Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Our lock got put on wrong ( our fault ) and we were unable to get there to change it. The manager ( Mike ) cut that one off and changed it. Very patient and understanding. If I ever need to rent storage again I will definitely go here. Highly recommend. HIGHLY!!!

Renting a unit here is almost self-sufficient with little intervention from staff, only if there’s an issue to resolve. The unit was pricey for the size. The benefit of it was the height of the unit, I was able to stack quite a few totes with additional space left. Overall, friendly staff, well observed area and self maintained. Downside was the price compared to unit size.
