I went a couple days ago to get a drink for my daughter and me and I was so excited to try a new drink my daughter had told me about and when I went to order there was this nasty worker there named Michelle or something like that. She gave me such an attitude and made me feel bad and also seemed like they were treating their coworkers bad as well. it’s not the first time that it’s happened and I’m honestly so upset about it and I hope that you can do something about it or talk to her because she definitely does not deserve to be working there.

They offered samples of green and peach tea lemonade. It was delicious and that was changed my mind to have that then hot tea. Really delicious. Service, order person and barista were polite and friendly. Order person super nice.Dietary restrictions: It's great they have almond milk and other plant based milk. The employees are nice to each other as equally as they are to the customers, which is really nice to see they like their job. Happy employees to me means happy customer service.

A majority of the time the service at this location is great. I order from this location frequently because I work at the mall and I have noticed that there’s one employee there that has a very poor attitude. He is very hostile towards all the customers and sometimes his coworkers. He ignores people when they’re trying to pick up their mobile order, and he constantly rolls his eyes. I used to give him the benefit of the doubt assuming he either had a bad day or week, but his attitude has never changed and it’s extremely rude.

This location has had quick service and kind staff every time I've been here. Never got a bad drink. Lines can be long on the weekends but that's to be expected I guess. wish there was more I could add, but it's just your typical mall Starbucks and a good place to stop when you're shopping.

Despite doing a mobile order I had to stand around for about 15 minutes waiting on the 4 items I ordered to be done. I can't fault them for waiting so long since the place was jam packed with lots of young kids that don't need coffee in their life. When I finally got my cloud drink it wasn't good. The taste just wasn't there.

Worst Starbucks. It's always crazy busy and they never open more registers or get more people to make drinks. I get a pretty easy drink so don't have many issues but my hubby gets a very specific drink and almost always has to have it remade. They are pretty good about remaking though. If you can get to another location I would recommend avoiding this one if possible.

So the rest of this mall feels like I just walked into a bathroom after my wife took a long hot shower. This Starbucks is about 65 degrees and I want to stay in here forever. Oh yeah the coffee... It's Starbucks. Exactly like every other Starbucks.

I work in the mall so I usually order ahead and the wait time is rarely quick but there is no gloves used when making my drinks or food they are always touching where I am supposed to drink from which is disgusting and everytime I order a refresher it’s always half full so I am definitely not getting what I pay for..

The cashier was a complete jerk. We told him we wanted to redeem a "barista pick" from the Starbucks credit card. He pretended not to know what's that and was making fun of it until the actual baristas explained to him how to look it up in our account. Instead he charged us anyway. The baristas were nice and made the drink well, but this cashier definitely needs to be retrained (both for competency and for customer relations) if they are going to keep him there.

I mobile order almost 20 mins in Advance knowing this location can never keep up with demand , and still will get there and have to wait up to 15 mins before having to make the choice to just leave without my order because I don’t have an hour to spend at Starbuckshit the location a mile of 2 up the road cause this location is a sinking ship

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received in my life at Starbucks. I waited in line at the register for 5 minutes while waiting for the cashier to take my order (who was gossiping with coworkers more than worried about doing her job) I repeatedly tried to tell her what I wanted but was cut off by her laughter and lack of interest in my business

Janelle had such an attitude when I told her the all around the side of my cup was sticky with syrup she grabbed the cup with such an attitude I understand everyone has there day but she should stayed home the rest of the staff gets a 5 star!

This Starbucks sucks at attending costumers ,to start of they didn't give me my recipet,they didn't make my drink right and when I asked if they can make it again the lady gave me a nasty attitude,they also gave me a wrong sized drink and didn't change it and wanted me to pay more to change it .i don't like there attitudes at all.

I get it; 15 minutes before close, everyone wants to go home... but just close if you won't serve customers. The blenders don't "turn off," ...you just don't want to re-sanitize. Lazy liars!

There was a long wait and they did not allow me to use the bathroom. Which I know they had in the past. I have a fracture ankle and wearing a boot. They made my walk far to another store. Not happy about that.

If I can give 0 stars I would but how do you wrongfully accuse a 3 yr old of stealing a dollar from the tip jar. Everytime we passed in front of starbucks shes like. Mommy I didnt take her dollar grandma gave it to me. Like before you accuse someone have proof she said she saw her take it but she didnt.

Today I went to go get my coffee for me an hot chocolate for my son an front cashier dark skin young lady was not friendly at all I order my coffee an did not finish ordering my sons hot chocolate an was already rude an told me give a second loud an rude That was not even the beginning the tall guy making the drinks what is even more rude messed up my order, I took a sip of it to check it was coffee or hot chocolate because it was supposed to be for my son and then told me give it back and threw it out and didn’t even apologize and then finally made my sons hot chocolate I was having good day until I came here !… 😡

It's ok. A lot of the menu is unavailable, which is common nowadays. Inside could be a little more organized and cleaner.
