Purchased a STAINLESS steal sink just a couple months ago and it has already rusted and doesn't come off. Terrible quality :( last time I checked stainless steal isn't supposed to rust especially in just a couple of months.

Waitied at the paint counter for 30 minutes before walking out. A quiet, non busy Wednesday evening as the customer service desk was notified of assistance needed, multiple pages over head as associates walking around casually blinded to customers in need of help...bad service

Went to return some fittings without a receipt. Maybe a $10-$15 return. They wouldn't give me store credit. It's not like a large money amount I was returning. They advised they neded to be able to find the purchase in the system or bring it up by my credit card. My card was compromised so that didn't work as I had a new card. I bought it at Highland Lowes and now I can only return to Highland per Kingston rules. Horrible experience. Read their return policy before making any big purchases here. A lot of "may" or "up to their discretion" in it. I won't be making anymore purchases here now that I know how they are. Supposedly it is the new return policy as of 2023.

We needed PVC pipe cut for a home project, the worker who came to assist us was completely disrespectful and unwilling to help. We told him what we needed done and his replay was “we don’t do home projects” we will cut the pipe to just fit in your vehicle and that’s it. Meanwhile your website clearly say we cut pipe for free. Does not specify anything about just getting it cut to fit in your vehicle only. We thought Lowell’s was a place to come to get help with home projects. Guess not in Kingston!! Off to Home Depot.

I was looking for a specific wood and screws and each time I found someone that worked there, they just pointed where to go and never lost a step as they walked past me. After an hour of this I finally gave up and went to home Depot where I was taken care of right away.

We found exactly what we wanted. Kevin was a great help and advised us about another product we were interested in as well. Art was the gentleman who checked us out and he was great too. Our checkout took a bit longer since we applied for a credit card. So the line started to grow. But Art handled it all in a calm and friendly manner. Our opinion: they needed another register opened!

Update: I called the number below and spoke with Web who was extremely helpful. He determined what the problem is, and was able to get through to the local store for me. I give Web 5 stars, but the Kingston store is still impossible to get ahold of. I will increase my rating to 3 stars as the average of my experiences.This store is horrible! The delivery did not show up on the day that was confirmed by them, and when I tried to call to check on delivery status, the phone just rang and rang...Don't buy from here!

Two registers open with the line wrapping around the inside of the store. I asked them to ring up firewood and was told I'd need to go and get it to ring it up. Its outside on the opposite side of the store in the parking lot - if you expect people to bring in the firewood from outside only to bring it back outside to be put in my car, you have another thing coming. No one offered to help with the firewood, or help this idiotic situation- do you also bring the tractors from outside inside to ring them up? The people at the register were rude and lazy. If an employee can help themselves to the amenities provided by the store like coffee and waters, then I feel that they should also help themselves to HELP the customer, not just collect a paycheck after scanning items. Luckily home depot exists.

Ordered a new washer and pedestal. No call or email that delivery wouldn’t happen as scheduled. Customer service couldn’t confirm a new delivery date because there was no tracking of the pedestal delivery from the manufacturer. Went to a competitor who could confirm a delivery date and purchased there. Upon cancelling Lowes order they struggled to complete and said they couldn’t produce a cancellation receipt. Not purchasing large appliances from Lowe’s again.

I purchased a case of special order tile “Ship to Store” , shipping box wasin rough shape . When I arrived home and opened box most of the tiles were all broken and chipped . It will cost me more returning the items in gas and tolls .. Beware on orders “Ship to Store” so you do not wast time going to pick up damaged and trashed items only to waste your time.

Had a great experience here, Had a blow out on my trailer. they had my tires and were able to pull a second one. Than I lost my receipt and the lady named Vivian was able to send me a copy even though she was having a hard time with the scanner. Thank you Vivian

I just love this spot- always friendly and eager to help.If I had any desire to shop pre pandemic, the rest got sucked out of me through my skull, but this is one store thats organized and not cluttered- I don't feel rushed or panicky. Highly recommend.

Lowe's never disappoints. It has everything we need at great prices. I enjoy shopping at Lowe's. The older workers are more knowledgeable and younger workers have better customer service. We have purchased multiple things that needed to be delivered and the team is easy to work with, super fast we are very satisfied.

Very poor experience. Pricing and item mismatches, things not being located where the app says they are. Sales associates, when I could find one, were patient and helpful. Yet management seems to loathe them, and treat them poorly. Your experience may vary, but I can honestly say I have never had a similar experience at their competitor, which is only minutes away.

I've been here a number of times and mostly had great experiences. The reason I decided to write a review today is that last time I was in the store, I accidentally came right before closing with a bit of an ambitious pick-up order and the staff was amazing. I would've expected them to be a bit irritated at my timing, but I interacted with 4-5 different employees and there were all in a good mood and eager to help even though they were closing up. Two of them actually helped me load up my car which was above and beyond.

They had what was needed at a fair price. The first department I went to had a customer talking to the sales rep. The customer was furious. How does that work that you take out a manufacture’s problem on the sales clerk? The clerk was terrifically professional.

Never really found anyone from the pro desk helpful except for the short lady. They always having me waiting. Damaged my products during delivery but won't deliver the new products again even though I paid in the first place. Always felt ignored.

We love shopping at Lowe's. We buy all of our appliances there and we always buy the extended warrantee plans that go along with them. We had a power surge back in March, which was covered under the plan, and it damaged the refrigerator and the washer/dryer. After calling repeatedly because of 8 no shows by the Lowe's affiliated servicemen, we were granted a food spoilage reimbursement. They finally came and made a fix. They sent an email for food spoilage, and we replied with a detailed list. No reply in return. We called, they said it was approved.The repair didn't work, so we had to call again. After waiting over a month with out the fridge working, they scheduled a repair. 3 More no shows. We were once again granted a reimbursement, replied with the details even though we hadn't received the first reimbursement. The repairman came and the fix was successful. No checks arrived for food spoilage.We called again, they said that both were approved and they would resubmit because it should have been done already.No checks. Called again. This happened 2 more times. The last time, they said they were all approved and they combined the amount and split it up differently for some reason. Fine...One check arrived for $92. The other check would be just over $300 (though both claims were just over $200). No second check. Upon calling again, THERE WAS NO RECORD OF ANY CALLS WHATSOEVER NOR CHECKS. NO SUPERVISOR TO SPEAK TO. NO solution beyond escalating to the back office who would get back to us in 2-3 days. This was the case several times and we never get a call back.The extended warrantee plans are fraudulent. The repair companies barely show up, and the reimbursement for spoilage is a complete scam. It's just a run around with no solution nor follow through for the plan that we bought.Shop somewhere else that honors the plan they sell to you.

The lack of bldg knowledge of your assistant manager was actually comical , a few years ago this was a great store to shop at ! But since i had to deal with the assistant manager (lets call him Davis) I couldn’t believe you folks would actually put someone like that in charge of people! I will be going over to Home Depot from now on !! Its very unfortunate!!!
