We had to return an expensive object here, and it was easily done so. The employee was very kind and generous. He was very efficient and did not waste any time. He did not tell any jokes. But that was all right, because we valued our time and he valued our time. overall, I highly recommend this sporting good store.

After living in the south for 3 years I got used to the convenience of giant outdoor stores!! Dick’s is not exactly a Bass Pro but they’ve got you covered for most hunting, camping and sporting needs.. We stopped into this location recently for some camping supplies and to shop for a pellet gun for my son’s birthday.. The store is massive and clean with a huge array of products.. All of our questions were answered quickly and correctly by their friendly employees.. All in all our experience here was great and I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone..

Erik the general store manager was so rude and nasty with me and my friends we were respectfully looking around and he decided too kick us out since we were by ourselves and our parents weren’t there ,, he had the nastiest attitude wouldn’t go back. Very uncomfortable there.

Everything you need for sports is available here. Good selection of merchandise that is nicely displayed. Salespeople are helpful.

Wonderful experience with Austin today who helped us from head to toe with ice hockey and dek hockey equipment. He took him time educating us and answering many questions. We were never rushed and my son felt so special being a part of whole process. He even tried giving Austin a gift card as thanks but he insisted my son keep for himself. I can’t say enough about this young man, work ethic and passion for what he does as well as knowledge.Will definitely be back to work with Austin again!

We went to obtain soccer cleats for our grandson. I asked one salesperson who conducted us to the location and then promptly disappeared. Another salesperson was able to tell us which 2 shoes were available in his size, but did not help us to place them on him or check if they were correct. Bottom line... in that department don't expect knowledgeable assistance.

I went in there to buy a jersey(first one since i was a teenager) and the girl in the store told me I'm not allowed to try it on as its "the most expensive they have" that's ridiculous. How do you expect me to buy something "that expensive" without trying it on.

The first thing to catch my eye was the litter, trash..on the small lawns In front of the store and in the parking lot. A disgrace! Clean it up!I briskly walked thru the overpriced store and went elsewhere to buy the same merchandise and half the price! It is out there, do your homework and save a buck or 40. Ugh...

I honestly think this is a great store but I was wondering when they change Plannograms. Like based on each season or once a year? Every time I come It always seems like things get moved. Honestly haven't needed much but I always remember where something is until the next time when it gets moved.

The selection for a variety of sporting goods is pretty good. I wasn't particularly thrilled with customer service but it was passable at least. Prices were comparably high, but not outrageously so. Overall it's a convenient place to get what you need for a camping trip or target shooting but not the best option.

Everything I picked up had no price tag or sign. I asked a cashier to help find a price and it was like I was bothering her. She called for someone to assist me. He was helpful and found me the prices. I asked another girl who worked there why nothing is priced and she told me it's because the items sell quickly. I told her that they should put signs on the shelves then. She told me they don't fo that because people move put things on the shelves and then ask for those prices. Stupid logic.

Customer service rep named Michael was great he went out of his way to help us.. He kept a smile on his face the entire time but there were only 3 people working in the entire store. There were people waiting for help everywhere. The item I needed wasn't in Stock and because of their lack luster inventory system the rep had to call another store and wait over 20 minutes to get an answer on a $400 exercise bike. It was almost like they didn't want to take my money. Terrible experience! Would go somewhere else next time.

Has a great shopping experience there yesterday. Staff was ok. We had to go back twice & held sneakers aside to have the held for us. Ther gave us 2 day hold. Asked for help with a bow but the associate was a bit sharp on telling us to wait. Unfortunately they didn't have enough help assistance on 2xnd floor. Prices were a bit high though even on the clearance merchandise! Moira was a great help and we enjoyed working with her assistance!!

I dealt with Erik as I shopped for a treadmill. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the brands, helpful with all of my questions, and patient as I tested a couple of them out. Erik made my shopping experience very easy.

called in morning about filling a 5lb co2 tank I had, a women said to just come down and they can fill it. I questioned the women about the website stating "up to 24 oz" but she assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I drove 45 minutes there only to be told "sorry your tank is to big" when I told them I spoke to a women earlier in the day the gentlemen said he would call the manager over for me. I could hear the conversation over their radio system which was pretty much "nope were not doing that" and the manager never even bothered to come speak with me. Total waste of my time and gas, employees clearly aren't trained and knowledgeable in this area. I should have known by the way the women's tone was on the phone, it was like she was rushing me off the phone.

Placed an online order for pick up on a jacket and they didnt take off the alarm tag. I walked out of the store & they didnt say anything ! Id understand if the tag were inside & hiddened but it was on the outside pocket ! Didnt see it until I took the jacket out of its packaging at home. So disappointing & lazy.

Picked up a bicycle on clearance for myself. I ride a couple of miles a week (100-250). The department head found it immediately. He then told me it would take about 15 minutes to prep. He did all the prep work. when I took it out it was flawless. spent about 10 minutes adjusting the handlebars, seat angle, adding water bottle holder and bell. Super happy

Went Christmas shopping for the family the salesman man told me he had to walk me to the register because the shoes were over 100 dollars. Ok what if I want to buy more things and what about all the other people in the store who had items that were clearly over 100 dollars,they were not being escorted to the register. I waited in line not too long but when I got to the register the guy just looked at me like what? I told him that my items was at the other register where the salesman took it to with a young lady there. I thought he went to get the shoes so I could complete my purchase and go on about my way. Mabey 5 mins passed long story short I was put to the side and he was occupied with something else. I went back to the salesman and asked him to be honest and I asked was I the only one that he escorted to the register. He paused and replied not really and asked me what happened. I told him they didn't complete the sale so I was leaving . He shook his head and walked with me to the exit and look around we are the only ones with this skin tone in this store. I'll never shop at Dicks again.
