Went to this location to try on some pants, fitting area is a complete disaster. Not only is it messy but they keep the rooms locked so you need to call for an employee to open them. No an uncommon practice but There was no employee in the fitting area at all to open them. I waited for almost 10 mins to see if anyone would come over and they didn’t so i just left. keep the rooms unlocked for customers to use if nobody is going to be working that area.

This is my fave location to shop at and I live in Dutchess County. I live about 15 minutes from the Target closest to me and I will travel 45 minutes to this one simply because of the atmosphere. The workers are friendly and easy to find, parking is never an issue, and the lines are easy to navigate. Love love love this location!

Hate coming here ever since the remodel. They got rid of 3/4 of the stuff I used to buy ranging from food, feminine hygiene products, skincare and household items like dryer sheets. Completely did away with their gluten free section in frozen food, maybe 2 options for shelf stable snacks. I end up leaving empty handed more than I actually buy something because somehow the store is always packed to the gills with customers and the lines are ridiculous even with more self checkout and regular registers. I put items in my cart to checkout and within 24 hours every single thing got put in “save for later” because it’s out of stock and other things just aren’t available. I don’t want to have it shipped because I couldn’t even get a bottle of vitamins sent to me on time from November. They were supposed to come the 28th and didn’t get here until this past week. I used to love Target but now it sucks.And yes they let people bring their dogs in and don’t care whatsoever. If you try to say anything to them they say it’s a service dog and they’re not allowed to say anything but they don’t even ask people or if they do they just ask if it’s a service dog. Of course people are going to say yes. There was an instance of a lady who brought her 2 Frenchies into the store (before the remodel) and 1 of them took a dump on the floor right in front of the produce section. They still didn’t make her leave.

I was looking for the best pricing for Tidy Cats cat litter on the web and found it and an adequate supply at Target of Kingston NY. Upon arrival I approached the nearest cashier and she gave clear concise direction to pet products. She was pleasant and appeared to be glad to be of service.On the way to pet products I saw store brand mouthwash similar to the old original Listerine and picked up two large bottles for less than half the price of Listerine!Upon arriving at pet products there was a large variety of Tidy Cat products in variously sized containers. I selected the 35 pound buckets. Do to my age and health conditions I asked a store associate for help. He responded quickly and placed six of the 35 pound buckets in my cart. I noticed that Blue Buffalo canned food was on sale and added a good selection my cats were sure to enjoy to my cart. I thanked the associate for his help and proceeded to the checkout. The young lady at the checkout was pleasant and talkative and her, another young lady in front of me and I had a pleasant brief conversation about my cats. My total was over $120.00 in pet supplies ! Due to the sale on food I was able to save some money and also got a $ 10.00 gift card for buying four of the cat litter.All in all my selection of Target was both a good value and provided a pleasant conversation in the process ! I'll definitely do more shopping at Target.

Chock full of everything you could ever want... and even some stuff you don't! Well-organized and labelled aisles offering a wide range of merchandise spanning the gamut of quality from low to upper middle. Electronics, clothing, housewares, grocery, toys, athletics and garden are the sections from memory. Lately use of advertising which features models of untraditional aesthetics. Clean bathrooms. Convenient parking in the lot out front. Self check-out available.

Target needs to get rid of the stupid circle. I thought I had it but apparently didn’t and it took me 45 minutes to get a refund for sale items and then purchase them all over again. Why can’t shopping be easy???? One more store off my list.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered some items for pickup at the Target in Kingston NY today (2/12/24) and they sent an email back saying they didn’t have the items in stock… why did I go to the rack in the store, less than 2 hours later, and see them myself? Is the flex staff really that lazy? Highly disappointed customer.

I see a few no dogs signs on the doors. However, I have regularly witnessed pet dogs in this Target supermarket, including riding in carts and walking around off-leash. This is a health hazard and also a safety hazard if an off-leash dog decides to attack. Not to mention the merchandise destruction that can occur. Please, teach your employees how to say NO to those who feel entitled to bring their pet. You are allowed to remove “service animals” if their behavior is not appropriate, which includes barking, being off-leash, and riding in carts.

Great establishment, generally very clean and well stocked with what you may be looking for, able to check if products are in stock before coming and 99% of the time that is always accurate and reliable. Usually I use the self checkout and even on extremely busy days I’ve never waited longer than 5 mins and the machines always work or are clearly labeled that they don’t, there’s always an employee right there to help if any issues may occur and this target honors there online prices and will price match if u mention it during checkout. The employees have very positive attitudes and are willing to help. Separate costumer service area which is large and very clean with helpful employees and service. Also an added bonus a Starbucks for while u shop which is always a pleasant suprise. Very accessible bathrooms not usually dirty or broken. Overall great store.

Target (in general) is my favorite store. This is the location i ALWAYS shop at. Ever since their renovations, the store has been a disaster. It’s a lot more cluttered and a lot more messy. There are clothes all over the floors in each clothing department section (men’s, women’s, intimates, shoes, baby, girls and boys, you get it.), various items just scattered all over the floors in all other departments. Moving all of the departments around, did not do the store any justice. it’s so difficult to move the carts in and out of aisles and in between clothing racks. (especially with items scattered everywhere, but even so— if the ground was spotless, it would still be very difficult to navigate.) The staff is not the friendliest. Some of them are definitely nice and friendly, but a majority of them are short with customers and rude. There were two men in the technology department, one was actually working and replacing price tags and rearranging the books, but the other was just standing there talking to the man trying to do his job. we stood there for a while, waiting for him to finish his conversation— he looked at us and looked away and continued talking. after a few, i interrupted him and asked for assistance getting a pair of headphones, and he acted like it was the end of the world. It’s very disappointing writing this review because like i said, target is my favorite store and i used to come to this location multiple times a week. now, maybe once a month— if even. i do enjoy the new starbucks location, it looks a lot cleaner and neater than it did previously, and staff was very friendly and quick. and had a good experience with customer service for a return, the long line went very through quickly and the smooth return took less than a minute. I also like the addition of the extra self checkouts. i almost wish they never made any renovations to the store because it just made everything worse.

They're currently going through massive renovations but the staff was very helpful in helping me navigate the store. Several employees helped me in different departments. When I went to check out, all the self checkouts were open but only one register was staffed. The checkout line was long and we waited for quite a bit until someone did eventually open another register. Overall Target is one of my favorite stores. They always have a great selection of itmes and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

This place will serve your needs well, could do to open earlier and close later, perhaps 6a-12a at a minimum because some of us work shifts that make it impossible to get in during business hours. However, once inside has fairly well all you’d need and everyone is polite and the Starbucks did wind up being a great addition as you’d have expected.

Manager/employee has a huge ego and isn’t afraid to be rude. You’d think they’d be nicer to their shoppers and at least have some common courtesy when addressing them. No reason to take your frustration out on other people. Geez. Will avoid this place from now on simply due to the lady “in charge”.

Totally unacceptable that there was only one register open. Every self check out line is open. The girl at customer service rude when asked if they were getting someone else one register. then the women on register explains they called for help, but really she was getting a real and someone was swapping out with her. Still only 1 register.

I never really cared for Target but today it was worse. So I was forced to come here by my mother to find a bra. (She thinks there’s nowhere better, for some odd reason) and their bra section?! Absolutely terrible. There were bras scattered on the floors and in isles. They were all so tightly packed I couldn’t even look through them. I couldn’t find my size. Not a SINGLE one was my size. They were all stuck to each other, so even if I found one, I’d have to pull so hard to get it out that really wasn’t worth it. I gave up quickly, not wanting to become angry over an atrocious bra section, so I went to look for a large clear bin that I needed. They didn’t have that either! Not ONE clear bin was big enough, they were all quite small. There was a Christmas stocking priced $15, and I couldn’t believe that. It was made out of a cheap felt and the stitching was coming undone. Really? Target, do better! And this isn’t their fault, but the place was so insanely crowded that it made it such a hassle to get through isles with my cart. I’m not too sure what they could do about that though, perhaps make isles bigger and make more room to accommodate all those people? Anyways, we bought nothing and left extremely unhappy/disappointed. Guys please stop posting how much you “love” Target on tiktok, this is so awful LMAO.

I highly advise against making purchases from Target online. The return process and its customer service have proven frustratingly incompetent.I spent over one hour at the customer service desk, 45 minutes of it on the phone with corporate customer service, trying to get my return processed correctly. And even after all that time, still not done.Last week, using PayPal, I purchased a microwave for $167.39. Today I drove to the store, with the microwave in its unopened box, with scan code for the return saved as a screenshot on my phone, and with the email from Target showing my order and the price paid. When I attempted the return, Target...1) only wanted to return to me $133.91...which is $33.48 less than what paid2) wanted to return it to me as a gift card, rather than returning the funds to my PayPal account.Neither was acceptable, nor legal.I then spent another 25 minutes on the phone with a Tier 2 customer agent, and still nothing was accomplished. I couldn't spend all day at the store so I left with the microwave. Eventually, I will have to drive back there with the microwave and attempt to resolve this another day. But that's already an hour and a 1/2 of my life that I will never get back. #targetfail
