OK, we were there at the end of the day, and the store was about average, but the bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. Garbage everywhere and no toilet paper. The store was very slow and employees were standing around chatting, so it was not like they were too busy to take care of things. No, I did not point the problem out to anyone, because that would’ve been a whole other thing.

Great store to shop because of the variety of unique and different products at reasonable prices. I didn’t give this store a “5” star rating because the restrooms in this store are awful. It appears that the management fails to follow up on the cleanliness of the restrooms. The odor and cleanliness in both male and female rooms was totally unacceptable and disgusting. This is very disappointing for a large store.

I am disappointed to report an incident of discrimination my daughter and I encountered at the Marshalls store in the Kings Mall, Kingston, NY on January 9th around 4:30PM.Upon entering and again when leaving, I noticed employees watching us. I initially brushed it off and returned to purchase rain boots for my daughter since it was snowing.The employee who assisted us made no effort to provide good customer service. She avoided looking at or engaging with us and did not offer any assistance. Her body language and lack of service made it clear we were not welcome.Discrimination has no place in any retail environment. All customers should feel welcomed and receive equal service. I am filing complaints with Marshalls corporate, the BBB, and fair business agencies. Shoppers should be aware of the racist behavior at this location.P.S: I would give it a -10 for the treatment that I have endured, but it won’t allow me to put 1

The doors are always broken and there’s a dude there with a pony tail and glasses who does not bathe and makes the entire store smell horrible, hes also rude and nasty up front to people at the registers. Tell him to bathe and be nicer.

I bought many items at the Marshall's in Kingston and the young lady who was processing all my articles took the time to make a separate gift receipt for each piece of clothing, stapling each to the price tag . And she did it with a pleasant attitude. Her name is Lindsay. This woman needs to be acknowledged.

I’m not a big shopper anymore but I needed a warm hat because I forgot to bring one on my trip home and I ended up with a new hat, parka and sweater for $100!While trying on the orange parka, a woman approached me and told me I had to have this jacket 😆Sold!It’s nice to know there are still places that you can still score a bargain and feel like a million bucks!

One of the best Marshall's I've been to! The selection was amazing!! The store is enormous! The fitting rooms were very busy and the staff did an amazing job keeping up and keeping it clean. Checkout was busy as well and our cashier was extremely friendly, helpful, and speedy.

Used to have a great Men's department, unfortunately that has changed now. Majority of store is women's clothing and housewares. Right now there is an amazing selection of pet supplies at some great deals. Not a bad store, but could definitely use a more lively and helpful staff.

Great selection of personal care products and all types of make-up. Love looking at all of the different clothes and designer shoes. A lot of different housewares and crazy gadgets! I love shopping here, you never know what you might find! Staff is super friendly and the bathroom is very clean!!

If you've got time to really sort through a lot of stuff and know what you're looking for, Marshall's is good. I was pleasantly surprised by the available options for jeans, found a few good pairs. They have a good assortment of athletic wear too. Everything is pretty cheap, so you can find some decent pieces on a budget. One caveat right now is that the dressing rooms are closed! So you have to buy a bunch of stuff, try on at home, and return what you don't want. So plan on two trips.

This Marshalls has a lot of merchandise. They had a lot of people working, so the store was neat and clean and no long line. The associates were all very kind. I appreciated it since I felt badly because I broke something.

Came here 7/16/22 to return a Tj Maxx item the same day I bought it in NYC because it didn’t fit, the cashier went to ask the manager they told me (a lie) they can no longer do tj maxx returns company policy, crazy thing is that I go back home to nyc to marshals they did it for me with out even a question, I asked if that was a policy, they said no. That even more sad part is that I’m originally from Kingston and I moved to the city more then a decade ago, and it was the greatest decision of my life because trashy behavior like this in Kingston ny is exactly what I was running away from. The manager and cashier need to be retrained, this is unacceptable customer service, but let me tell you with that level of attitude you never go anywhere beyond minimum wage at marshals so good luck.

It’s really smells bad in the bathrooms liked someone peed never clean the bathrooms good just get a automatic air freshers and put them inside and people body odor smells bad too they never washed when your near them and the kids won’t stop running around being into people space. Never shopping here again. Newburgh is better

I LOVE this Marshall's. The nature of the beast with Marshall's is always long lines. That's it. You can get some incredible deals if you're willing to wait on line for a bit. If you can accept this going in, Marshall's is always a good time. I got some INCREDIBLE picks especially from the bath and body section. Top notch shampoos and conditioners, a really excellent bottle of perfume. $25 for a flat iron that is just now four years later finally starting to go is the most I've ever spent- for the most part everything is $10 or under.

Its ok but the womens department is a huge disaster. You can't find anything clothes all over the floor and no name products cost more than high end. Makes no sense. Attempted to find basic items and everything is just mixed up. No rhyme or reason coats in with sweaters etc
