Fruits and veggies are cheaper here but also go bad quick. Nobody EVER answers the phone no matter what extension you choose. Every time I make a walmart order for delivery same day there's always something missing or wrong. Disliking walmart more and more each time smh but too poor to go to target lol

Store is dirty in general. The deli is always under staffed. Dates in dairy are very close to expire when you buy them . Hard to find staff to help if you need it . Parking lot is shot and full of Hugh pools of water. Warren Walmart is GREAT !!. Need to trade managers ..

It's now Gennys Ice cream. Not a huge selection but do make sundais and have soft and hard ice cream. Staff is super friendly..

Hoodratz gone wild. Recommend wearing Teflon bulletproof vest and Helmut. Don't go there after dark. Be aware of surroundings. Customer service people are special so please be nice to them.

Nasty, Unclean. Poor management! People who work there mostly unhelpful or knowledgeable of what they actually sell! Bathrooms, well my advice run as fast and to another place to use! They do not use the correct stuff to clean the restrooms and they are just nasty!

I literally just left there tonight right before 6 pm and some decrepit old black man was the door person. He asked for our receipt and gave it to him and kept walking. My bf is deaf in one ear and I was talking to him and next thing I know this crazy is slamming our cart into the door and screaming at us about how if we’re rude he’ll be rude too and starts stealing stuff out of our cart. So I’m forced to pull my cart forcefully out the door and then get in a tug of war over lotion I PAID FOR. My question is if I’d have kept walking and he’d have seen I paid for my lotion would he have ran after us and apologized? Completely ridiculous. I do not have time to stop for y’all to triple and quadruple check my honesty. You have security to watch cameras, you have a lady who stands and supervises self check out AND the crazy at the door is over Kill. I was basically assaulted in your store over merchandise I PAID FOR.

Place is a joke..they state that they only check receipts for items that aren't bagged but this same lady keeps trying to check mine no matter what and then gets mad and runs her mouth when I tell her no..also refuses to give her name when asked. If it happens again I'll be posting her picture since she won't give her name 🤷‍♂️

The store has gone so far down hill its ridiculous. Noone answers the store phone, nor do they answer in automotive. I filed a complaint with the BBB because a security dikc lied about me and my friend to have us evicted from the store. Im not happy. Expect to wait in lines... Maybe someone will show up.

They lock the home and pharmacy doors at 10:00pm when they close at 11:00pm. There’s no signs saying they’re locked and I have counted 19 people walk up to them and not get in, then have to walk all the way across to the market doors in 40°F weather. I should also note that there is a sign right above the doors on the inside that says in big bold letters that these doors should not be locked while the building is occupied. If there was an emergency people could be in big trouble, this has to be against some fire code.

Love their prices for the most part, but I am not impressed with the customer service. I do not appreciate needing to go to the service desk to get into a fitting room. Yesterday, the water machine was not working, but there was no 'out of order' sign. We made 2 trips to the service desk and waited over 15 minutes to finally be told it wasn't working. I also find the turnover of beauty products very frustrating. I do appreciate their selection of gf products.

I moved to Jamestown almost 2 years ago to live with a guy that lied about his entire life. I didn't know until 2 weeks of living with him. He has narcissistic traits and an alcoholic. He's abusive. He name calls and quietly says some of the nastiest things a man could say to a woman. Recently he took my car and got away with it because it was in his name. He told me now I can stay home and he was right. Im too far from my support system. No car. He took all my mobey, he won't let me run my business. And he keeps taunting me. Then my 13 yr old daughter who has T1 diabetes was in the hospital for DKA several time since living here because he wouldn't let me shop for adequate food and will not let me take her to her appointments. So I applied for FS because then there isn't anything he can say or do. I was accepted but how can I shop? Then my daughter pointed out that Walmart delivers. This has changed our lives. I wish I had the money to tip big, because the people who shop for me and deliver for me have no idea how grateful I am. They have no idea that what they do for me and my daughter is more than bringing me stuff, its allowing me to get adequate food and it's ultimately saving her life. Thank you so much! I truly hope your all blessed

This Lakewood, NY Walmart is the only big supermarket around a small area of little towns. Its always very busy every single day, but especially on the holidays always barely any parking or carts once you enter the establishment. And i feel they don't have very many options to choose from. On that matter i seen they take a long time stocking shelves instead they have products still in the boxes in the middle of the aisles doesn't matter the time of day they have plenty of employee's in my personal opinion. I have gotten many stail or expired products from here so i don't recommend shopping here to any of my family or friends. If they could fix these major problems they wouldn't lose so many customers hire people that actually want to come to work an enjoy their job not someone who's going to be rude or on their phones or make a mistake an then make it the customers problem or "fault" very unprofessional. To conclude shop lifting is a major problem as i see police are called daily so at least they can have that taken care of but I've lived here for 31 years an walmart was never this bad of a place to go an now that im a mom i wouldn't let my kids shop here until they can reevaluate an rebuild a new.

If you don't shop at Walmart because you think you are above it, or the clientele, you are just plain dumb. You make careful choices with regard to everything you buy. Let's just say, you'll save a bunch of money picking and choosing among the bargains. Walmart rocks!

Walmart - Nobody likes your "Scan & Go". Since they ripped out normal lines and installed these NOBODY uses them! We want people not machines. What was the investment for this? I'm sure it was huge. Invest in employees please. BTW I'm returning my ice cream if it got thawed and refroze waiting in line.

I’ve had it with Walmart. They have lost a long time customer. I went in to get a few things. I went to check out, and they had one checkout line. One. For the entire store. The line for this wound around the clothing section. Don’t you get it, Walmart morons?? PEOPLE DON’T LIKE SELF CHECKOUT. I’m not getting paid for that. You didn’t give me a discount for doing it. Plus, when I got to the damned self checkout, you can’t even buy a paper bag. I’m done. Never again. Target, here I come. At least they know how to treat their customers.

Every time I go, there is one older woman there, thin, white hair in a ponytail. She always harasses me. I've seen her apply double standards and non existent rules to ONLY me. Last time she saw me she convinced about 3 or 4 managers and ALL of her coworkers I was about to steal and I was followed the entire time. A self checkout guy saw me make a show of double checking to make sure I wasn't stealing and personally apologized to me after. Control that woman and stop letting your employee harass customers because they like to dye their hair unnatural colors, because lord knows she isn't harassing the girls with natural colored hair.
