This is our favorite Wegmans to visit. They always have great service and friendly staff. The produce is excellent and the store is clean.

Very crowded on Good Friday. But the lines moved fast. This is not my usual Wegmans so it took me awhile to find what I needed. But the staff was very helpful.

This used to be a pleasant shopping experience. Now when I go through self checkout I get yelled at every other scan for having an unscanned item in the bagging area. It is incredibly annoying and I will definitely stop shopping here if the self checkout isn't reverted to how it used to be.

I was surprised how good it was, I just moved 2 years ago from an other state and it was my first time in there. The customer services it's outstanding and even though I wasn't familiar with the place. The way that products are organized makes easy for the shoppers to find what they need (I did)😃

I drive out of my way from EA to go here to avoid Tops (barf). Minus one star for the 5 times now I've found expired yogurt on the shelf. One of the times it was a full month past. Have told management every single time. After 4 times of finding, photo documenting and informing management you would think this would never happen again. However just 2 weeks ago found Yakult that were a few days expired. Not "sell by," they were "use by."Credit to them though for the phone call about potential salmonella contaminated Quaker oatmeal squares. I just wish they'd carry the quality and freshness concern to the dairy & yogurt.

I’ve always shopped at Wegmans based on their huge selection of local produce and anything organic that you might want. Organic products far less expensive than other retailers. A few pennies more for other products, but you get what you pay for. Started shopping for Instacart about two years ago. Cannot stress enough what helpful, friendly employees work for this company. Above all else, it is their staff that makes this grocery chain far surpass the rest!

Never really had an issue with your store, but when one of your employees wants to touch my groceries at the self-scan registers I have an issue with that. I go to self scan for a reason, I don't want other people touching my groceries.

Great selection. Found everything I was looking for, even some more obscure vegan ingredients for a recipe. Prices are higher than Tops, Aldi, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, etc.

I bought some meats from the deli & ask "what if my family doesn't like them"??? The Wegmans employee said "You can bring back what left or tell us you family did not favor the meats& we will give you something else OR Wegmans store policy is we will return your purchase price". I said I threw my receipt away I think. That's alright we will refund your $$. I used a certain pump hand soap for 4/5 yrs when the Co. pulled it from the shelf I called WEGMANS in Rochester to see if they had any, they said no but spoke to the salesman of that Co & Said I & family was a Frequent shopper. The Customer service Mgr of the store called me back & said the salesman has 6 Hand Pump soaps & I will receive them@ my home in next 5 days. WOW I was thrilled!!!! One more thing, I was looking in the paper yrs ago for an Ad & I asked an WEG. Employee "by chance the news- papers are gone are there any more in the store"??? She was working on shelves & stopped to help me & said let me make a call. I said"don't go to any trouble". She said "it's no trouble, I'm happy to help you & someone's on the way with one now". She had called the lunch/break room & they brought it to her & she gave it to me. WOW, WOW Such a small thing & that employee made me feel *Special...THAT IS WHY I go to Wegmans..Super, kind, caring ppl.....

I always loved Wegmans and have been shopping here for years. Decades actually. This Thanksgiving however, we ordered a 130.00 "turkey breast" platter that was nothing more than sliced turkey.. the issue with it however was it was completely inedible. It had the taste and texture of spam out of a can. When i tell you, even the dog wouldn't eat it, that is not an exaggeration.. Now, knowing that Wegmans has always had amazing customer service, when we contacted them, we preemptively expected continued amazing customer service. We contacted them through their website and explained what our issue was. Unfortunately the responses that we received from them were dismissive. In the end, they offered us an insulting $25 gift card. Like many families around Western New York, we probably spend a combined tens of thousands of dollars at their stores annually, and throughout the last 20 years I could say that this is the only incident that I've ever had with them where we had a problem with the quality of their product. And they insulted us with a $25 gift card. When I emailed them to tell them that this was an insult, they simply ignored me. This is not the Wegmans that I have grown to know. It is a shame. I actually drive past a tops just to go to Wegmans. My family has given them so much loyalty throughout the years and for this to have happened, and more importantly to be insulted, is inexcusable.

Wegmans is slowly turning into a glorified food focused walmart, and it's a damn shame. Overpriced, meddling quality, and their customer service just isn't there anymore. I can't recommend doing grocery shopping here or anyone Wegmans, unless you're in at minimum tier 3 tax bracket. Even then, it's just a waste of money.

I was purchasing flowers. I did not care for the arrangements already in vases so I chose one without a vase and selected a vase to go with them. I asked the young lady if she could put water in the vase for me. She said sure, for an upcharge. She explained it would be the cost of the bouquet plus the cost of the vase x 35%. I said that's almost $18. It would cost me that much just to put water in the vase?! Yes, she said that's the upcharge. Local florists should rejoice! Wegmans has given up their edge.

People in bakery don't know what they are talking about. I asked if a cake was Butter cream frosting on it and they said yes. I got it home and it's whipped cream.

This is a nice Wegmans. Not the biggest ever but has more than what you need. Clean and well stocked with a lot of parking. The curbside delivery is timely and almost always perfect. The catering staff is perfection. Great food, well packaged and even delivered to your car if needed by very helpful staff.

Very busy a lot of prepared food meals ready to cook stuff but the prices were a bit high because they have a lot of staff to prepare those meals and food and a lot of variety also

I’ll be honest, I’m an employee at another location but on the day of my 2 year wedding anniversary I went undercover with my wife and visited this location. We were there to find a couple steaks for dinner to celebrate. We were helped by the kindest employee named Joann in the meat department. She greeted us so kindly and directed us to the best cut of steak all while being so attentive. Not only that but when I mentioned it was our anniversary she gave us a free steak as a gift! I was blown away by her incredible customer service, I had to blow my cover. I told her I know she didn’t know I was a Wegmans employee but both my wife and I were impressed. I can say that having Joann as a fellow Wegmans employee truly makes me proud. Way to go Joann!

Went and saw Joann, the butcher, in the meat section for a steak to cook for a special occasion. She was very knowledgeable about meat and extremely kind to my mom and I. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. I used to go somewhere else for meat and now that I’ve met Joann, I’ll be coming here. Excellent customer service really works! More people should be like her. Thanks again, Joann.

I am a firm believer in spreading good news. Yesterday my friend and I went to Wegmans (4960 Transit Road) to get subs or a sub tray. We decided on subs. Luke, Mitch, and Nadine in the Sub Shop were able to fix our subs so FAST that I promised them that I would let everyone know how great they were!! My friend and I were not even all the way sure about what we wanted but they handled each request even when we changed our minds MULTIPLE times. We also stopped to get sushi. We had NO IDEA what we were doing because we were picking it up for someone else. Devon greeted us and his smile was very welcoming. He made us shrimp rolls FRESH because we could not find what was asked for!! He made them up and had them packaged to go within a few minutes. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AT WEGMANS WAS AMAZING BECAUSE OF LUKE, MITCH, NADINE, AND DEVON!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!

Place is way overcrowded which is to be expected as the best grocery store around. The staff is produce seem to just get in the way. Other than that this is my favorite store. Everything is pretty much organized in a way you can find it fairly easily. The checkout staff is super friendly and helpful, and have been really accommodating with my kids. Overall this is an amazing store.

Purchased 7 oranges (and other items also). I didn't realize they cost me $10.50 for the SEVEN oranges until I looked at my receipt when I was putting away my groceries. OUCH!!!Other than that, Dawn, the woman who cashed me out, was very nice. We had a good chat while doing her job.

If I could rate it lower I would. Important medication needed to be picked up just sitting there waiting thought they closed at 8pm even though when you google 24 hour pharmacy they come up like they are there to serve 24 hours a day! (Great way to pick up business). But called 10 minutes after 6 to see if there was any way to pick up the medication for my wife and they were not only unwilling they seemed like they could care less! I’ll bet if the right manager with a can do mind set was there something could have been done but I guess I just got the closed minded one who wasn’t willing to explore any possible solution. It’s not like the script wasn’t sitting there hard to believe there were no options or an attempted option don’t know the managers name but it’s Saturday night 7/29. I will be sending all of my families scripts to another pharmacy from this point forward. Maybe one that really is a 24 hour pharmacy not just one that says they are when you google for one.

Excellent lunch place. Love the variety of fresh meals. Turkey with spiced avocado sandwich is addicting. (Not at the sub shop, center station next to the Sushi).
