Went here while camping at Moffitt Beach over the weekend. Husband and wife running it were extremely polite and helpful. Mini golf was great with kids. Really nice little store looking forward to going back!

Campstore! Is a great addition to the area. My husband and I visited last year and played a round of mini golf while visiting “home”. I know they have added more to this unique little store including an ice cream🍦 truck 😍. I am so excited to visit this year and see what’s new. They have everything you need for the kids, camping, or just a snack and a place to hang out for a while. The owner and his wife are great people that are adding some character back into our little town. Don’t miss this place on your next trip to the ADK’s!!! 💙

Best store in the Adirondacks! It has been the perfect addition to the area and it is great to see the new things that they add each year! Snacks, drinks, mini-golf, kayak/paddle board rentals, ice-cream and so much more! Tons of character & fun packed into a great location. Plus, KC & Katrena are the best! Make sure you stop by ASAP.

We discovered this wonderfully fun and unique campstore on a family road trip. The people and store provide such an uplifting and good vibe experience with many options for shoppers abs keepsakes to rentals and shaved ice. I would stop there again even driving out of my way just because it was one of the best memories on our road trip. We drove through several states and this little gem still POPS in my mind and makes me smile. We bought some keepsake tee shirts when we were there except for my husband . He regretted not purchasing one for the remainder of our trip and kept bringing it up for the remainder of the vaca! BUT!!!! Since the owner, KC, is such a cool dude and takes such immense pride in his business was able to procure a shirt for me and even mailed it to my house! Yay! Wow! Seriously, it was such a surprise and what a great dude. I wrapped it for my husband for a Christmas present. He’s not going to believe it.Stop at this awesome spot. There is something for everyone and you will find an activity or keepsake treasure for your road trip memories. Totallly worth every moment spent there. I will definitely be talking about this sweet spot for years to come.GO!!

After first visiting the CampStore while at Piseco, our family returned here this past weekend while camping at Moffitt. As before, this place has it all, most importantly fantastic people. My last review here referenced them recommending local attractions, and we had visited them all and were very thankful. (See review of Raquette Lake Dinner cruise) Love this place. Our son says don't miss the "Snowball" at the ice cream stand.

Awesome local store run by awesome local people. I love the 2019 addition of the ice cream scoop stand. Campstore tshirts are pretty sweet. I have 3. No shame to the throwback florescent color schemes of the 80s!

In September we camped around this area for 2 weeks. When we arrived to Moffitt we bought wood here for our first nights and regretted it immediately. As I learned from other customers (this season and past) they are notorious for selling wet/young wood. Avoid buying your wood here unless you enjoy the nuisance of a smoking, hissing fire that will never light on a cool ADK camping evening. Everywhere else we purchased on this trip (Indian Lake, Speculator, Long Lake) was dry and usable. I could have brought my own from 6 hours away, but I follow the rules and hope businesses like yours are looking out for visitors to the region. If you knew the wood was wet, maybe your wood sales were done for the year vs ruining countless evenings, meals and ambience. First impressions are forever. Thanks for the one-star firewood.

Campstore has a little bit for everyone! Kids: they've got candy! Campers: they've got camping supplies! Locals: they've got awesome stickers, tshirts, and hats to show your hometown pride! This would be last years review. This year I would only have to go up! Campstore scoops! I have even heard rumors of coffee! I have been a fan of Campstore from the beginning. A new business in a struggling town. And one that aims to please! I know for a fact that the owners cares for every costumer. Buy a gag of ice? They care. A couple of t shirts? They care. A guy who just likes to sit on their porch with his dog? They care! We need more business owners just like this! Stop by!
