After the Great Escape we ran up to Lake George, a few minutes away. Rileys is a tourist gift shop, my grandchild was excited to see they had hermit crabs for sale. However, the sales person clearly sold the wrong size cage ,very small for a LG crab ,didn't suggest extra shells,,( it's ok,,it's not a pet store.

Great prices- great selection. The unfriendliest people we've met. Came her 2x over our trip and similar experience both times. Just smile and be nice- we are tourists but say please, thank you and have a good day. A little hospitality would go along way

I love stopping at Riley's it's definitely a pit stop every time you're in Lake George all kinds of things in that store we were there buying shirts from the motorcycle rally The Americade you can find so much stuff in that store

Always a favorite spot when in Lake George. Riley's has souvenirs for everyone. The most impressive is the t-shirt bin for 99 cents! Super affordable and the staff is pleasant. If you find your way to the Adirondacks, make sure you stop in at Rileys right along route 9! You wont be disappointed!!

Our family gets all the t-shirts & cozy sweatshirts here! Prices are fabulous for terrific quality cotton, truly affordable for buying everyone what they want. Every time we camp on the islands we make a trip to Rileys no exceptions! Our Riley “Bear” pics are great to look back on through the years!

I purchased this coffee mug a little over three years ago at a different gift shop in Lake George while on vacation and it has been my favorite coffee mug ever since. Sadly, I dropped it and broke it last week.Heartbroken and determined to replace it, I called the original store I bought it from and they no longer carried it. I tried several other Lake George stores with no luck. I tried searching online at Amazon, ebay, Etsy and several other sites; I even tried looking at sites for wholesale gift shop distributors and didn't see anything even close to this wonderful large mug.Feeling deflated, I stumbled upon Riley's website and called them as kind of a Hail Mary, not expecting to find it. I explained the situation to Julia, who was the VERY HELPFUL representative on the phone at the store. I described the mug to her and asked if I could email a couple photos of the mug to see if they had it in stock (the original is pictured WITH coffee in it).Julia was kind enough to provide me with her personal email address, as they did not have an official store email address. I thought this went above and beyond normal customer service, to which I was VERY GRATEFUL. So I sent Julia my pictures, expecting to be disappointed. A little while later (probably less than an hour), Julia emailed me back with the good news that they had the mug in stock! She even sent a picture, to which I was OVERJOYED. I ordered two mugs this time, just to be safe, knowing my clumsy nature. Julia made my week with her exceptional customer service and kindness. I got the email confirmation this morning that the mugs have been shipped, so I am looking forward to that wonderful large cup of coffee in a few days. I can't recommend Riley's highly enough! THANK YOU!

Nice stuffed. Priced nice… don’t just trust the registers they will charge you incorrectly over priced from what tags say. When you call they will tell you that you’re wrong. And when you speak to the general manager they will be immature. Use incorrect grammar and argue with you and not give you the time of day. If I have time I’ll get back to you kinda bologna. There are other outlets stores around you’ll be treated properly.

Great little one stop gift shop. They have just about everything you might want as a souvenir to remember Lake George/Adirondak mountains. Reasonably priced, and on the outskirts of the main strip so wasn't crazy busy or crowded.

I love this place. I always make an hour trip here especially during the holidays. If you love Adirondack decor ( bear, moose, deer etc) this is the place to shop. They sell all varieties of items from small knickknacks to large lamps. 100% recommend. Customer service is awesome. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

It’s become a tradition for my family to shop at Riley after WOL. The $1(now $2) Riley shirt is so popular. My daughters love wearing them in their fellowship and WOL events. They also have plenty other merchandise; I am sure all will leave with a smiling face.

Riley's is always a must stop when we are passing through. Huge selection of ADK merchandise. Apparel for the whole family can be found here. Happy to find a big selection of plus size items as well. Definitely a must stop for the traveler looking for souvenirs. Great job Riley's!!!

Everyone stops here. They have great prices on t-shirts and sweats. They carry anything you can imagine. Stop at least 2 times when we stay.

My family comes here with us all the time. They have a lot of everything. From kids to adults. If you want souvenirs then this is the place. Awesome staff

Came here with my family after eating dinner at a restaurant nearby. Lots of stuff to look through. I gave it two stars because I purchased 2 shot glasses for $20 and after washing them twice (by hand not dishwasher) all of the decals washed off. They had trees and bears on them and said Lake George, NY but now they are just plain glass. Pretty disappointed.

This is by far the best souvenir store in Lake George. The variety is endless and the prices are the best in comparison to the other stores. They have a fun area for kids (adults too 😉) to shoot rubber band guns at targets that they set up. The staff is friendly and eager to help. This is the shop that is a little further out of town than the congested shops but not too far and worth the trip.

Plenty of souvenirs to choose from. It was fairly crowded when we visited. The shoppers can be quite rude and will budge line without qualms. The store could use more staff as there were several people noted to be waiting and trying to find someone to assist.

It's our favorite place to shop in the Lake George area. Great prices on well made clothing and we Love the Adirondack decor. The kids always find something here also (that doesn't cost us an arm and a leg) The owners and staff are always so friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly but they weren't stocked up on merchandise very well. Every hoodie that I came across and liked was not available in my size or even the next size up. I found several garments with bad stitching or stains as well.
