I was excited to find a Jrecks on my way home. I am giving it a 2 star because the rolls were fresh and it was clean. I grabbed the lunch to eat when I got home 40 minutes away. The rib was so burned that I had a hard time breaking a piece off with my fingers. I could have waited for a new one if I had seen that it was burnt before he wrapped it. Not happy.

Goodle is calling this a Jreck Subs, but it's really a gas station. They have Jreck Subs inside behind the counter, as well as some really good fried chicken. The store is always clean, and has a really great selection. Staff always seems to be smiling too. I like to stop here to/from work.

Our family has enjoyed Jreck Subs for years. I especially love the Cheesburger Sub 😄 don't knock it til you try it. The owner is very nice and always keeps his establishments super clean. We love the service and food and I think you will too.

They keep your change when small enough. Mine was 3 cents so no big deal but to be so bold as to assume I didn't want it, speaks volumes to their character. As the name Jreck Subs is incorrect.

Waited 20 minutes to buy the two drinks I had. In the end it took 7 seconds to tap my card and walk out the door. The ONE person you had working there was making multiple subs for an order. He could have easily stopped between the subs and checked me out and went right back to it. If you're gonna have this half and half restaurant style/ gas station, maybe have more than one employee on shift.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER WONT B BACK EVER THEY WONT STOP MAKING A SUB FOR TWO SECONDS FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE WAITING TO PAY FOR ONE ITEM WICH ONLY TAKES A FEW SECONDS THEY LOOK AT U AND KNOW UR THERE AND CAN C U ONLY HAVE ONE ITEM AND KNOW IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER. WELL NOT ANY MORE I KNOW OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD SAME EXPERIENCE. WE WILL NEVER B BACK ALSO THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WORKING IN KITCHEN THAT COULD HAVE CASHED ME OUT. THEY DON'T CARE. ALSO THE BEER IN COOLER IS NOT COLD STAY AWAY

Very rude people work there. I ordered jreck subs through door dash. They sent the wrong order. They sent one sub and some of their honey butter biscuits. I called to get the correct one and she said they don't use door dash only Uber eats. I said OK I don't know who delivered it it may have been Uber eats that's OK I just ordered $58 worth of food and got the wrong order which means someone else did also. I'd like to see if I can get my order please. She laughed and said I had to go in and reorder and pay AGAIN for the food I already paid for and didn't receive. I said I wasn't going to go in and pay AGAIN that I just wanted the correct order that I already paid for. The lady started screaming at me saying they don't do door dash and then got the man working to yell in the background. Told me again very ridley that I had to go back in to order and still had to pay for it. She screamed more then hung up on me. I'm not the only one who has had issues at this store... They are rude to a lot of people and don't conduct business very well.

I was very disappointed today when I went here and ordered Krispy Krunchy Chicken. I had called ahead and ordered a 2 piece mixed meal. My husband went to pick it up and was told that a guy had walked in AFTER we called and taken all the dark meat. We would have to do a 2 piece white meal according to the manager or owner not sure. I told my husband that was fine but to ask that they only charge us for the mixed. The manager or owner said to my husband no your paying for the two white. He then said it's only 10 cents. Yes Mr. Manager it's only 10 cents. I hope it was worth my two cents.

Ok well extremely rude literally went in to use the bathroom and get a soda ok well the bathroom is out of order understandable so it is what it is so as soon as I walk to the counter to place my soda on the counter she answers her phone grabs my soda scans it I pay for it with literally no voice communication no hello how are you no this is how much it is or how much change there is not even a thank you have a good day

Seems they have let go all the employees and now the service is horrible. Never have coffee, you get charged different prices depending on who is working. Wouldn't use my card there since they have been know to charge it more than once and refuse to fix it

terrible service charge you for kerosene then tell you pump not working and refuse to refund money and they let you stand waiting to purchace something while they talk to each other also prices marked up and operators very rude .I for one will not return

They are never open when they say they are, everything is over priced. When you're website say opens at 7am well you need to be open at 7am

Says they are supposed to be open at 5. It's 5:16 and the doors are still locked and lights are off. Went out of the way to go here.
