Always a pleasure to shop here. They always have what I'm looking for, and as a regular "neighbor" shopper, I was able to take advantage of the 10% off coupon that I'd received from TSC to stock up on chicken feed, dog food and a few little supplies I needed. Great service, nice clean store, comprehensive inventory and little economic enhancements to make the experience even better.

Good selection of items. Apparently short staffed as cashier was a bit snarky when I asked for help getting a 50# bag if birdseed in my car...(I am a 73 y/o woman.) When she told me there was no one to help as I was cashing out,I told her to take it off my bill as I couldn't handle it by myself. Begrudgingly, she called for someone..as I said I waited ten minutes.

We used the curb side pick up option to purchase a new lawnmower. The process was very easy. I even called before purchasing online to make sure the model I wanted was available. The employee was very pleasant and helpful.When my son and I went to pick up the mower, I parked where indicated, called the phone number, and they brought out the mower in less the three minutes. The employee even assisted my son and I putting the mower in our SUV. Over all a very easy and pleasant experience.

Quite surprising that I wasn't greeted at the door when entering. Every Tractor Supply I've ever been to has. Products not well stocked either. A hodge podge of items everywhere. Hard to get around it. Disappointed in this particular store.

Just buying bird seed today. Managent and staff are always very friendly and helpful. That said... This is the store Corporate forgot. I have been shopping at this Tractor Supply for over 3 years and Still shoot right past the entrance at night because this store is set back about 100 yards from the street with a gardening supply outlet and a brightly lit Carwash in front of it. Streetside Tractor Supply has a for most part hidden really nice big sign that is supposed to be lit at night as a landmark aide but has not been lit for all the years I have been a patron because at some point the Carwash did some digging for construction purposes and cut the electric line and refused to fix their mistake so it remains a problem. So the question to the Tractor Supply Corporate office is...When does fixing the problem then filing a lawsuit for damages against the Carwash become a viable action for the sake of good Customer Service? Another ongoing irritating problem with this Tractor Supply is their haphazard way of designating any sensible Handicap parking spots close to the stores entrance. There is No metal pole with a metal Handicap only parking sign anywhere on the property. Just a worn out Handicap icon painted at one spot quite a distance from the entrance that is, most times I have shopped here, occupied by a large truck with no handicap license plate or placard displayed in any window. This is not a problem in the Orchard park area Tractor Supply store where the handicap designated spots are right next to the entrance, where they should be, with metal poles that have metal Handicap signs quoting the Law clearly at eye level making no possibility of creating the problem this Lakewood store is reluctant to solve. Lakewood Police will come by and issue a very expensive handicap violation ticket if called but sometimes treat this violation with a very low priority treating it with reluctance rather than an actual Violation of a Law. Maybe when both the Lakewood Police and Tractor Supply Corporate Office personel have someone in their Families who become Honestly severely handicapped they will get a clue and stop aiding the indifferent customer in breaking the law and correct this problem that seems to be ongoing all over the Jamestown area.

I love Tractor Supply. It'll be a sad, sad day of we ever lose them as a purveyor. The staff is always helpful and management is attentive to customer service. I like shopping their clearance sections. They always have unique items for working outdoors.

Good selection of all kinds of stuff. Great tools, truck and trailer supplies. Even though it is a farm supply store, it has a lot to offer for those of us who don't live and work on a farm. Great for pet supplies, gardens, and the do it yourself fanatic.

They sell HUGE bags of wood chips that I need for my bunny, at a very cheap price! They have everything that I need for her there. Also, I like that they do the vet for dogs to come and get their shots there, because taking our dog to an actual Veterinarian office is more pricey than bringing him to the Vet they run at Tractor Supply. My dog is 1 and 1/2 now and he's gotten all of his shots done right there. Plus the Veterinarians there are always so sweet and patient with my pup!

They have the ONLY food my pets like. Good watch for boot and coat sales. Always a steady flow of customers,too. I can recall never having a great place like this!

Always pleasant to visit. Cheery customer service. They always seem to find what it is we need. I like to peruse their magazine section. The store seemed like it was packed at the seams to get through. i assume that is because it is spring.

Was a little bit upset when we stopped into store and we were looking for something specific. When we came through the doors two store employees were talking to each other. It appeared the gentleman was training a young girl. She looked freightened to death of him He was explaining to her how customers are very important. All the while, we were standing there waiting for some assistance. After several minutes of not being acknowledged my husband turned and walked to the back of the store. After I walked towards the back the gentleman followed me to the back and then went through the employee doors. Never once did he offer assistance. Guess we know how important customers are to him and this seems to be his attitude every time we see him working

Think of this as a hardware store for farmers. The have a great selection of work clothes including boots. The prices are not bad. They have a good selection of tack and other horsie gear. There are a lot of materials for fencing and parts for tractors. They have a lot of pest control equipment and chemicals. They have tons of little hardware items like clevis pins and hitch equipment as well as tools.

Arrived early as I got out of work before they opened. I live out of town, so didn't want to drive home and come back later. Waited in the parking lot, the manager saw me waiting out there, so he came out and said he would open early for me. Customer service above and beyond! Can't say enough good things about the store.

Bought boots, didn't realize the tag said, "in California, proven to cause cancer".....wth, they let me return for money back..thank goodness!!.. please read all tags!!! I already just had cancer removed, can't take any chances.......please read tags!!! They were thinsulate short boots!!!!!

Why pay more for less? This is the store for top of the line dog food with no animal by-products or multiple grain fillers. I recommend Taste Of The Wilds brand dog food for all active dogs big or small. Results are true and true. Healther skin & hair are some of the first results after a few weeks of switching, your dog will be fuller for less as all ingredients are what your dog needs in a healthy diet with absolutely no fillers. Great selection of high protein dog treats and bones. They also have all the shots you need to keep your dog healthy and happy. Other "petstores/dog food suppliers" do not compare to price, quality or customer service. Im never disappointed entering or leaving tractor supply.

Good place for farm related items not available over-the-counter at regular hardware or home improvement stores, with country clothing and some lawn/patio furniture/decorating products and novelty items like toys (for all ages).
