Dr. Winkler and staff at Vetco in Kingston NY are amazing. They get right down on the floor with your fur babies and make them feel very comfortable. Our pups get great care when they go. Dr. Winkler and staff are very knowledgeable, and answer questions effectively. We do not hesitate to refer people there for their fur babies. We're very happy that we found a very affordable and knowledgeable vet.

please go to your local vet rather than this place.I went here to have a horn on my cats paw tested, which could be linked to some cancers. After being told they would do blood work and the total would be 300 dollars when I looked at the receipt they didn’t even do the blood work.Then they come back in and tell me my cat needs a 1,700 dental surgery and needs multiple teeth removed I though this didn’t sound right given my cat was still eating all her food and didn’t show any other signs of being sick. I went to another vet to get a second opinion and they told me that in total the procedure would cost me no more than 1,300 and at the lowest the surgery could cost me 1,030 they also told me that potentially no teeth would have to be removed and just a deep cleaning would have to be done.Please go to kingston animal hospital instead the staff is so nice and friendly and you can really tell that they care about animals. They were very kind and gentle with my cat during the examination and answered all questions I had about the procedure.

The vet was absolutely wonderful. She flipped our kitten like a newborn and diagnosed his infected foot within five minutes. Unfortunately, he needed surgery. We left him in good hands and he came out feeling better in his cone of shame. We appreciate all your hard work in making our fur baby lotus all better.

I’d stopped in to see if Vetco could take my dog as a walk-in because his regular vet was unavailable and it was urgent. They said absolutely, and fit us in. The staff was lovely and my dog is feeling much better.

Best place to bring your pet if you want Profesional caring staff to take care of your pets. My can Tigger can be quit the little "demon" kitty when he goes to the vet. Dr. Winkler and her staff really work really hard at making both client and patient as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be bring my business here for the future.Lastly can accompany your pet in th exam room. I have never been able to do that with Tigger and I am so grateful for that. 😊

Vector of Kingston NY was awesome! Great staff, great Dr. They made everything easy & wonderful. Took amazing care of my dogs, let us come all in one visit and made a plan of action to solve the issues they were having. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. During our travels, one of my dogs required medical care. We made an appointment online with this vet as it was close to our next destination. The staff was nice enough to let me bring in my second dog as it was a bit too warm to keep Karma in the rig. I was besides my self as Sgt kept scratching her wound making it worse. We got a treatment plan set and Sgt is doing a lot better. Surprisingly this visit plus meds were affordable plus, we didn't have to wait to see the Veterinarian. With the documentation of out visit and Sgt doing better, we're able to continue on with our travels. Thanks to the kind staff.

My vet was not able to see my dog for several days and I was very concerned about a sore on his ankle. I tried Petco Veterinary services and was very impressed with all the staff and the care my dog received. I am contemplating switching to Petco but I have been with my vet for years and need to consider this for a while before doing it.
