Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices often better than large chain pet stores. Nice selection for a small store. What they dont have, are willing to order for you.Pets are reasonably priced, seem healthy and well cared for.

I buy super worms there for my pet African Bullfrog. The larvae (super worms) from Pet Pro are always alive and full of vigor. Unlike some of the chain pet stores like petco and PetSmart where, when I purchase superworms at those locations some are dead. The super worms are also competitively priced.

Workers are always really helpful here. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and helping customers. I love the mom and pop style pet stores. So much more personable. The animals are clearly very well taken care of as well. Love the big macaw that greets everyone LOL. He/she is a star!

Excellent service. They didn’t carry my dog’s food, asked the young lady if they were out of it!? She replied they didn’t carry it but, she could order it for me. Not too long after that day I received a call from her letting me know it was available for me to pick up. Customer oriented staff.

I'm in there 2-3 times a week, and it's a great shop. Has all my needs for my reptiles, fish, and dogs. Great prices too. The staff are always helpful. Debbie is by far the best. Always a pleasure to deal with. It's great having a quality pet store a mile away.

The staff here is very professional. They always make sure that you get everything you need for your pets. Also they have very responsible prices, most of which are cheaper then the big boxes and the other local guy. One of the only places left that you can get live rats. Stop in and say I to Kazoo just watch out he likes to nip. Keep up the good work guys.

You may be introduced to Kazoo the parrot upon arrival. The staff has always been kind and helpful. I've gotten dogfood here several times. They also have some raw food available. Also dog treats, leashes, muzzles, supplements. Small bunnies for sale too.

This is regarding the fish. The fish I got was bagged incorrectly and people say these people are professional. And they obviously don’t take care of the fish because I see stressed fish and most of them have ick (a lethal disease).
