I LOVE stopping by and shopping at this LEGO Store! The employees here are more like brand ambassadors. They take care of their customers and do whatever they can within reason to make sure your shopping trip is fun and successful. The manager, Jim is a professional leader who not only knows how to treat customers, he also knows how to treat staff judging by the number of long time employees happily working here. When the staff is happy and outgoing, it just makes the customers feel happy as well.As a very serious LEGO builder and buyer, I am very happy to shop at this store. The employees are friendly and treat you with respect. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their job, the company they work for and the product itself. It seems like most of the crew here build with LEGO themselves so when you have a question about a product or specific element, they know what you are talking about. I have been fortunate enough to experience the impeccable customer service at this store and it keeps me coming back.

Great store, I just hope it stays open year round and not just for the holiday season. Slightly overpriced but a much better experience for the kids rather then just ordering legos online. Interactive 3D videos and a build-it-yourself play area made this store worth the visit.

I went yesterday and we met Ryan. He was sweet, knowledgeable, and kind. He was at the front table making figures. I asked for help with healthcare keychains and he was so happy to bring me to my nurse keychain that lights up. I brought it because of him. Thanks again Ryan.

This place is very clean, spot less, the staff are pleasant towards customers, great and professional! They have majority of sets to choose from, including Ghostbusters, and Jurassic Park! So cool! They should have more sets like Ghostbusters Fire House, and I like to see if they add more Jurassic Park 1 stuff from Lego!
