Easy in and out with 2 entrances/exits... Huge selection of snacks and drinks, sandwich deal inside, places to sit and eat, gas normally I'm there cheap end.... Large car wash and the staff was nice and pretty quick at checkout

The QC both on Albany Ave and on Ulster Ave, Rt 9W lake katrine, ny are both quite nice. Large floor space to move around in and they provide small shopping carts fit for a one room store. They are kept pretty clean, outside of an occasional customer leaving the bathroom messy which staff will get to cleaning any mess that is found or reported. Prices are probably on the slightly high side but not that bad. Only thing i didnt like was when they let people know they weren't a " real" deli. The cold cuts are delivered to the stores precut, most food items are pre-made at I would guess at a QC warehouse kitchen or something similar. Rolls, bagels, similar items come in frozen and defrosted or heated. They did have a really great chicken soup about 2 weeks ago that was less expensive and tasted incredibly much much better then even Panera's soup.People seemed to like QC coffees. They do keep a good wide selection of coffees always hot and ready or they will make sure they make a fresh pot right then. As far as employees I've dealt with at both sites, they all seem to treat customers respectfully, politely and extends themselves to be as helpful as possible to customers. At both sites, as expected at almost any place people work, a customer has a good chance to hear employees talk among themselves about other employees who work different shifts or schedules. Usually its mostly small gossip about how the other employee isnt doing their work or cleaning up what they are suppose to before they leave. I've heard one employee call another employee on his cell warning her to 'watch out' when someone ( internal staff, external repair person or front office staff,? I dont know). But it seems to be the petty little stuff that can happen almost anywhere.QC in my area is about the only place that stays open 24/7. Most places to get milk or gas closes anywhere between 9pm - 11:30pmI go there frequently. Usually at least once a week, many time multiple times like 3 -4 times

I went into the location on 5/10 as I normally do with my 3 children 9,6 and 3. We were grabbing stuff as normal to be paid for we get to the counter my son the 6 year old runs behind the counter. He never touched anything or grabbed anything a white male that works there decided to say my son was stealing out loud. The white female next to him decided to laugh at which point I immediately got uncomfortable grabbed my kids and walked out before It escalated. Not only is my son emotionally messed up but he has to deal with feeling nervous going in a store as a 6 year old. When I am done with this quick check because they seem realRacist and with the community they are in they don’t need to be working there and I will bring change. I have money and it doesn’t matter about the money it was how my child a 6 year old was treated !!

I had a very unfortunate encounter with a very rude employee. She had an attitude right from the start of the transaction, and actually argued with me and yelled across the store at me. On my way out, she very sarcastically said “ have nice day”. Arguing with paying customers and having an attitude is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I will spend my money elsewhere.

The staff inside the Deli is very nice and very friendly. But as a gas station years ago was my favorite but now , always pretty dirty and full of garbage everywhere where . don’t even think about using the bathrooms.Doesn’t look like a typical QuickChek 👎. I stopped in for a tuna sub today and when I got the sandwich it was terrible, I opened it up and all of the lettuce was brown and their was about 3 small scoops of tuna. I asked for the manager and was told they were busy. I finally got an employee to refund my money and he was acting like he was doing me a favor. They were rude and terrible customer service. The two woman working the deli counter we're slow and rude too. I won't be back.

Excellent gas prices! Ordered a BBQ meatball sub with marinara sauce (so what if it's weird...). It was delicious! 6" sub plus a lot of the thinnest french fries I've ever seen, for under $5! And the fries were excellent. Worth a stop.

Is this what $15 per hour gets you? Deli clerk was slower than molasses. It was only one other customer and myself ordering food. I waited over 10 minutes for a basic 12" sub. Manager also did nothing to speed up the process while also pulling employees from the line. Would rate zero stars if i could

Well I'm going to make this short and sweet nobody should ever go to this quickchek one employee hope and the other employee Risa are very disrespectful to people including me which doesn't bother me but anyways these two decided it'd be a great idea to call the police on me and say I'm harassing them but anyways he's to love to get customers in trouble stay away from this store

Quick check is only good for coffee and gas. Half the time they're out of coffee supplies or machine is broken. Employees constantly complain in front of customers and have nasty attitude toward customers. Customer service sucks.

If it’s anytime after 8pm Do yourself a favor and don’t bother going to the deli, It’s always a disaster! the deli employees will talk badly about you (right in front of you), complain about having to work, and mess up your order. The bigger guy with a side shave not only has such a bad attitude HE WILL TALK ABOUT YOU RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any quick chek but today was atrocious. the line was long and there was one register open. This lady didn’t scan all of my items TWICE so I had to have 3 separate transactions ( keep in mind I had 5 items in total) and the guy on sandwiches gave me an attitude about how I didn’t pay for it and then HE MADE MY SANDWICH WRONG. And no napkins by the coffee station early this morning and at 4pm. will not be coming back to this location

Ordered an Italian sub that was swimming in lettuce for lunch. Its Christmas so taking it your employee is mad they're working a holiday. I'm literally disgusted in the way my sandwich was made today. Never have I seen such a mess. They didnt even cut it I had to do that myself smh.

The younger guys that work in the deli part of the store are lazy and incompetent. Literally complaining about doing something for my order in front of me and then don't give me what i asked for. Happened there multiple times. Starting to think it being the closest to me isnt worth it anymore since they cant get my orders right.

Nice big clean safe gas n convenience store. Everyone is helpful and courteous. Definitely a cut above the surrounding gas station. Be sure to check snacks near coffee urns.

it took four minutes and 30 seconds to check out today and there's only four people in front of me the guy called and asked for assistance but conveniently everyone had just left as it got busy. Respect to the cashier at the time for handling it well

This place used to be good for subs and sandwiches but now they don't put all of the ingredients in the sub and don't tell you. They have done that 3 times in a rrow.
