Great mini golf away from the crowds. Fun course and very clean. You can tell the owners care about quality! And the soft serve ice cream… so creamy and delicious! Our kids want to go back tomorrow!It is cash only, but there’s an ATM on site.

Nice little stop on your way to wherever. Clean and well maintained area, they have outdoor seating only. There are picnic tables with umbrellas, some are in the shade also. You can find a mini golf course out back that looks good for the younger crowd. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

Lovely place, perfect for summer ice cream cravings. We tried both soft serve and regular ice cream. I like the soft serve better. Especially with sprinkles. Definitely recommended.

My family was so excited when we saw our Adirondack trip would make it in time for the last weekend of Bon's extended season this year! I found Bon's Ice Cream while researching activities in the area and knew we had to go! We visited on the last day of the season and got the cider donut sundaes! That sundae alone was worth the trip from Florida! The owners even turned on the mini golf water features for our toddlers even though we only got ice cream and were the only guests present. It was the cherry on top of the most perfect day of our trip! We will definitely be coming back!

Had a vanilla and black raspberry twist soft serve cone. It had a very nice texture and the flavors were enjoyable.The staff were very friendly. Nice patio area to relax and enjoy the ice cream.

Totally worth a stop. A great variety of soft serve and scooped ice cream. Well-maintained with a great seating area. Behind the stand is an 18 hole mini golf course - just kitschy enough!

This place has amazing ice cream. Highly recommend visiting. It's worth the drive and never has the huge lines you have to deal with at Martha's. Play the mini golf course while you're there.

I took my daughter (just turned 3) on her first camping trip and I promised her “put-put”. We came to Bons on Monday but the weather was rainy so we just got ice cream and looked at the course, I promised we’d come back the next day. She was SO excited after seeing the course. She talked all night in our tent about the waterfall and the fish and the big American Indian statue. The next morning, as soon as we were done breakfast we went back to Bons to finally play put-put. But unfortunately it wasn’t open yet. There was a sign that said “sun-sat 12-9”. I guess my tired camping eyes misread that sign and I thought those were just weekend hours. But we were there yesterday on the Monday I thought, and I looked around for another sign. I noticed a man inside who was ignoring me. Finally I gave him a friendly wave and asked what time they open. He looked at me like the biggest idiot on the planet and said there’s a big white sign over there and pointed. I laughed awkwardly and just said, oh sorry (I’m Canadian). So we had 2 hours to kill. We went to the gift/cheese shop just down the road and had a picnic after with cheese and crackers and jam. We pulled back into Bons at 11:58am. It was the moment she’d been waiting for. She ran toward the waterfall as I was trying to pay at the window. They are cash only, and I only had $10 so I asked to purchase one kids round of golf (which was $5 something) and I was going to help teach her since I didn’t have enough for the two of us. The girl who was helping me was very friendly. Then that same man who I spoke to earlier cut in and said $13.50. I clarified the prices again, and said my daughter is going to golf as I only had $10. As this conversation was happening, my toddler was transfixed on the waterfall. She was standing on the rocks looking at it. I guess this really aggravated the man (who already didn’t like us for whatever reason) and he yelled at my kid to get off the rocks. Apologetically, and out of reflex, I reciprocated and called out to my daughter. She didn’t listen. She’s 3. He then told me to go get her off of there. With a mess of $1 bills in my hands I said I can’t be in two places at once - he cut me off, looked at me and yelled, then put your wallet down and go get her. She was just standing there. I couldn’t believe how condescending he was when he spoke to me. I went and got her. Shaken, I brought her back to the window I saw another family paying, and rather than saying “go have fun kids!” he leaned out and barked out about 25 rules at them. I turned to mydaughter and said we won’t be playing put-put here. She was crushed. I almost went for it anyway for her sake but I just couldn’t give this man my business and have him watching her like a hawk the whole time. Why run a mini-put if you hate fun? To parents with small children, take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to be humiliated and degraded in front of your kids. Sincerely, a mom trying her best and a very, very sad little girl. And if you’re reading this, you arrogant prick, I’m sure you won’t understand or think twice about what happened on this day. You don’t have that capacity. Instead, I’ll leave you with these. 🖕🖕

This is our absolute favorite mini golf spot. Super fun but challenging course that is really well maintained. Some courses are too hard, some are too easy but this is just right!

Bons has been a favorite place of mine ever since I can remember. I've been getting blue goo cones since I was little and I just had another one last weekend. I have memories playing miniature golf with my whole family and having a great time. I hope they plan on sticking around for many more years.

This was great. Huge variety of ice cream and super friendly staff. The mini golf course out back is super legit. Pretty tough course, real putting green and each whole is fairly difficult in its own way. Staff is super friendly and the entire place is super well maintained. Can’t say enough good things honestly.

Nice place for some soft serve. They have unique flavor bursts for you to add to your soft serve too. Haven't played the mini golf, but course looks entertaining.

This is a great place for the “middle of nowhere”. A good place to kill an hour or so. Ice cream was good and mini golf kept the kids entertained.

We found this place by accident. Waze was in a dead zone and we were driving around when we saw the Ice Cream and mini golf sign. We stopped. Great ice cream. I had a Maine blueberry. Others had moose tracks. Pretty nice portions. Went there a few days late. Ice cream was still good. And then we played mini golf. What can you say about miniature golf? It's low skill and high fun!

Great place. They close for the season soon, so, yes, they are not adding to their ice cream stock. But the ice cream is great (tops is coffee soft serve [the coffee's swirled inside vanilla] with chocolate dip).and there is lots of variety. Good prices and generous portions--even the baby size. It's a lovely setting and very friendly. My kids always loved it and now my grandkids do.

Good soft vanilla ice cream and hard maple walnut. We stop there every time we pass by.Miniature golf behind the store is quite impressive.Remember if you hit the ball with the putter and it goes in the hole on the first putt it's a hole on one. It doesn't matter what or who the ball bounces against, it is still a hole-in-one. Yes there's a story here.

I’ve been living out of the area for over 10 years. I came back and went here and the ice cream was so good. I had a milkshake which was so thick and creamy! My mom had the toasted coconut ice cream which was out of this world good.
