gf and I attended her wine school while we were visiting Windham and it was so fun! We learned a lot about various wines and also they were paired very nicely with some snacks. She also recommended some wine for us to take home for our pizza dinner!We liked her so much that we came out on the weekend where she had some homecooked food her mom and her make. The curry bratwurst with the sourdough bread was so good I could have eaten the bowl! She also has a really cute pup that was snuggling next to us by request!Please come to NYC and do some wine tasting here we need more people with your enthusiasm :)

Where do I even start?My husband and I have been coming to Windham for 8+ years now and we were recommended Ze Windham Wine Bar on our first trip. I was blown away with this little Catskill gem.Cordelia is the most outstanding Sommelier and her parents could not be nicer. They truly put their heart and soul into ZWW. Cordelia is the sole reason why I like wine now. She took her time and knowledge and helped me hone in which wine was perfect for my palate.The charcuterie boards are also excellent. Even in COVID they've managed to make this a winter bungalow. I plan our weekend trips to Windham around when we can visit Ze Windham Wine Bar. Please go and see for yourself!

Cordelia's knowledge of wine (and beer!!) is incredible. Doesn't hurt that she and her mom and the rest of the staff are amazing! My favorite spot in Windham. Check out the beer garden too!
