The best used item shop, and antiques since ever. They've been here for over fifty years, and if you go you'll see exactly why they're still there. Amazing service, good prices, and personable people. My dad grew up next to Stan'z, and always used to play there back in the sixties. Definitely come and visit this New York history. I’ve added a photo of a 40’s-50’s glass I thought was cool inside.

This is the place to go if you are creative and want some great materials to work with. Gary is friendly and knows every item in the place. I see some negative reviews referring to the cleanliness. This is not an antique shop. If you want that, there are plenty of them. This is a picker's paradise and digger's dream. You can't be afraid to get dirty and get in there in the piles of stuff accumulated over decades. Where else can I pick up a 1929 Buick headlight and an explosion proof, solid brass barge light, antique nickel firetruck hardware, and a wooden dynamite crate?

Stan's Used Items has some very nice people running the place.Unfortunately, with prices like $25 for a chipped, crazed rooster Figurine and $75 for a McCoy vase, the beyond Retail prices were a huge let down. Most places which are this dirty inside know that they can get away with with those conditions when prices are reasonable. But I don't want to buy a filthy vase with dead insect carcasses inside it for $75.I would not return here, despite the fact that the people running the place really are nice.

Its an antique shop but i went in with silver and they didnt take it because it wasnt brand new. They "take only new ones". But its an antique shop.?
