The women that work at Bark Ave they are great they go above an beyond. They are great with my boys. One of my boy's has diabetes and they are very gentle with the leg the vet takes the blood from Bark Ave is absolutely fantastic they are great in price they are kind Katie even helped me when I had no ride home.i am going to edit this review I literally just left Bark Ave and I am highly upset with one review in pitcular if they made a mistake they would own the mistake they made and would take care of whatever mistake they made I have never had a problem with Bark Ave pet grooming I use to drive the 30 minutes just to have Katie and Denise to cut my boy's nails.if you had a problem you should have brought it to their attention then and there not write a hurtful review!!!

Hi all, I brought my little Havanese here a month ago because he had some mats all over. I don't know what magic they did in there, but he came out smooth as a fluff ball and it has been a month and no mats at all!! It would take me 30 minutes to groom him and now it's 5 minutes max, he also smelled so good even after two weeks of no bath. We are definitely bringing our Thor back here. Excellent service! Thank You!

After thoroughly searching the area for a great groomer, we finally came upon Denise and Bark Avenue. She only grooms one at a time, and does not use a cage dryer, so you don't have to worry about your dog being left inside a cage with too much heat. She doesn't have 10 dogs running around either, typically there are NO other dogs there while yours is being groomed, and if there is, it is only 1 other small dog. She does a great job, her prices are fair and she has a clean shop. You will need to prepare to call a week out to get an appointment because she doesn't over book and only does the work herself. (sometimes her daughter helps, but typically it is only her)

We have a dog that is very difficult to groom. He is scared of anything making noise and won't let anyone groom him. We tried several grooming services in the area and they all sent him home without grooming him. Denise on the other hand was very patient and very understanding with our dog. She was open to experiment with several approaches and was not going to give up until she found a way to groom him. She spent a few hours talking to the dog and patently trying different things until she was able to groom him; and he looks beautiful! I wish I could post a picture of him. Denise is convinced that she will find a way to ease our dog into grooming and it will not take as much time in the future. Thank you for the amazing job Denise!

I have two shih tzu. One who is a bit unruly and one who only has one eye and suffers seizures. Denise & Katie are attentive to their needs. They show patience with them and take the time to talk with you about what you want and offer suggestions. They show compassion to them and are reassuring to me as I worry about them. I always leave satisfied with a beautiful job done. I can't imagine taking my furbabies any place else. Price is also reasonable.

I took my dog in for the first time to be groomed and it was a disaster. His hair cut seemed like a blind person cut it. My dog was terrified and screaming while three people were holding on to him for grooming. I paid over one hundred dollars. Never again! What a nightmare that was.

Gave my dog an infection with a hot razor. Denied it and would not take responsibility. Only reason to use this person is if you want to see you pet hurt. Horrible people.

Left a message to have my dog bathed and nails clipped and never even received a call back. Went to paws 4 grooming instead who got back with me immediately and went above and beyond. As someone who works directly with inquiries, I cant express enough the importance of prompt responses.
