We stopped in here for lunch while on a road trip. Located along beautiful Lake George this coffee shop/bakery/sandwich shop is really amazing. We had the Reuben, and a turkey bagel sandwich. The Reuben was honestly the best I have ever had. It was flavorful without being greasy. The service was great, and the coffee was excellent as well. Check this place out!

We stopped in Lake George off season, our first choice for breakfast was closed so we ended up here. I’m glad we did. Everything we had far exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought into the food. The biscuit was homemade and one of the best I’ve ever had, as was the gravy that went with it. The iced chai had a nice spice to it and wasn’t super sweet like many chais are. Perfect breakfast.

Cute cafe on the main strip.Pastries 10/10Coffee 10/10As for the food I got a salad to go and a lot of the leaves were old and mushy. The salad dressing was supposed to be balsamic vinaigrette but tasted like they mixed Italian dressing in it. Which didn’t taste good. I also got a bagel and was supposed to have vegetable cream cheese instead they put regular. Not a big deal but I did want the vegetable cream cheese. I called to notify about my salad since I took few bites and tossed it after I kept finding rotten leaves. They offered to make a new salad but I passed on their offer I just wanted them to know for other customers. As for service The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Overall I do recommend this spot. I think the breakfast food might be better since I saw a lot of people ordering that.

Cute little place in Lake George. One of the few places still open in the off season. The bagels were really good and they had a good variety of sandwiches. I enjoyed my chai latte. And they also have a variety of baked goods. I really enjoyed by pumpkin spice scone. If you're looking for a simple café, i recommend checking this out.

Came here for breakfast while on vacation and absolutely loved it! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and the food was delicious and very affordable. As someone who is very big on coffee, my favorite part was their very large selection of flavored lattes! The orange milano iced latte was amazing as was my cinnamon raisin French toast. Probably one of the best I've ever had!We loved it so much we came back a few days later and got some omelets. I had the Spicy Jack and it was phenomenal!!

Amazing food and the pastries are very tasty. We got a banana muffin and an Apple cinnamon pastry that was delicious as well. Also I can’t forget to mention the German Iced latte I got that tasted very good (mocha, caramel and coconut) and the hot vanilla latte. It was very busy when we got there, but they were working very hard and fast and it was worth it. By the line you could see they were good. It was my second time in there and I’ll definitely go back. 10/10

A nice cafe/ coffee shop right in the center & on the main st. Take out, inside and outside dining available.Came here 2x. The first time I came, i tried their German chocolate mocha to warm up inside. I wasn't a fan of it.2nd time, I got the hazelnut iced latte. That was delicious. The flavor really stood out.🦋They have baked goods/ desserts.🦋they have food (breakfast and such)🦋street metered parking available🦋no table service, you wait in the pick up area to get your drinks/ food and sit yourself wherever you want.🦋they have spiked and their own drinksParking: Street paid parking

The food was acceptable. The process to order get a table and condiments need work. The table is wobbling while trying to eat. When I ordered asked for lemon with my water I was told we have no lemons and asked do you still want tap water.I clearly saw a cooler full of bottled water. I asked for that. It would be nice if the kids taking orders were trained to speak up and suggest the bottled water and not tap water. The packets of ketchup for a $40 breakfast were insulting two for each person give me break. Try harder and act more like a restaurant it’s a high volume tourist town of lake George. The food was not worth $40 but it was edible. The best part was the zucchini carrot muffin.

Overrated. Look at these French toasts, they couldn’t even dip it with egg properly, come on! Dry and tasteless. Same with omelette, eggs were ok, but toppings were not cooked, cheese haven’t melted, tomatoes were cold. And we paid like $57 for breakfast for two. I rarely write reviews, but so angry with this one, so I had to share!

Breakfast was fantastic, omelette was well filled and tasty, potatoes were great, and rye bread was nice too! Would definitely go back. Only disappointment was the cappuccino, while it was pretty, there was too much flavored syrup so can't really say how good the coffee was itself. Will give it another shot without flavoring. Was a bit on the pricey side, but I guess everything is nowadays.

Latte coffee ☕️ , It was great!!The get the beans and everything is managed by themselves.A beautiful bakery on one side and coffee station on other. As soon as you enter, you will get aroma of delicious coffee tempting you to have some cookies and coffee😇.Street parking available. Price is reasonable. They sell there own coffee beans and grounded coffee at reasonable price. Nice ambience.They are open for breakfasts and dine in as well.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My two friends went there this morning and what happened to them is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. They walked in one with a 9 month old baby and another with a SERVICE animal. Ordered their food and sat down, after sitting the OWNER who is in his 50s walked over and was EXTREMELY rude to the lady with the service dog saying they could NOT be in the restaurant or have their food. The owner was yelling right next to my friends 9 month old who was seated in a high chair. My friend who is not confrontational walked up front and asked for their food to go which the blonde with glasses told them no. They didn’t give my friend a refund and or their food even though they had ALREADY paid!!!! After asking if she could at least have her coffee that AGAIN she ALREADY paid for the rude clerk tossed the cup to her. This place needs to be held accountable and this WILL be discussed to the BBB. Cops should have been called and they should be FINED! I hope the owner who is NOT young should never end up needing a service animal. I will do everything in my power to make sure this is handled! I have read MANY reviews regarding him denying service animals which is illegal. He’s disgusting, the front women is disgusting and this place should be ASHAMED. You can’t take someone money and not give a service! STAY AWAY!!!!! Being a local it makes me sad and upset how someone can treat two young WOMEN like this. 😡😡😡😡🤢🤢🤢🤢****** Edit since response******I am NOT lying and what I wrote DID happen. I wouldn't just hop on to write a fake review. Sorry that you were called out, and also read all your other reviews sir. This clearly is NOT the first time this has happened. We went for a coffee and an ice cream in the afternoon. There was only one client ordering and two staff members. That client was talking with them. The conversation wasn't ending and it wasn't anything related to the restaurant. It was a personal conversation. We waited patiently until one of the staff members finally looked at us. While we were ordering she went back to continue her conversation with that client. It's not professional at all. Also, she served us milk in a 2nd cup. This is a huge waste of cups and milk.The service was too slow. I ended up having ice cream in a different place and my husband didn't really like the coffee.

Can't imagine a worse dining experience. Poor service and food.Going in you are greeted by a line of 8-10 people waiting to order trying to stay out of the way of the front door. The line was there not because of a busy time, but due to terrible slow service. If you are lucky you realize there are menus scattered haphazardly on the counter so you can excuse yourself to reach between people to look at one. If not, you only get to see it when you're orderingThe staff writes down your order, then goes to a register to type it in. They return to ask for you credit card and go back to run it. Then return to ask you to sign the bill, then go to the register again. Finally, they return to give you a number to bring to your table.Whoops the number was mixed up!. Staff wandered around hoping to find the right customer for the coffee and donut holes.Don't try to order only two donut holes to try. You must order at least five!Finally the bagels arrived. Time elapsed from entry to food over 35 minutes at a time when 30% of the tables were empty.Donut holes are tasteless. Bagels are tasteless also and were undercooked.This may be the most poorly managed restaurant we have ever been to.Would not suggest it to anyone.

Disappointed!!The coffee was costly and not that great as mentioned in comments… I had the hazelnut one and wasn’t great the breakfast beagle was very small for the amount paid!! And not much filling inside as we ordered for egg and cream cheese. The taste was good but less quantity. The croissant was very dry and not at all buttery so I was a little disappointed.

Nice joint serving artesanal coffee. Staff efficient. Clean facilities. Military recruiters in search of the over-caffeinated and under-employed. Streetside parking will cost you at least $2 per hour, which the village reminds you is mercilessly enforced 24/7/365. Dolla, Dolla bill, yaw!

The Adirondacker had a great Chipotle Aioli to compliment all that goes into this bagel sandwich. White chocolate Latte was pretty solid; definitely can taste that flavor which goes well with a thick layer of foam.Staff was friendly and we received quick service. Good to see that Caffe Vero remains of quality during the winter!

Both the service and the food here is disgusting. I went here cause Biscotti Brothers cafe was closed for renovations and I went based on customer reviews. Boy not only did they mess up my coffee order but the bagel breakfast sandwich was tiny and the hash brown was brown with a weird taste to them. I will never come visit here again not even for their mediocre coffee, once was enough.

This became our go-to spot while in Lake George. It can get a little crowded in the entry where orders take place, but once you're seated they'll bring your food to you. The hand pies were fantastic! Pro-tip: if you ask, they'll give you real maple syrup.
