Absolutely hate this Super Store!! Why the 4 ✨'s then? One reason,... they have almost anything you need!! From bread to bras, Potting soil to...well you get the point. They put most of the Mom &Pop stores outta business basically eliminating all competitors,But guess you really can't beat their deals or prices!(figuratively)So if you're going shopping and looking to save a few bucks, Walmart is the store! One stop shopping but anyone reading this post already knows this! Enjoy my friends!

This was always a bad Walmart with basically useless employees it was what it was, but this store remodel makes this Walmart so much more worse. Now you can't find anything and none of the employees can be helpful because they are all just avoiding customers.

This place is just getting ridiculous! You now can only get auto service by appointment and have "NO" signs saying this. Also don't park near auto if you are shopping, they will make you go out the front and around to auto. Walmart do better cause as it is looking now you are getting worse by the day. Sam Walton would be so ashamed of this store.

Decent walmart, where you'll find pretty much anything you're looking for. Not usually terribly busy. The front bathroom is always dirty. The one in the back of the store is better. The pharmacy is decent as well. They usually fill my prescription in a timely manner when other locations take much longer to order medications.

We went in for a swimsuit. It is June. Selection was terrible, but we found 1 that might fit. We were refused access to a dressing room because the attendant wanted to go home. She was literally just sitting in the station chatting with a coworker, not cleaning or putting things away. She chose to lose a customer instead of allowing us 2 minutes in the dressing room. The door greeters refused to call a manager for us. Always low-quality. Always.This store is unnecessarily large. Space between the aisles abnormally wide- more like they were trying to cover lack of stock by widening aisles so they wouldn't have as many empty shelves. I wouldn't bother with this Walmart. We abandoned our cart and walked out.

OK, it’s Walmart so my expectations were not very high to begin with but it would be nice if you could lock your bathroom stall. Kind of basic. One of the soap dispensers in that same bathroom was not working either. oh, and just a PSA, one of the employees at the self check out told me that as of the middle of September 2022 they will no longer have paper bags available. Start bringing your own!

I absolutely DREAD dealing with this place. It's the "Thunderdome" of retail. Just unpleasant to deal with. Rude, unhelpful staff. I needed a specific printer cartridge and unfortunately Google indicated it was only available here. The whole place is a dystopian nightmare, so I ordered online to avoid going in.Checked in, waited over an hour. Never recieved the item. Called and they said it had been picked up. Charged me $30 for an item I NEVER recieved

More than half the time I go here stuff is out of stock, no registers open, lines of 20+ people at self checkout, I stood around for 25+ minutes waiting and pressing the "help" button to get 2 cans of spray paint, I bought a butane stove but they haven't had butane in a month, I went to return the useless stove but of course customer service was closed and no one will do a return. I work 7:30am-7pm and I can't return something because no one is in customer service. I've tried calling the store for over 25 minutes and never got a response, all it did was ring. Today there were 20+ employees standing around the unopened registers doing absolutely nothing, more than half could have been running registers or in customer service, but of course not, people are lazy. Horrible interaction and experience with this store.

Was told at checkout from a rude cashier that I couldn’t purchase the toddler shoes I had cause there was no tag . So I asked if she could get someone to run and grab a pair since I had a toddler in my cart , she told me no . So I took my cart went and ran halfway through store while she chatted with a man in line cause that was more important then customer service . Got my own shoes then she proceeded to mumble under her breath about how I should know how hard her job was . Please train your employees Walmart . Or just put in all self checkout at this point who needs rude cashiers I’ll do it myself

They're renovating so hopefully it will get better but my last trip I kept finding rotten fruits/veggies, spoiled pomegranate juice spilled on me while checking the expiration date

I went into Walmart to get some groceries. I stopped over by the vitamin aisle, and there were essential oils there. I picked up the box without checking it, put it in my cart, and paid for it all. When I got home to try my Guru Essential Oils, the Frankinsense bottle was missing. I have gone there at other times, and it seems that this is the problem with the diffuser/ essential oils isle. I think that proper checking of returned products should be the responsibility of the Walmart employer and employees.

As everyone knows it's a holiday week, because of back breaking inflation I happened to be broke so today I decided to return non perishable items to Customer Service, I was berated by some one called Michelle Team Lead that I and customers like my self were annoying for returning items, I may not have a PHD in Customer Service but I know damn well you're not supposed to say something like that to a customer.Wow such a horrible person I must be to request a gift card so that I could by some holiday food to salvage Thanksgiving when groceries have doubled in price to pay Michelle Team Lead a Living Wage.It's okay to hate your job, it's even fine to act annoyed and angry even (it's the Walmart status quo after all), but this person crossed a line.Thank you Michelle, your foolish behavior will net me a gift card down the road after I throw you under the bus to the store manager or the district manager if I have to.

I should know BETTER than shop at Walmart but needed a few quick items and WELLLL... between the long wait on a line (due to self check out NOT working) and the cursing & screaming match between 2 employees seems to be about right for Walmart!! Shop anywhere else but HERE!!

No Walmarts in NYC so we always try to hit one when traveling. This was nice and big. Some stock thin as many Walmarts are these days. Found most of what was on our list. Store was clean and staff friendly

I went in later in the evening to buy a laptop after my suddenly died on me in the middle of an exam. The service worker in the electronics dept was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, because you must pay for electronics in that dept, I was able to bypass the long lines in the front of the store.

So if you're like me, when you go to the deli counter, you are looking for a wide selection of meats, cheeses, and salads. It should be well stocked, clean, and fresh. There should be enough staff behind the counter to handle all the customers that are going to be there on a Sunday afternoon. The staff should be in uniforms and abide by the health dept standards...ie.hairnets, beard nets, and gloves. This Walmart Supercenter has other ideas. A showcase only 50% full, and an inattentive staff that does not appear to be concerned about the customers. The one worker who was frying and preparing chicken wings, had a hair net resting on the top of her head, while all her long hair was still exposed. If she has no concern about her appearance in front of the customers, what does she do when the customers can't see? There were three other employees behind the counter, two of them were helping customers, while the third was just talking, then two of them left and the counter was now being operated by one young person. Not only is this a direct result from a lack of pride from the workers, but it is also due to inattentive managers. My last complaint is about the restrooms. 99% of the time they are disgusting, literally. The men's room is dirty, the floors are wet around the urinals, it smells like old urine, and your lucky to get paper towels that aren't just sitting on the counter exposed to everyone. If at all possible, I will avoid the bathrooms at all costs, but sometimes, you just can't wait, so when I do go in there, I need to put my shirt collar over my nose to muffle the smell. I would recommend not using them unless absolutely necessary

Prices were higher than I expected. The frame I wanted was too much. At the frame section,it said clearance which was $7.00, at the register it was $24.00. not cool.

Terrible customer service. I got to the service desk at 8pm & they claimed it was closed. However, the woman in front of me was returning an item. Since I had to waste my gas, I will not be returning to the Walmart in Kingston NY. I will now spend my money at the Fishkill & Newburgh Walmart only. I have been going to this store for years & I’m extremely disappointed in how I was treated. This was unfair especially when I’m a first responder & every day I work to save lives of the general public.

Kingston Walmart is disgusting. Customers, interior, service, parking lot, the whole thing. Toddlers, so many roaming toddlers..this place is pure hell on earth. If you’re into the “people of Walmart” this is a good place to gather pics to post. Good luck, and God help us all.

Customer Service is not answering the phone. I'm sure they are very busy at this hour, but I did wait for over 7 minutes. I've been charge a service warranty on two products, even though I told the cashier that I didn't want the warranty.

I don't recommend ordering groceries on line and having them delivered to you. Either you don't get all your groceries or they just don't deliver to you in the time slot you choose.Its always something, everything I order online and have them deliver to me.

This company and store are disgusting. First off the soap is locked in a glass case. I rang the bell for an associate and no one came so I had to flag one down. I reached in to get a pack and this is what came out. I told a manager about it and asked what the substance was and he just said he didn’t know and to wash my hands well. This being an unknown substance on a product, customer touching it and you not caring to contain the product or even apologize is so gross. And who would even stock it in shelves in that condition? Disgusting.

It's Walmart so you always find something even if you're not looking for that item that you can afford because it was Christmas time the lines are quite long for the self checkout but the regular line was so much better

Hello everyone. This week I experienced something I wouldn't imagine. Today I was going about my normal business, as a diecast collector I visit Walmart often for new product. I also go here for a product called cutie cuffs which is a disney product my fiancée collects. But this week as I visited the section with the cutie cuffs I noticed some were open, as these comeas a mystery box im not surprised seeing someone opened them. So as curious as I am , I also opened them to see for myself what someone didn't want because they were just open. An employee claims she saw me open two pieces of product that weren't already opened and I tried to explain to her very kindly that I did not open them. She threatened me by saying she would call the cops if I didn't sign a form saying I'm banned from that location for destruction of private property. I very kindly reasoned with her but she was speaking to me in a raised voice in front of multiple customers and embarrassed me. I never thought I would be FORCED to sign such a form to avoid unnecessary law enforcement. I am no longer able to provide for my family at that location and it disgust me. Be careful out there and hope this never happens to you.
