Jon is the best employer I have ever seen in my life. He treats his employees and customers very kindly. It strives to ensure that customers receive the best service. He is very helpful. I feel very lucky to have worked with him. Don't forget to visit Ben and Jerry's during the summer months to eat the best ice cream you've ever had in your life!!!

Remember this is Ben & Jerry’s so it does cost a little more. Either way the ice cream is the usual amazing quality you expect. Service is pretty fast and good too. Nice people and following the social distance rules etc etc

A little pricey as you’d expect Ben and Jerry’s usually is. Ice cream tasted delicious. The staff was quick and friendly. I do want to take a moment to brag about the staff tho. I came in with 5 kids. As you’d expect 5 kids is a bit chaotic, it took time to figure out what everyone wanted. One of my children is autistic and wanted a specific Ice cream that they didn’t have here. He’s only 5 so typical child meltdown mixed in with autism being overstimulated and change in his usual choice ect. The man helping us was calm and patient and so friendly. Showed him a few different ones and even offered to let my son try the flavors first. I just want to say I appreciate that sooo much. A lot of people are always quick to judge not understanding 1. He’s a small child but also not understanding his diagnosis. My experience 10/10

Super small location, but since the one in Bolton is no more we had to head to the village. The kids were all great working behind the counter. Its jam packed but they seem to handle it well. Seems as if its a smaller selection then I remembered but that could just be me.

Despite what is on Google Maps, the shop has not been open during our stay here in Lake George. No information posted in the shop and no answer to the phone number, so not sure of its status. Super bummed, was looking forward to eating lots of different flavors ☹️

I’m currently on vacation in lake George, ny. My family and I went in to patronize the Ben & Jerry’s when the young worker used a taste tester spoon to eat some of the ice cream and the continued to use the same taste spoon in multiple different ice cream containers that they serve to the public 🤮My family and I walked out. Just a heads up.

In April the Lake George store sells last year's ice cream and it's icy and off tasting. Two scoops in a dish and small shake fifteen dollars.

As always, their ice cream is very good. Their surface has never been disappointing either. If you aren't familiar with them, then realize that they are rather expensive, but that's typical of Ben and Jerry's In my opinion, their icecream is worth the price because of how high quality it is and the unique flavors you find.

Great ice cream! Good service. It is more expensive than some other locations in the village but its Ben and Jerry's and it's awesome. Tables to sit inside and eat for a few minutes. Always plenty of napkins and a bathroom if needed to wash off some of that ice cream from messy faces lol.

Ice cream is good! Service not so good, I walk in 3 girls are staring at me and not one says hi or can i help you, manager then comes out doesn't say hi either. Terrible service.

2 star only for ice cream. No parlor vibs, can’t see flavors no testing available. Seems like employee intentionally not giving tester as Vermont branch do provide testing of flavors.

Very friendly, helpful employees. The store was very clean, and the ice cream was delicious. Very satisfied with this visit. The large waffle cones are HUGE! They hold about a pint of ice cream, great for sharing.

Ben & Jerry's Ice cream is Ben & Jerry's Ice cream. Where you get it is the difference. The people working here are like robots and have no sense of humor or personality. It's like "Here you go. Give me your money. Next." No thank you. Go next door the Fat Willie's. At times the line is long, but it's for a good reason and worth the wait. Plus it's owned and ran by a local young family.

The smell of waffle cones hits you every time you open the door. Ice cream is great and you can sample any flavor. Never had to wait in line long. Look forward to this place every time I visit.

Im not giving it a five because of the ice cream, i think we all know what Ben & Jerry's tastes like but the service was amazing. i went in to charge my phone and they would come up to you and start up a conversation to make you feel included there was not a lot of people around so they could do this, but they were just nice and genuine if you have the time go talk to the people

The waffle cones were 100% stale. I asked for soft serve vanilla in a cone, the first one she dumped over in sprinkles, and asked if I wanted another (no i wanted a bucket of sprinkles and ice cream). When she made the 2nd one it had 10 sprinkles on it and the soft serve was barley over the top of the cone. Also, the soft serve must be low fat because it was very watery. To top it off, it was 10 dollars for 2 waffle cones and horrible ice cream.

All the workers in here we're nice but provided a less than satisfactory experience...the line was at the door at multiple points which is expected. What was not expected was the multiple times the 3 staff members would all leave their posts and go to the back behind closed doors for periods of time leaving customers unserviced. When they returned, the service continued to be slow. Much of the reasons was due to disorganization...

even with americade in town the staff moved the line through quickly and efficiently. Great ice cream ... we took advantage of the non- dairy options. Thanks Ben & Jerry's!

Upon walking into this ice cream shop it smelled horrendous. Smelled like rotten milk, barely any lighting, the floors were sticky, the staff were standing around and annoyed that we were there. It’s a pass for us.

Me and my wife go there every year in the Summer time to see what new kind of ice cream thay have come up with because you have to go and enjoy it not Just buy it in the Store but ya can go to one of there's store's to but it Just not the same when I was growing up they have started Ben & Jerry's so I know first-hand that it's been tough for them to get things going and now that things are going I wish I was able to give them money towards their ice cream maybe next dream Ben & Jerry still make your wonderful ice cream if it was up to me I would give them 60 Stars.

closed 30 minutes before their actual closing time (11PM) kinda ridiculous if all they’re serving is ice cream and it takes way under 30 minutes to clean up.
