Unfortunately, Steve in the paint department extremely rude not helpful at all. He thought he was being funny when he asked me if I needed a Band-Aid. Why would I be standing in the paint department if I needed a Band-Aid thank you to the other gentleman in the paint department John, who is extremely friendly and helpful

My question to HD is why do you offer curbside if you can't follow through on it???? I followed all prompts wait and realize after 15 nobody is showing upGo inside and there's just kids at service deskActing like they haven't been trained in customer service at all ,fooling around..Shout out to female employees who always are first to offer assistanceDude was working right where I was looking for something and wouldn't even lift a finger to offer help which is typical

Place is a mess especially in lumber department. Staff basically non existent. Reminds me of video shorts seen of employees hiding from customers. Good luck being able to find what you need and get it through the isle.

Honestly, I tried with this place I was super patient and tried with the plumbing dept. I asked multiple people about the fitting for my kitchen sink and I was not only quickly told that what I had picked out was correct but when I went back to double check I was looked at like I was crazy. Associate Rusty needs to step his game up. I was patient and inquisitive regarding the fitting for my sink but he quickly brushed me off. I just don’t get why I got to these places if they aren’t willing to take the time to help you. There was no one else he needed to tend to and this just stinks. Now I need to drive back to Home Depot to replace the original fitting which is more of my time and money. I just wish you guys got it right the first time…

Never enough help. You can never find an employee to help find things. Also watch your price tags and receipts. 2 times the price tag on the shelf said one price but the register rings up another higher price. If I wasn't paying attention I would have paid more money. Not cool

I never thought it was possible for a person in a wheelchair to hover over me. This store is so under stocked. It’s not even funny and I find myself traveling to the Catskill location in order to get what I need. I’ve done a good job at keeping my distaste for this Home Depot to myself for long enough weekly I spend at least $400 every single week at Home Depot but I refuse to go to the Kingston location unless I absolutelyt need to again. One individual working at the self check out, be in a wheelchair has made me hate this store even more. Upon seeing the next in line, I was pushed along by said individual in an uncomfortable way, being that I didn’t want him to roll over my feet. Then he proceeded to take my items and scan them himself struggling to find the barcodes and fumbling with the items after I told him multiple times that I got it. I go to self check out because I don’t want to deal with anyone. It’s the biggest thing, I don’t want to have to deal with throughout my day. His presence made me feel uncomfortable because if I wanted someone to take their leisurely time ringing me out, I would’ve went to the regular register and done so. This individual has a pushy personality that comes across as rude and hovering over someone in a wheelchair is so much more uncomfortable than a person who isn’t. I am not being insensitive to his condition and also I don’t think he would want me to treat him any different than the next person just because he is in a wheelchair. He needs to learn how to let people go about their business and monitor the self check out area from a comfortable distance away. I expect Home Depot to respond to this review after they have spoken to the individual I am writing about.

When you can find an available associate - they are so nice and helpful. Even walking you to the isle for your needs.Some of the associates are also good at making suggestions...Sadly - it seems like everything is self check out - which I think is a miss when it comes to upping the presence of better customer service

I love home Depot. I was pretty annoyed last week tho when I was leaving thru the garden center after making my purchase inside, the cashier in the garden center had a long line of people and when I went past her, she left her customer and not so nicely insisted on seeing my receipt. No problem for me, I gave her my receipt and she handed it back and glared at me as if she were disappointed that she didn't catch a shop lifter.. note to self, go out the front door not thru the garden shop

Pulled in for curbside pickup. Once I got parked, the HD app wouldn't connect to check in, so I had to call. First time I called, phone rang for almost 10 minutes before I hung up and called again. They brought out my order, but brought out the wrong item. The clerk didn't wait for me to check my items, so I had to yell across the parking lot to him. Turns out I didn't get my item, and they processed a return. I never have these issues at Lowes......😡If it weren't for a gift card we got from our mortgage lender, I wouldn't have gone there in the first place.....

Easy return of an online purchase. Cashier who took care of me was nice however there was another employee in the same area quite vocally venting her frustrations about another employee. That made it less then a 5 star experience.

Ed-San exited his crew meeting to serve us, followed us all the way to marble chips and loaded 20 heavy bags for us onto the cart with his gentle smile. He then pulled cart out to our car and loaded all bags into our car !!! We told the manager he has an excellent professional worker, and we will buy all home appliances and home renovations from them, the manager offered us gloves for loading and candy bars ! Surely we will always visit this Home Depot location ! Thanks Ed-San and the friendly manager ! We love you folks at this Home Depot! Bless you all !Today March 24, 2022, I want to express my thanks to Denise at garden center for the good advice on my lime trees 👍 Denise is professional and knowledgeable, with a sweetheart smile I hear over the phone. I ordered 3 major appliances from the Home Depot in Kingston, NY. After waiting months, delivery was set, but the driver couldn’t find the house and left without a call. We rescheduled and the driver could not drive the truck to our house. He left the appliances half way up the driveway and refused to let me speak to his supervisor. I had to pay a mover with the proper hand truck to bring the appliances the rest of the way. I called and spoke to Nina who was nice but couldn’t help me. She transferred me to Shamiek who spoke over me and told me I should call his delivery people and I spoke to his supervisor Daniel who was no help at all. Bottom line: pay a few bucks more to a private store and get the service you deserve.

OK, I will tell you that I usually avoid shopping at Home Depot for political reasons. However, sometimes I make an exception, as I did today.When doing so, I received such caring and knowledgeable help in the tool department from an older gentleman employee whose name I wish I had gotten, that I had to leave this review.This is especially in light of the fact, that I have not been impressed with the customer service at this particular store previously.

This is hands down the worst location in the company. I have been doing a home renovation for 8 months mostly contributed to by this stores incompetence. They have never delivered an order correctly to me. They constantly have 6 people at the customer service desk playing on phones and ignoring people. Once I went to pick up my order to save the headache and after waiting an hour they sent a senior citizen that has recently had kidney surgery to load door onto a flatbed. Meanwhile, the two guys in charge of bringing the order stood in the back. This store treats it's employees poorly, and they in turn treat the customers the same. They reported 36 billion in sales for Q3 of 2021, but can't find competent staff or treat customers like people. Deplorable!

This is in regards to their Kitchens Department: the representative was very nice & friendly, but it's been almost 6 months since they collected 100% of the money for the quartz counter project at my home. Their third-party vendor, Stone Works measured in June and then nothing. I get an email from Home Depot this past week (October) saying they moved to another third-party vendor and have to start the process & timeline all over again. **GO DIRECTLY TO THE VENDOR - AVOID HOME DEPOT as an intermediary.** No discounts or apologies...next step will be to contest the charge with American Express.

We drove 40 minutes to the store and arrived after the 2 hour timeframe originally stated in the email for an online pickup. The order was not pulled due to them being busy. Blake was the associate who assisted us and he was wonderful. When we told him how far we drove he went out of his way to locate the product and get it pulled for us. There were some issues with the equipment so it took a while for the product to be pulled from the shelf but Blake stayed with us the hole time and ran around the store for us to try to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. Although the order pickup took a while, Blake’s awesome customer service saved the experience for us.
