I went to Big Lots in Kingston New York that store is immaculate it is so clean clean I could not believe it and I told one of the employees or the manager and I just thanked him for having such a neat and orderly store

It's a very nice and clean store, the employees are always so nice they greet you at the door. Check.out is always quick . Some prices are a little high but it's a fun store to shop at

The store is new and clean and stocked well. I have always had good luck with finding good deals on cleaning supplies here, though there is so much more. The only issue I ever have is there is never someone around to help with something but, that's seems to be all over

Store manager extremely helpful, diligent, and is totally well versed in her area of expertise, again that's the store manager! NOT the rude,belittling, and very unpleasant furniture manager girl whome is very neglectful irritable and totally unpleasant deal with.... Will be writing corporate right after and will diligently follow-up with them only to ensure more customers who spend thousands in that store not to get treated the way I did

We were just window shopping but they have a beautiful selection of indoor and outdoor furniture. I didn't really look at anything else, but I believe there is clothing, stationary and some groceries also.

Honestly the worst customer service ever, I asked 5 different associates where I could find marbles and they all looked at me like I was crazy. I asked another girl and she was disgustingly rude to me I will never come back to this store.

Employee named Brad likes taking pictures of women in the store. Did a terrible job at hiding the fact he was taking pictures and ran when trying to confront him

Honestly appalled at the what I witnessed in the store I had come to buy glue for my broken wine rack and I see an older woman get upset at the cashier for giving her nickels as her change which she proceeded to THROW AT THE CASHIER and not once did I see a manager come to help disgusted
