So. I bought a gift for my brother. Got a gift receipt. Realized after the fact that I got a size small so I went to exchange for a bigger size. Told her I need the gift receipt just in case and she tells me no, it’s not possible. I asked why and she said it’s not how it works after an exchange. She seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered to do her job…so disappointed…I love buying stuff at kohls but hopefully I won’t have to deal with that lady again

I placed an order via Kohl's online order system. I paid using paypal and billing to my credit card. I received confirmation from Paypal that the order was paid however Kohl's has no record of my order and will not issue me a refund. I have tried disputing this purchase with my credit card company however they insist I resolve it with Kohl's first. Round and Round we go! Feck you Kohl's for taking my money, loosing my order and refusing to issue a refund

I shop there quite often for all 4 people in my family since it really is one of the very few clothing stores in the area. I think the prices are decent and I always have alot of coupons. The employees are friendly and transactions are easy. The selection of products is good.

I give this place four stars for effort. as a big box store, I think their days are numbered. but they're making the right moves. partnering with Amazon, diversifying inventory etc. their team on the floor is a level up for most other big box stores. and though they don't have much high end stuff, they have a good variety.

Kohl's was a really great shop. 30% off coupons that you could use on everything. They have made so many exceptions that the coupon is useless. I'm giving serious consideration to shredding this card!

Shawn was friendly and greeted me immediately at checkout. The other employees however did not seem friendly. I walked past the sephora section where 4 employees were standing and talking about personal stuff none of which greeted me or other passing customers! The store also seemed sloppy and the clearance section was all over the place.

Great experience at this Kohl's in Kingston. I was greeted with a smile when I first entered the store and when checking out I had a nice experience as the staff member was polite and friendly. Also, great deal on the item I purchased!

Purchased 4 pairs of the identical shorts in different colors. 2 rang up at $5.36 each, 1 rang up at $5.36 and the last pair at $6.12. Yes it’s only pennies but where’s the transparency?

Big and Tall section is an absolute joke. It has empty shelves, no sizes and half the styles they advertise aren’t even on the floor. The company needs to do better and pay attention to the rest of the store instead of the Sephora that just went in.

Kohls use to have great clearance sections but now it looks like the clothes came out of a closet. The prices for infants and children's clothes is absolutely ridiculous and they stopped selling a lot of my favorite name brand. Normally I get great cashiers that offer any discounts going on at the time but my cashier was very nasty when I inquired. Just not to happy with the store anymore

Too many coupons for store brands that are poorly made. No discounts on the name brands. They get you in the store with coupons and discounts, then can't use the discounts on good brands people want to buy.

The Blonde person at the front register was kinda rude. I was tempted to leave the store and return all of my gifts.The customer service people in the back were nice, focused on their work, making the visit better and ultimately led to my decision to not return everything.
