We went in to purchase a computer … the sales associate that helped us determine exactly what we needed within our budget. I will only go to Staples for my tech needs because of the experience and knowledge of their sales associates. Thumbs up Staples!

I've been to the Staples multiple times. Only one time that I have a decent experience it wasn't even a good one. This last time is making me leave this review. I went into exchange an ink cartridge for my work the package even said exchange on the package with a note when I came in I told the guy I want to exchange this for a working one what did the guy do? He returned the one I was bringing back and then wanted to charge me for another one. Instead of exchanging it like I asked and the manager couldn't even override it. It has to be impossible to find confident Health these days everybody needs to play mental gymnastics just to make it down the sidewalk it seems and this Staples is not shorthanded of individuals that should be wearing helmets instead of working customer service with a register. They should simply be helping you find products in the store or carry stuff to your car but being in charge of a register no. You need to have more intelligence than what they're hiring at.

No clue who the older lady working in the printing section is but she is rude!!!! Doesn't bother to greet me at all then goes to the other employee " I just want to get her out of my hair" meaning me so she can get back to doing her printing. Comes over and goes " do you have your QR code" all nasty... as I'm holding it out for her. I guess some ppl have no class even the older they get!!!!!!!!!!

Came in to buy a desk and desk chair. Got my questions answered, made the purchases and the associate loaded it in my truck. Another great job by the Staples, Kingston, NY store/team! Excellent customer service!

Horrible experience!I entered the establishment with the intention of utilizing their printing service, but to my dismay, the quality of service I encountered was abysmal. Upon encountering a message instructing me to contact an associate through the machine I was using, I sought assistance from the first associate I came across. Regrettably, she confidently informed me that she lacked the training required to operate the printers. Hoping for a resolution, I anticipated that she would direct me to someone who could help. However, my hopes were in vain, as she instead joined her colleagues who seemed engrossed in non-work-related discussions.Eventually, another associate offered to assist me, but his initial inquiry as to whether I required attention took an unexpected turn when he expressed his own need for attention. This peculiar behavior was quite out of character for the normally dependable Staples service I had grown accustomed to.

Ran in today because I fried my memory board and needed a laptop ASAP. Jess came over to greet me and helped answer all my questions. She and Ron were super helpful getting me checked out and with the in store set up, the tech had my computer done in about 4 hours. (Faster than they quoted)Big thanks to them for getting me back online!

I worked with Danny and Shay at the print center to have invitations printed. They worked painstakingly to make sure the paper quality was good, the print was clear, and the invitations were cut clean. Had a wonderful experience overall. Thanks!

Long wait. We waited for 15 minutes while they were not busy. There were more than five people behind the counter at the print center and not a single person came to help us. The only person there who was nice was the person who finally came to help us. There needs to be a customer service course for most of these employees.

Evan in the print center was awesome! He printed us a sample within seconds so we could check the colors, which were perfect, and also so we confirm that it will cut to fit in the DVD cases. Once confirmed he had our prints done and boxed (and 2 other customers) within 15 minutes. Thanks!

Printing services have a decent turn around time if you're willing to pay extra; but they don't pay attention to the details. For example, I submitted a print job, and paid extra for folding - but they don't fold the product. In the past, we've paid for upgraded paper and haven't gotten it. If you use their print services, be sure to verify they performed all the tasks requested (correctly) and paid attention to your requests!

I have been using this store to pull large format prints for my daughter's photography art project. Although they have been extremely busy and overbooked, they have been fantastic at putting in extra effort to get her prints pulled as quickly as possible so that she can make her deadlines. I have never been so let down, I have had my order in the printing department wrong 3 times now. I was told by a person they would get right to it and have it correct with in 24 hours. That person never got to it. Now another person is working on it and it's taking for ever to get done. I hope this time it comes out correct, if not I will have to take my order else where. Oh what was my order to have some small tablets cut down to 2" and no one has gotten it right yet.

I went in to print some files in two different sizes. When I asked for help with formatting to get my file to file the paper size, the store associate was extremely disinterested and never bothered to come over and assist me.I printed the file and it was ridiculously small (which is why I wanted help beforehand). I proceeded to ask for a refund or a credit to print it again with the correct settings and the same associate replied, "You'll have to pay for it."

This place has the most unfriendly folks working there. Unbelievably uncaring and not even trying to hide it. I will take my business elsewhere, even if it’s costs more $. Do better!!

I've used many print places- mom&pop, Office Max, Kinkos, Staples, etc and this particular location has greatly competent and friendly employees. Oftentimes when printing things, it can be frustrating, but each time I get something done here I am satisfied and think "I need to write them a good review!"

I went to Staples in Kingstom yesterday. I needed to have some photos made. I was so impressed by the associate, Jeremy, who assisted me. He was very helpful in a cheery and professional way. Jeremy realized the importance of what I needed and gave me impeccable service. plus he told me the most economical way to complete my order. Thank you to Staples and Jeremy for treating me in such a wonderful way.

Poor customer service. Manager was more concerned about letting an employee leave early and told the computer associate not to start looking at my laptop (went in at 7:30 pm, store closed at 9:00pm).This store, does not stand behind the products they sell. Turns out my laptop does have issues (less than a yr old, hardly used). Was told, "welcome to retail". The ONLY way they will stand behind the products they sell (my brother WAS looking at purchasing a new laptop), is if you buy THEIR extended warranty.

Worst printing service, costumer service you can encounter. I will never go to this store again. I would rather save my time, not get frustrated and spend a little more money to get friendly costumer service and quality prints.

Went in to buy a laptop today after the one at work died. Had to ask for help. Was then told "pretty much none of the laptops on display are in stock." ???? Inconvenient. This store lost a sale to Walmart today.
