Tobias in installation, Dave in delivery $ Ron in sales really helped me. My dishwasher broke and I needed a replacement ASAP. The one I bought didn’t fit so they took it back, figured out the problem and replaced the dishwasher with one that fit. They were so concerned and so anxious to get it right and make me happy. We had a great experience buying a new dishwasher after our old one from the early 2000s finally died. Ken, our salesman, was very knowledgable and helpful. The delivery and installation was fantastic. Toby and Jimmy were awesome and even though they couldn't install the dishwasher because of some corrosion issues we had with our line, they reassured us that we wouldn't be charged a second time for installation once we corrected that issue. As soon as it was straightened out, it was very easy for me to set up a new appointment for installation. Harry and Thomas did a fabulous job and even helped plug up the holes behind the dishwasher to keep mice out, which I really appreciated. Our new dishwasher is amazing! A big thanks to Ken, Toby, Jimmy, Harry and Thomas from everyone in our family!

Chris in the Sales Department gave me excellent guidance regarding options, and completed the sale promptly.The new range was delivered by Thomas and Harry within a few days. I was kept informed of delivery window, and the schedule was met exactly as promised. This team was respectful of my home, very professional, courteous and pleasant. It was very apparent that they took pride in their craft.They took the time to answer all of our questions. They also did an excellent clean up after the installation was complete . Today, Harry and Tobias from the Kingston, NY Earl B Feiden Showroom delivered our new GE Profile refrigerator/freezer. Their installation went perfectly! My husband and I ordered a new dryer and it was delivered yesterday by Jimmy and a partner whose name we don’t remember offhand. Jimmy called in the morning and gave us a 2-hour delivery window. The team arrived promptly at the start of the 2-hour window.The old dryer had to go out a side door, around the front of our house and down a stepped walkway to get to their truck. The new dryer had to come up and in the same way. All this is the rain.Jimmy helped to remove one door and move it out of the way to get the dryer in. After installing the dryer, Jimmy reinstalled the door. The delivery team was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. A very pleasant experience.Please thank the delivery team for a job well done.We’ll need a replacement for our washer, which we also bought from Feiden’s many years ago. It was a tight squeeze but Jimmy and Anthony were up for the challenge. They had to install the stacking kit first and then move the set into this opening in our bathroom. They were great! Had Tobias and Harry deliver a replacement refrigerator today. We live in the country, and the old Refrigerator had to go out the back door,and around the house to ge to their truck. They removed doors from the house and reinstalled them in a very professional manner. We were MORE than satisfied with the whole service. I just had my second great experience purchasing an appliance from Earl. B. Feiden. I recently had to replace my dishwasher, and because I'd had a good experience there a year ago, I returned to Feidens after checking out the big box. Everything went smoothly, and the staff communicated about the delivery and timing. The installation was very professional; Jimmy and Thomas did a great job and tested it to ensure it was working. Their work was to the highest standard, fast, and clean!

Starting with the sales person and ending with the delivery and installment by Tobias and Thomas, the service was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. There were no surprises. The refrigerator came in and was delivered on time. I was given a two hour window for the delivery and they arrived 10 minutes early! The price of the delivery, installment and take away were reasonable as was the price of the refrigerator. Given the fact they will service appliances bought from them and my positive experience with this purchase, I will be returning when it's time for a new washer and dryer.

I ordered a gas stove from Feiden Appliance and when service techs came to install and pulled old stove Tom recommended I contact a plumber to replace old propane gas line to stove. Even though this was an added expense I appreciate the regard for my safety. Once gas line was replaced Tom and Harry returned to install my stove.A few weeks prior to the stove purchase I replaced a washing machine and again was pleased with the purchase and the Feiden staff that installed my machine.

Impeccable service!Jimmy and Stu delivered and installed a washer/dryer unit in my home today. This also required the removal of the previous unit. These two gentlemen worked well as a team and were efficient in their task, which included assessing the entry/exit path to ensure ease of movement of the units, disconnecting the old unit, and installing, testing, and demonstrating the operation of new unit while negotiating interactions with a curious dog and cat. Jimmy also followed up later in the day to ensure that everything was functioning well.Stu and Jimmy were professional, caring, and courteous, and I couldn’t have asked for more. It takes a special kind of professional to not only do an excellent job, but to put one at ease while they are working in a client’s home, and Stu and Jimmy exceeded my expectations.
