I am consistently met with outstanding customer service at the Lakewood, NY location!Today I called ahead to see if they had a specific product and Bob answered the phone. I appreciate his exceptional customer service! He exhausted all options finding the product I was calling about. In his last place to look, he found them and offered to hold them in the office until I got there.In other stores, I typically just get, "we don't have them".Thank you Bob!

Went in with a list, did get most of my planned purchases n so much more. Staff was friendly n helpful. Like being able to buy refrigerated/frozen food in smaller packages. Less apt to spoil. Store was clean and shelves were fairly well stocked.

This Dollar Tree is always clean and well stocked. I asked about a product while in the check-out line and an associate offered to go get it for me so I wouldn't have to leave the line. These small acts of kindness mean so much!

Convenient and many items to choose from. I believe the dollar is a thing of the past as it seems that the Dollar Trees should probably have to rename themselves to the Dollar Twenty Five Tree. Still I think some of the deals are better than others. The staff seems friendly and helpful.

Very cheaply made stuff, but what you would expect when everything is $1. Great place to get stuff for parties. They have a lot of smaller sized snacks. Supplies for the classroom are very reasonable. Even though the quality is low or the sizes are small, anyone can find a deal on things they need. One warning, it is easy to spend more than you planned because everything is $1. You end up putting more in your basket than you realize.

Great cashier. Friendly knowledgeable polite. Supportive to person with developmental disability. Encouraged them to take their time. This allowed the individual to be independant. She made him feel valued. Great job.

So the website/online says opens at 8 am I just showed up here at 825 2 employees outside smoking told me they were closed don't open until 9 I say oh ok well website says 8 someone should let whoever know to change that. I was rudly told with a shoulder shrug I don't have no control over that. This Dollar tree just lost my business for how rude and uncanny they were. Way to go dollar doll on your great employees.

Not impresed with there return policy. They only allow an exchange. But other than that its nice to get products that are othwise more expencive for$1
