Exceptional service! I recently took my pet to and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to both me and my furry friend. Not only did they do an amazing job with the grooming, but they also made sure my pet felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend The Groomery to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services for their beloved pets.

We have been going here for years (since the old location) and our dogs always come home happy and cute! The personal attention they get is comforting to me, and I completely trust them with my bebes! Honestly I'm ruined for any other groomer now because The Groomery sets the standard pretty high. I can't think of anywhere else I have ever felt comfortable leaving my dogs to be groomed, so having this peace of mind now is priceless. 10/10 recommended and if I could give 100 stars I would!

These are the nicest people I’ve ever met.I bring my cat Wolfie to have her nails trimmed (which is not an easy task). They always fit me in and are very patient with my extremely anxious cat. I highly recommend them, I can tell you for grooming they are booked months in advance (which speaks volumes).

We are recommended this place by a friend. We haven’t taken our dog out for grooming for a long time since he is socially awkward and anxious when bathed by strangers. But this place took it like a champ and they carefully asked how we wanted the cut. The result came out great. And the price is also very good! We don’t need to explain too much and they take well care of our dog. Thanks Groomery!

This place is great. Just adopted a mini poodle and he was in desperate need of a full bath and haircut. Despite being very busy, they were able to squeeze my pup in and did a beautiful job with him. He does not like being groomed, but they took their time and the results were fantastic. Poor thing had so many knots and they are all gone. He looks and smells amazing. Very happy to have found this place!

Always a great experience here. We have tried a fair share of grooming places, but this place tops them all. We are parents of a dauchsund/shepherd mix who has long hair. They always do a phenomenal job and the price is exceptionally reasonable. They book up fast, but they are well worth the wait. We haven't gone anywhere else since we started going here.

This place is top notch! Not only do they do amazing grooming but they also stand behind their services! My dog came home with her eye irritated. I called and the owner immediately responded, giving me suggestions on how to care for it and also offering to pay for any vet services required. We ended up going to the vet and the owner immediately sent me her cc info and paid for the visit, no questions asked . She also checked in with us several times to make sure our dog was doing better. Cannot recommend this groomer enough. Stand up business and treat owners and pups with care, compassion and kindness. A true rarity these days.

This is the second time i brought my french bull dog here. The girls who do my dog are so good! Stitch comes back smelling amazing! The girls really care about our fur babies. This is the only groomer i will be going to🐶😁

They do a good job with the dogs. No doubt about that. But they're far more expensive than other groomers, and the wait time for an appointment is way too long. (But both those negative items are a result of how good they are at the actual grooming. If you can afford the price, and make appointments well in advance, you'll love the results)

We bring our Shihtzu to The Groomery after switching from another local business during COVID. The owner and her team from the receptionist to the groomers are pleasant and easy to work with! Their suggestions are helpful with our sweet pup, and they are very knowledgeable! Our little pup always comes home smelling great with a wonderful hair cut. You know they take time with each and every dog and know them within the first time going there. We are so fortunate to have this local business to take care of our animals while being groomed!

I have been bringing both of my dogs here for awhile now I have a golden doodle and a teddy bear and they do a great job with them as my puppies can be difficult and they always look great and come home smelling wonderful with the cutest bandanas!

A welcoming place. I have a difficult dog which other groomers have not wanted to work with. They have spoken baby talk to him, calmed him n said he would b no problem. While they let me bring him in b4 his appointment to run around shop n get familiar I witnessed many people picking up. Each one came out prettier than the last. I would HIGHLY recommend. Even the counter people are knowledge in treating problem babies like mine. OPEN 7 DAYS. Doesn't get any better. ALSORuns rescue...PLEASE DONATE.

When I moved to Suffolk I was lucky enough to find the most amazing place for Penelope to get beautiful and board when my children played away sports. Owner Melissa and her wonderful caring staff have taken the best care of P and all my clients poochies for years now after many happy recommendations to my friends. Great job girls and I have to say we have all tried many places over the years but nothing even compares to the Groomery!!!!!!

Mel & Melissa are so nice and the Best groomers! I have a 15 year old cranky shitzu. The last two groomers couldn't do her face. She looked like Oscar the grouch. Now she is so cute and clean. They are AMAZING!

We cannot give the Groomery enough praise. We had both of our Mini Aussies groomed and they look amazing, they smell great and they are happy which let's me know they were well taken care of. It is so hard to find a good groomer. So happy to have found the Groomery. Our one girl is 13 and has some medical issues. They assured me she would be okay and that they have experience grooming dogs with medical problems. Would so recommend The Groomery.

This was our first time taking my dog to a groomer. Dog came home with scratches on his belly and groin area…razor burn. I made the owner aware of it. Told me I had a credit for the next visit and they will scissor cut him there next time and if anything gets worse and you need to see vet…please let her know so she can pay for it. Well, he got worse and worse…almost $800 later the groomer was annoyed she was going to either pay it be taken to court. Kept telling me the infection had nothing to do with the razor burn!!! Anyway, no longer taking him there but they do a nice job of grooming otherwise…oh and I had to pay for second grooming even though I had a credit which was taken away because she paid $500

The owner Missy is wonderful. I take my parrots to her to get their wings and nails clipped. She really cares about all the animals. She is very welcoming and very knowledgable about the animals. All the other girls that work there too are great. It's always a pleasant experience going here.

This was my first time bringing my Lab mix (Harriet!) to The Groomery. They met you at the front door when you drop off and pick-up your pet, which was quick and easy.When I picked-up Harriet, she was SMILING and all happy! She smelt great, the bath was well done (my dog has short hair), and her nails were all clipped evenly. A pink polka dot bandana was placed on her!The staff were very nice! To whomever groomed Harriet, thank you so much and I wish I could have given you a tip!! Always unsure about cash exchange with COVID-19.

We’re very rough with my kitten and muzzled him and shoved him around yelling while trimming his nails right on the counter for the cashier not inside the salon or anything. I get the holding him down part but they were extremely rough and yelling at him and not at all soothing or reassuring him. Won’t be going back

I take my labraheeler, Cali, there every two weeks. She hates getting her nails done and the girls are absolutely amazing taking care of her. She is a major pain in the rear when it comes to getting her nails clipped but the groomer makes it the best experience possible and does a great job.

They treat me and my dog like royalty. They do a great job at teeth cleaning, dematting, bathing and clipping nails. Fair prices. Will add some color to your dog or cat for holidays and special occasions. I like that the owner is involved in rescue. Convenient location on Middle Country Rd.
