Romeo Ford was a dream! Their entire staff is so friendly and positive. They are knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. For a lot of consumers, buying a car is one of the most expensive things you can do other than buying your home, so it can be overwhelming. Mitch helped us with every step of the process. His expertise and kindness were reasons why we felt good about pulling the trigger on this car. Dan in the finance department is also great. I can not recommend this dealership enough. To be honest, I would purchase another vehicle from them again tomorrow if I could.

Really a wonderful experience! Immediately I was helped when I came into this establishment. I didn’t have to wait or anything. I started working with Ryan… who by the way is really amazing. He answered my 1000s of questions with ease and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the last year and this is really the first time I ever felt as if a dealership cared. A car is important and after being jerked a lot by dealers for the last year, Romeo Ford offered me comfort in this big decision. Ryan helped me find the car I wanted in my price range. He was honest and clear about everything. This dealership is great. The staff and the environment is wonderful. I worked in customer service for years and when I say they have amazing customer service I mean it! Everything I expressed and wanted was handled. If you’re looking for a great sales person please inquire with Ryan.I also wanted to mention Dan and Mike. Both of them also were so great! They handled everything. Dan sat down and explained everything to me as well as breaking all the finances down. He also made sure I knew I could come back or call or reach out for any questions.Mike stepped in and made sure I rode away clean and in style, he also made sure I had a great experience, I truly felt appreciated as their customer. I was looking for a specific make and model of the Ford Edge and was having a hard time finding one in my area (NYC) that didn't sell out fast. So I took a chance and made a 2-2 1/2 hour drive (5 hours roundtrip) up to this dealership just to test drive and eventually purchase the one I found on their website.Needless to say it was the right decision. The staff there were wonderful and seemed very genuine in wanting to work with me. But my salesperson Danielle was the one that sold me on not just the car but the dealership. She was friendly, knowledgeable and honest about everything to do with the vehicle. After a test drive and testing every feature I could, I was sold. I can even say that dealing with the finance guy, Kenneth, wasn't bad either. Everyone just seemed eager to get me into the vehicle that I wanted.Overall a great experience and even though it would be quite the trek I won't mind doing it again in the future for my next vehicle.

Mitchell was was easy to work with, and seemed genuinely concerned about creating a positive experience. Daniel in finance was very knowledgeable and professional. They were experiencing IT issues in the office while I was there, and I appreciated their honesty in dealing with the issue. Everyone scrambled to make my experience as smooth as possible. The truck had a few very minor dings, which I know is common from new car transport, and Mike had them fixed asap. The truck looks flawless. I received good value for my trade, and I’m very happy with my experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The salesperson Andreas Thomson was the main reason I ended up buying a car. My timeline for purchase was within the next few months, but he made the experience enjoyable without being pushy and made me feel safe and comfortable in a decision to trade in my car and purchase sooner. I’ve never had such an easy and pleasant car buying experience. Both Andreas and Ken were exceptional and went above and beyond. I will absolutely be returning here in the future and sending anyone I know looking for a car his way!

Pre-ordered the maverick a year ago and man was it worth the wait. Drove all weekend with amazing mpg. Holds all my tools for work and with long drives to different construction sites its comfortable and rides great. Liz armston was my sales associate and she was amazing. Very informative about the vehicle and made the entire process feel like a breeze. The finance department was also amazing. Very informative on any question I had. All in all a great buying experience highly recommend. 10/10

So I was hesitant to buy from Romeo after a less than desirable experience at Romeo Chevy 10 years ago. I was actually driving 100+ miles not to buy from Romeo. In October one of my trucks went down and I needed a replacement immediately. Romeo had one that matched what we were looking for when I checked online. They were actually the only dealership within 200 miles that had what we wanted. So I figured it was time to give them a try again. Well, I went in and met with Shay, she treated us great. She even graciously dealt with the fact that my wife and I came into the dealership with 4 kids in tow. She helped us pick the perfect truck for our needs and worked with us through the pickup & delivery to make it quick and easy.Last week we decided it was time to upgrade a 10 year old work truck. Shay was my first call, she made an appointment for me to come in, value my trade and look at what was on the lot. She helped us navigate through the used and new inventory and we ended up with an almost new F-250 within our price range.Ken in finance helped us navigate the business finance end of things quite easily, answered a ton of questions and made the experience very simple. He asked a bunch of questions to make sure all the paperwork was right.I think buying two trucks from Romeo in 4 months speaks for itself with how my attitude has changed towards this dealer, and how much differently I was treated from 10 years ago.We run a fleet of trucks, and now I'm already looking forward to my next truck buying experience instead of dreading it.

i recently purchased a brand new 2023 f150 and I had Mike Rosa as my sales associate words cannot express my gratitude for him and how smooth he made the transition! The key part of the whole transaction is Mike, I (and anyone else for that matter) can buy a vehicle anywhere but the time he took to ensure perfection is why I’ll be back to buy from him, and encourage friends and family to stop in and see himI have 2 small children so he made sure all paperwork was ready to go when I got there and the truck was out front so I could easily switch over car seats. My son loves football and we learned Mike does as well he spent some time chatting with him about the game which was great. Romeo Ford was wonderful. It all began 3.5 years ago when I put my $100.00 deposit down for my new Bronco. I picked it up this past Saturday! Better than expected! Just as wonderful as the bronco is. The exceptional service that I received from Romeo Ford I will not forget. And a special message goes out to Heather working with her was an absolute pleasure. Now that I've purchased a truck elsewhere and confirmed my expectations were realistic, I'm sharing my experience with Romeo.I spoke with someone online and explained I'd be driving two hours and needed to know if we're in the same place on pricing before making the trip to purchase an F-150. The rep confirmed with a sales manager that they'd be willing to sell the truck for my requested number.I arrived and the whole experience was bizarre. I was told to ask for the sales manager on arrival.He didn't even introduce himself, instead having a salesman greet me. Then they acted like that pricing conversation had never even happened. The salesman had to keep going back to the sales manager behind a big barrier in the corner to get new offer printouts - a practice that my local dealers abandoned years ago. I should have walked away at that point, but the salesman was a decent guy and we eventually got back to the number that we agreed on initially.Things fell apart again when talking about the trade value. The number I was offered was insultingly low. Eventually, the sales manager appeared and told me I can't expect them to sell me a truck at a wholesale price and also give me book value on trade. Interestingly, I had no problem getting a deal like that on my last two F-150s and my expected trade numbers have always been in-line with what dealerships have ultimately offered me.I ended up buying a near-identical truck from a dealer that kept their word on pricing when I arrived in person (same pricing I requested of Romeo). There was no nonsense with running back and forth to a manager and getting new printouts. Their offer on trade was also in-line with my expectations and thousands higher than Romeo's offer.

I've been buying vehicles at Romeo Ford since 2018 I truly believe that Romeo Ford is a great dealer. I've always dealt with Dustin as my sales person except for the short short time that he worked in finance. Dustin is a great salesman. an excellent to work with when buying a vehicle I wouldn't consider of using another salesman to buy my vehicles from my son just bought an 2023 F150 and his experience was also excellent and also use Dustin as our sales person and he always willing to go out of his way to helpThank you Dustin for all your help, as always a pleasure to do business with you

Once again, Romeo Ford did my car repair, oil change and NYS inspection. This company has done my car repairs for awhile now. There is a transmission problem thru no fault of Romeo Ford, there is a class action lawsuit for the issue. Every time the problem occurs, I place a call and they get me in a handle it right away, will even pick the car up from my house and drop it off when it is done. Anyway, as usual I went in for the oil change and NYS inspection and a bulb replacement. I had a scheduled appointment and they took me right on time. I went to the lounge where there is water, coffee,tea,hot chocolate and yummy popcorn available at no cost. There are comfy seats and also vending machines all in a very clean area. The service tech came in and told me about a bulb and asked permission to replace it. Didn't just go ahead and do what they felt was right. Total time there was maybe close to an hour and I was on my way. So for the bulb,oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection, my bill was just under $90. Not so bad. I have been to other places for service in the past and was very unhappy for a host of reasons, including the previous service dept before Romeo took over. So what ever Romeo Ford is doing to keep their service dept so efficient and pleasant and professional, keep doing it. It's working and it shows. By the way they often have coupons that come in the mail for extra savings on services they offer. Thanks Romeo Crew. You guys rock.

A huge thank you once again to Jake, Krissy Goss and the team at Romeo Ford. Yesterday I locked the keys in my 1988 Bronco II in a grocery store parking lot in the freezing wind. After a quick freak out (Jake talked me down and told me to call my insurance) and they had a lock smith to me within 15-minutes! I was back in the truck warm and zooming along. The Service Team (and the entire team at Romeo) is rock solid. I thank each and every one of them for keeping this sweet ride running at the top of its game and literally being on call when they're needed. Personal, personal, professional service at its best.

I just recently had the best experience Ive had in a long time at a dealer. I was looking at a very nice 2015 F150 Super-crew, 5.0 V8 just like my mustang, everything i wanted in a truck, priced reasonably well! Came into the showroom and was greeted by Sean Gardner in sales. Sean was amazing to work with! We are both the same age which i thought was pretty cool, and while working through the deal we were able to laugh and joke around, made it feel like a nice place to be, like family!! In 2021 i was in a bad car accident and lost my job so was unable to pay some bills, finance was a big help to get me into this truck regardless of what happened. Everyone was very friendly, the truck had a small issue before delivery with the rear brakes, they took care of that and covered some fees on the end of the deal. I could not have asked for a better truck, salesman, or finance team! Thanks sean for all you did, and Romeo Ford for a great team!

Extremely disappointed with the service at Romeo Ford. Drove 2 hours from New Jersey, spent a full day at the dealership and BOUGHT a Ford Expedition YES BECAME A CUSTOMER. From unprofessional staff to long wait times, my experience was anything but satisfactory. If you ever need to wait on paperwork or any updates don’t bother calling. You will be tossed around like a football, sent to voicemail or they’ll say “sorry was on vacation” “will be done” “will get back to you right away”Trust me they never will, I can sit here and name 6 different employees I spoke to. I’m still playing the waiting game while I write this review. Hope vacation ends soon at Romeo Ford. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking anything.

ROMEO FORD IS THE BEST! I had a flat tire and needed to get a new one asap. They were quick and speedy with getting me the exact same tire I had and service needed. When I picked up my car I swear it was even shiner than when I dropped it off. I would definitely come here again. Mike was my service advisor and he was 10 out of 10.
