They are great to deal with. Been getting my equipment from them for about 5 years now. Even if you don’t buy it from them they will fix it or get you parts to fix it yourself . They are just a great asset our community these days where box store don’t know anything about what they sell & have no idea how to fix it.

This is a small family lawn equipment dealership with a personal touch. I stopped by to introduce myself and was nicely surprised. They have highly trained factory technicians and quality inventory. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. There factory rep. stopped in while I was there and he was also very informative. I have had nothing but a great experience with Lake Katrine Lawn and Power, they are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.Any service I have had done has always been prompt, and reasonable. They are able to pick up my Simplicity machine, service it, and have it back to me in a few days.The one time that LKLP was waiting on a backordered warrantied part for my mower, they showed up and mowed my 2 acres with their big zero turn! I know this was an unusual circumstance, and I greatly appreciated it. My neighbor told me he was very impressed that a company would provide such outstanding customer service.It's a fact that when equipment is used, worked, and occasionally overworked that service and repairs will be needed, why not deal with a local business that treats people fairly, and does their best to turn around service and repairs quickly.I had a 1 month old snow blower, that I accidently ran over a large piece of firewood with, It did extensive damage. I couldn't believe that LKLP worked with the manufacturer to get all repairs, plus pick up and delivery covered by warranty, I didn't BS them, and admitted that my stupidity was what caused the damage, they (LKLP & Simplicity) appreciated my honesty, and provided excellent customer service, and a professional repair.Thanks W & K for treating the customer how you'd want to be treated.

Absolutely the worst lawnmower shop I've ever experienced. Bought brand new mower for 600.00. Motor blew within one hour of use. Waited 4 weeks for replacement. Second one wouldn't start after one use. Brought back. Waited for 3 weeks. Used once since the season was over. Second season, won't start. Called and the owner claimed the carb was clogged without even seeing mower. Said it was not covered under warranty. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of this shop.

They Didn't Tell Me That A Right Handed Backpack Blower in Red Max Can Be Available. (Red Max 8500 with hip throttle left hand is Very Uncomfortable & When I'm Spending $625$ = I Want A Right Handed Throttle Control..) Period.

Lady I spoke with was not helpful at all , actually very unfriendly , like I knew nothing and she knew everything . I had all the model numbers that are on a sticker under the seat of my Craftsman riding mower , and she told disputed the factory numbers . I will never do business there , not of that is the way they treat their customers , and I will tell everyone I talk with how unfriendly & unprofessional they are .
