Stewart's is usually our favorite, but not this one.Stopped for a quick coffee and snack. It was busy. I let the guy with lotto tickets go in front of us. When I was rung up I could see lotto tickets he purchased on the card reader and said hey we didn't buy this.Cashier claimed it was no big deal, since his purchase came to zero. She regused to fix it. She finished adding our items, put my card in reader . It said transaction complete. We get settled in car. Cashier comes running out waving her arms shouting You have to pay. You have to pay.Totally embarrassing.I go back in. She sends me back out to car saying I have to bring everything back in the store so they can scan it, even though everything is STILL listed on register. My coffee lid comes off and dumps on ground. They dink around with register for a while. I tell them I no longer want the now cold pizza or raw cookie, just the cooler items.They say no charge for spilled coffee.But they charge me for coffee anyway. And somehow this is my fault....

This Stewart’s is amazing. The facility is so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Karla seriously whipped up one of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had. Anytime I am in the lake George area, this shop is always on my list to stop at.

Stopped in for an ice cream cone and the service was pretty clueless. Unfamiliar with their own selection of ice cream and then when scooping into the cone, he broke large chunks of it off (which fell into the open cooler of ice cream and he left them there when he went to scoop our next cone). I wasn't really expecting any compensation aside from maybe a "sorry," but he handed me my broken ice cream cone with one scoop of ice cream unceremoniously pushed in.I didn't really want to be a Karen, but I just mentioned maybe he should be more gentle when putting the ice cream in the cone and he said "Do you want a quarter back?"What a rude response! And no, he didn't give me a quarter back for my broken ice cream cone!The ice cream is good (as always), but jeez, I'll find another Stewarts when passing through the area.

Came here today June 9th 2018 and there was five employees working and i stood at least at the closest registered to them just for them to sit there staring at me and they weren't really busy they were just making some sandwiches and Morning Joe but the lady that check me out through my soda into the bag so now when I go to open it it's going to explode all over my car. thanks

I tend to get my gas exclusively at Stewart's because my car does not like ethanol and they have ethanol free gas at a pretty good rate 91 octane

Stopped in for a cup of coffee with my boyfriend. The place was a mess and no coffee made or hot water. All the pots were just about empty.There were four people standing around talking. The worst Stewart's I have been in. We left .

Good place to stop and pick up something quick to eat, get gas and do what you need to do before continuing on. Great milk and Ice cream.

I love Stewart as a pit stop while driving. Premium fuel in some location is ethanol free.

Lines are too long. There were 5 assoc and only 2 register's, and 1 was to be for ice cream, so long lines backed up on other register.
