If I could post a zero star I would!I went in a few days ago to get my prescription. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 40 minutes I was told it was not ready so I had to leave since I had my two young kids with me. Today I was finally able to go back. I was yet again told my prescription wasn’t ready and to wait 20 minutes. After 1.5 hours my prescription was finally ready (after asking multiple times). Not only that I have to go back on Monday and get my second prescription because apparently it “wasn’t in stock”. While waiting I heard the pharmacy staff tell multiple people (in store and in the drive thru) that there was an hour plus wait for their prescriptions. Moral of the story: DO NOT get prescriptions filled here!! I am going somewhere else!!

This pharmacy could not provide worse customer service if they tried (and it really does feel like they are trying to be as rude and disrespectful as possible). Every interaction here is worse than the last. The pharmacist Brenda goes out of her way to be condescending and unprofessional, and barked rudely at me multiple times when I asked basic questions. The cashiers are equally rude and snarky. They literally don’t answer their phone - ever - and I have left here crying twice after how terrible they were to me. I’ve transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and won’t ever set foot in this place. It’s like they completely forgot that pharmacies are meant to help sick people feel better… Run away! Run fast! Do not subject yourself to the wildly terrrrrrible service here!!!

Cvs on Washington Ave is the absolute worst. Waited in line for half an hour with 4 people in front of me at the pharmacy. Had to leave without getting meds due to time constraints.
