Hi to all my great patients and neighbors. I would like to say that our staff and the front end do an amazing job. With what we have to deal with on a day to day basis.many people don't realize what it takes to be friendly and kind to all our patients, so if you come in with a problem we can help you to the best of our ability. Yes sometimes we are not able to do so at times. Understanding and patients is what is needed to support any pharmacy. I wish everyone a happy and 😊 safe holiday. Stopped in for an emergency perscription. Pharmacist was so rude and in a bad mood. Her attitude was so terrible. No compassion, just can't help you sorry.

they have nice stuff here but me and my friend were hanging out together after buying mascara from a lady in the front….later that same lady said she would call the cops on us without explanation. the only reason we didnt leave the store is because it was really cold outside and we were waiting for a ride home. if she was suspecting i stole something, she should have asked me about it instead of rudely talking to us like that as we were walking out to our cars.

Thankful for this pharmacy. I went to CVS for a prescription the night before and was given a hard time about not being able to find my insurance although I know I have it. Had the doctor send it to Rite Aid which is closer to my job and went to pick it up with a GoodRx card incase I had the same issue. The ladies there found my insurance in less than a minute and I walked out the door with the medication very quickly. Awesome experience, I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Rite Aid is a positive place for wellness and bringing the community to better health. The customers are always put first in times of uncertainty and the experience is all about the right product for them and the right price! I was looking for cough medicine and found the pharmacist was knowledgeable about which one is right for me and how to take it! Thank you Barbara!

Sitting here days without my anti-depressant, I called 3 times nicely, and finally got berated by one of the pharmacists "we don't have time to check over each prescription". Clearly no care for customers, the staff acts like you are a burden. I don't think they realize what is is like to go without a serious anti-depressant for days. Didn't seem to have the time or care to call either me or my doctor and let us know there was an issue, just left me in limbo for days without medicine!!!CHANGING PHARMACIES! If you live in kings park, i suggest you do the same, many other reliable pharmacies in the area.

Its a good store. Pharmacy department is always friendly and helpful. The woman at the checkout up front are so friendly and helpful. Very happy with this Rite Aid

Years we have been dealing with a nasty pharmacist. Someone needs to remove her. Over and over I hear this from so many local people. Barbara you need to go get happy within yourself before you can be in the service business. I will no longer have my meds sent there. GO TO CVS !!!!

All of the women working tonight at rite aid in kings park were killer. I've never had a prescription filled so fast And you all were incredibly nice. Keep up the good work!

I would not trust your prescriptions here. I was a customer of Mid Village Pharmacy for twenty years without a single problem until they unfortunately went out of business. It’s been nothing but problems since switching to Rite Aid in Kings Park. And the staff, forget it. Most of them act like you are bothering them and are very condescending and rude. Time to switch.

Complete and Total Crooks.I was trying to fill my Tramadol prescription here for chronic back pain. They would say they didn't have my prescription, but when I had a different pharmacy call, they said they did have my prescription but wouldn't file it because my insurance wouldn't take it. They were trying to file it under an old insurance even though I repeatedly told them it was through worker's compensation.When I tried to pay outright for it, the guy told me it was $400!!!!!! For Tramadol??!?!??! The same script was $40 across the street. Unbelievable.

I went to the pharmacy to get a scheduled booster shot. The pharmacist ..Barbara...who gave the shot was not a nice person. She was very impolite, rude, unprofessional and just had a rotten attitude. She should find another line of work..not dealing with any people.

They never have my prescriptions, if they do— then i need to drive 20 minutes to another rite aid. That rite aid then said the prescription wouldn’t be ready until 3hrs later, i have a newborn and a toddler. I won’t be using rite aid.

This is a smaller store so they have a different setup but I think this location was ok. But Commack is my main store. Would use them for anything. Store wise they are great and even all the staff took time to listen to my concerns.

Often makes customers wait 10+ minutes at pharmacy drive thru or doesn't wait on them at all. If you're not going to monitor the drive thru, don't have one.

There is always a long wait here. They very rarely have what you need in stock and if you want the prescription sent elsewhere they won't send it even if they can't fill it.
