I don’t go to any other tj maxx except for Kings Park. Very organized, clean, and so much variety. I always leave with a purchase whether it’s clothes or jewelry or bedding accessories. I found my dream mirror by Impressions Vanity but there was no price. The staff were so nice and helpful in looking for a price for the mirror. The cashier Sam was very helpful and patient💕

This Dollar Tree is great. BEN the manager is amazing!! Super helpful, polite, professional and eager to assist. I can't thank him enough for going out of his way and helping me with bouquet of baloons that we needed at the last minute.... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is Ben who makes shopping at this store so great. Bravo to Dollar Tree for having him on their team. :)

The store lay out for this location is okay and there is staff in the store. The store is busy and pricing is okay and fair. Got a great deal on some cleaning towels.My reason for the 3 stars is the checkout. Slower cashiers than The BJs in Commack. A long line and four cashiers should move fast. It took at least 20 minutes to checkout. Once we finally had a cashier...the cashier somehow rang us up for an item we did not even have. It was a small item but I think it could have been intentional (possibly) because the last customer who used the same cashier had an issue with their receipt and it took some time to fix whatever the issue was.We were charge for something we did not buy and then when I pointed It out to the cashier, she acted all confused. Even when she checked the receipt she could no find the item we were incorrectly rang up for, even though we only bought four items. I had to point it out to her and finally the manager intervened after I got annoyed how we were rang up for something not even at the counter.The manager fixed it and I got a refund, but this took at least five extra minutes. Pretty sure this is not the first time this cashier did that. Either way she is not the only cashier with issues, other customers seemed to be having problems with other cashiers with prices and discounts. Oh well, not coming back to this location, the Commack location on Lakefield road is way better.

I have been coming to this store for many years and out of all those years meeting and knowing most of the managers, I would say by far that this new manager that they brought in who I believe goes by the name of Bill is so distasteful. While waiting in a very long line, I overheard him degrading his staff behind the counter when I walked up to check out I asked the lovely lady who that man was as I pointed and she responded our manager Bill. For being a manager, you would think that that comes with responsibility and manners for not only the public, but his staff as well. There will be a complaint made, and I truly hope that this company does the right thing.

I can live in TJMaxx. Better than any department store and not just for their low prices, but I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. And the staff are all kind and helpful.

I come to this store at least 2-5 times a week. I make a purchase every time. Recently had a few returns and was given such a hard time by Loretta. She treated me very rudely, accused me of using the products when I said I never did. She embarrassed me in front of the customers behind me. I never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. I am a loyal customer, for over 10+ years.I’d also like to note, Loretta told me she couldn’t accept used bath/body or cosmetic items due to a health code. It’s unsanitary. I agree. BUT if anyone who worked in this store would walk over to the beauty section and open up the jars of body butter, body scrubs, lip butters, especially the Aminnah products, they are all unable to be purchased due to the fact customers are sticking their fingers in everything and breaking the seals. Store still sells them at full price, and after 5-6 months finally moves them to clearance… so it’s ok to sell used products, leave them on the shelves for months, then finally realize they are tampered with so continue to sell them for cheaper? I’m sure that is against code so I’ll be filing a complaint with the health department.Thanks to your employee, for pointing out this is a violation…

I came back to visit what was once my favorite welcoming hometown store. However, as I walked into this tjmaxx this morning for the card member event, of which i am, I was met with a rudeness that made me want to leave the store and not even participate in the event. Whoever was working at the front table does not know how to interact with customers. Her immediate unfriendliness towards me and my mom was distasteful. Her persistent questioning and chastising even after my mom and I both showed our tjmaxx cards was i’ll-mannered. And her overall unpleasantness was not what I remember this store having.

This is my favorite TJ Maxx on Long Island. It's smaller than some, bit the selection is great and the showroom is usually pretty neat and organized.Been going here for years and the fact that most of the same staff is still there speaks for itself.I love their jewelry counter and for being a relatively small shop they have a great selection of items. Even my fur-baby has benefited from quite a few great deals from there.

This is a great place to find things you never knew you needed. A big selection of everything from clothes to gourmet food to kitchenware to furniture to jewelry and still much more. Reasonable prices and lots of clearance items for those on a budget.

Though their stock is a bit messy, it is a T.J. Maxx so it's expected. Their clearance section is quite big though, and it's always fun to just explore what they have in stock.I did purchase a drone that was missing parts from their clearance section, but they accepted the return with no hassle.

My favorite TJ Maxx on LI: Extremely friendly and helpful staff who make a point of learning and remembering your name(!), store always kept tidy even during inventory periods, they always make sure to have enough cashiers when it's busy, and somehow, despite its relatively compact size, it's the TJ where I inevitably spend the most $. Love my neighborhood TJ!

Disorganized, sparse selection and rude staff bordering on nasty. The dressing room attendant actually laughed in my face when I came out to show my boyfriend an outfit I tried on. I had over $100 worth of merchandise that I just set down and left because of her mocking me to my face. I was so uncomfortable as were the people around me.
