I had such a great experience here, after my tire blew out near exit 19 on the thruway I was recommended by the tow truck driver to go to Kingston Tires. They were able to help me right away, and even though my specific tire wasn't in stock they were able to order it and have it there within a few hours. They were also all so nice, and incredibly helpful through the whole process. Thank you everyone at Kingston Tires!

I was super happy to find these guys and get a quick tire patch on a Saturday afternoon. I am impressed with how speedy, professional, and friendly they were… and at a really reasonable price. Some seats in the lobby to wait - though you won’t need it! Can’t recommend enough.

Called late on Wednesday. They didn't have the tires I needed but promised them by 10AM the next day. Showed up at 10 AM and all 4 tires were replaced in 20 minutes !! The interior of the shop is like a tire/rim guys Candyland. Unbelievable assortment of outstanding truck and auto rims. If I have tire needs in the future this is the place I'll call.

They’re great, I called and they were able to take my car right away to remove a screw from my tire and patch it up. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend :)

so many additional charges as they proceeded, 19" wheels extra charge they even forced me to buy all new lug nuts because they destroyed one, the incompetence runs wild from an upselling front desk pushing for more as he tried to talk down on me seemingly upset because I was not an easy victim to the actual people that did the work and managed a decent average of getting 3 tires on the same, that fourth tire backwards, I mean that's asking a lot

My favorite car care place in the Mid-Hudson Valley. Drop-in service, quick and at a good price. They do not try to up-sell you. They tell you when your tires will need replacing. They will not do anything that won't be safe for your car. Never had bad service in the 5 years I've been taking my cars there.

Went their to replace 1 flat tire. Told me I had to buy 2 because i had 4 wheel drive (never heard that). I said if they took the other tire off would they give me a discount (i know they are going to sell it as used). They said no. Asked if they could match my tire. They said I had to come back, which was ok. Then said it would be $10 because they inspected the tire (they didn't). And that $10 is not adjustable towards the purchase if i came back. Sounds like a scam to me. Was trying to go to an independent tire local shop.Ended up going to Mavis, spent less and got super customer service.

Hector and his team diagnosed a problem with a wheel and tire that 2 other shops missed. They did it quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommended. Also, their shop is very clean and they take good care of the car while it's there.

My daughter, my son and I had a tire blow out on us and we had to get a tow he took us to Kingston Tires and they gave us the best service I’ve had in a really long time. Highly recommend this place! They are fast, fair, and honest. My tire suddenly went flat while I was running errands nearby, I made it there and they fixed it in 30 minutes for less than $20. My husband got all new tires there a few months ago and they recommended a really reliable set for a very reasonable price. It’s just a short drive past the other tire places on Ulster Ave and 100% worth it! Thank you!

This place is so great. I went to them because I had a nail in my tire that my dealership said they couldn’t patch and needed to change out my winter tires. They said they could patch it and started to change out the tires. Then stopped and informed me that one tire is over 10 years old and the other were over 8 years old. (I purchased this car last august from a dealership and was told they were new tires and would be good for years.) Kingston tire informed me how dangerous it is and that these should not have been put on the car or sold with it. Kingston tire didn’t charge me for anything, told me who to reach out to at the dealership and never tried to sell me tires first. It’s so nice to have a place that listens and informs and is honest about what is needed, Instead of putting old tires on my car that could have put me in danger. Because of this I got the dealership to replace all the tires for free. Thank you for your help and advice! I will be coming here every time I need something.

Excellent local small business ran by honest and professional folks. I’ve used this company for my tire needs (used and new) for about 5 years and have always been a satisfied customer. All the used tires I’ve bought have proved to be a great buy in both price and durability and the new ones I’ve bought have been discounted far more than any other tire place in my area.The business owners are polite, warm, professional and speedy. They do a nice job and I’ve never had any issues for the dozens of visits to their shop. They get you in and out quickly and estimate their times of project completion accurately. I consider no other retailer for tire needs other than Kingston Tires.The waiting room can seem a bit “shabby” to some, with its couch and random chairs, but you’re saving a great deal with the tires and the wait is usually under 20 minutes. The only improvement I could possibly think of would be to spruce up the waiting room and update the furniture, but even if that was never done I would still frequent this shop. My car is driven over 30k miles a year and so I go through rubber quick and my tires sure take a beating.If you’re wondering if they have a tire size your car needs, call them and they will have the answer and quantity of tires to fit your car in less than 5 minutes. Prices are good and they don’t hide any hidden fees in the final price. Straight forward, no frills, honest and cheap.

Always super helpful and fast. This time it wasn’t just a tire puncture but a corrosion of the aluminum rim which caused the bead to slowly slip which caused the air to leak. Pretty cheap fix compared to a full new tire and slightly more than a normal flat puncture fix. Thank you!

It was almost 3pm on a Saturday when I pulled into Kingston Tires with a donut on the right rear. I had a blowout and needed service quickly so I could start my 385 mile trip home to Pittsburgh.Ephraim (I think) took my keys and said no problem. I had a bunch of junk in the back of the car so I moved it, pulled out the flat tire, and put all my stuff back. They fixed me up quickly and at a very reasonable price.When I paid, got my keys back, and returned to my car I saw that not only had they solved my problem but also had bothered to move my stuff, return the donut to its proper place in the well, and replaced my stuff.Great work! Great service! Great people! American entrepreneurship at its finest!
