My puppy always comes out looking amazing! My mom and i do puppy grooming dates where both our dogs go to lindsey’s and get groomed together. She does an amazing job and keeps record of what we like and what we don’t like ! Which makes everything just so much easier!

I usually have a great experience at Lindsey’s Groom Room and they know my dog well. Unfortunately, it seems young, inexperienced, rude staff has taken over. I dropped my small dog off at 10:40am. I still hadn’t received a call that the dog was ready by 2:30. I called and nobody picked up the phone. At 3pm I decided to go and pick her up. I was told, with a snippy attitude that she was not ready yet. The girl with dark hair and an orange vest was combative and argumentative. Instead of being apologetic, she yelled, “you’re paying for the bath” when I told her I was taking my dog home. Of course I paid for the service, but I was still being berated at the register. It was completely unprofessional and I will never go back. I think the owner of the store should know how her business is being run by her employees.

I bought my Sadie in to be groomed. My friends and family recommended Lindsey’s Groom Room so I had to try them out. They did an amazing job and were so kind to my doggie. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and great with large breed dogs! I called the day before and Lindsay was able to squeeze me in for a next day appointment. I have a female Rottweiler who absolutely hates having her nails cut and Lindsay and her team were amazing with her! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who has struggled with their dogs nail trimming. I’ll be going back to her every time!

I previously left a 5 Star review because our first experience with Lindsay was simply a bath and brush out. Well the last time she went it wasn't lindsey who did the grooming and they made my labradoodle look so butchered and then overcharged me for it. Fast forward a few months later I called lindsey and asked her if she could do the grooming herself and told her how upset i was after the previous outcome. Well Lindsey completely shaved her like a rat. No phone call to me, no attempt to salvage any fur whatsoever. And then they had the nerve to charge me even more! There's no way this place is going to stay in business. Absolutely terrible

Lindsey and her staff are amazing at what they do! my dog harry was nervous to get groomed but they came out and made him feel so comfortable that he was all smiles by the time he was done. They treat every dog as they were there own which is a awesome thing for anyone who is looking for a groomer. This is definitely the best place to go for all of your grooming needs!!

We called Lindsey last minute because our Ruby had hurt her one of her nails. She was so kind and told us to come right in and she would help us. She did exactly that and we are so appreciative for her help. Ruby always leaves Lindsey looking AMAZING and super happy. Lindsey, thank you for everything- you are the best!

Lindsay's Groom Room has been cutting all 3 of our dog's hair for about 2 years. Recently we dropped off our dogs for another round of cuts. Our dog came home with a slice across her ear width wise. We didn't notice right away because of the way her ears sit but when I felt it we reached out to Lindsay (The Owner and Groomer) immediately.We were told Lindsay was celebrating her birthday and would get back to use the next day. We had to reach out several times before we received any contact.Lindsay decided the best way to handle the situation was to call us back a week late, and leave a rude voicemail asking us why we waited so long to reach out to her when in fact, it was Lindsay who must have really been enjoying her birthday all week! She chose to have no compassion, and never even asked if the dog was okay. Typical spoiled brat owner who runs her business like a lemonade stand.Carolyn really tried her very best to make this situation better but we all know what it's like to have a boss who does not care and isn't responsive. You can really only do so much.So if you want to leave your dog somewhere where you will not be told if your dog had an incident at the facility, this is the perfect place to risk your dog's well-being. Sorry my dog didn't tell me you cut her ear sooner Lindsay!

My mother in law recommended Lindsey and I never go to any other groomer. My tiny chihuahua looks so happy and beautiful as soon as I get her back. My dog is sassy so I'm happy with how well Lindsey treats her. She is absolutely amazing and wonderful with dogs. I know Talos and Chiquis get so happy to hear Lindsey's name!! I live in the city so I wait months at times just to come groom my dog here. So worth it!! Staff is so kind and friendly.

Lindsey is the absolute best! My dobermans are wash and wear dogs as I call them but she clips their nails for me. Always amazingly competent and loving with my oversized babies. They love her! Thanks Lindsey!

I’ve been taking my cat here for almost a year, however, I always found Lindsey to be unprofessional with the way she speaks to her clients. I took my cat in for a grooming and he peed very little in his cage due to anxiety. Upon arrival I explained this to her nicely. Therefore, her response was “well i can’t groom him now because I don’t have time to give him a full bath” but it was the way she said it which was very unpleasant. As I was walking away I stated how I was never coming back because there’s always some sort of an issue and she stated “that’s fine, don’t come back.” Clearly, she does not care if she loses a client. Trust me, it’s not worth bringing your pet here. My sister has taken her Aussie here, but stopped when she found scratch marks and scabs that he received from his grooming, and yet again, she showed zero compassion.

Lindsey and her staff were amazing! They were patient with my dog Milo who can be very skiddish. He came home looking so handsome. We normally go to Petco and Lindsey’s prices were significantly lower than what I spend there. I will definitely be going back!

I went in a walk-in today. I wanted to get my dogs nails cut. He recently got them cut two weeks ago. They replied they could cut/grind them more. Instead they grind them for a minute and charged me full price. I rather an honest, not much more can be perhaps less than 10% better. Realistic exceptions rather than a quick make a buck turn around.

Talk to them on the phone told them about our dog's anxiety issues and the need to have a groomer with a good manner with what they do....they said if the dog is anxious and aggressive they would need 2 or 3 people to handle the dog. I said if you need that many people then there is something wrong ...it is the dog sensing and trusting just the groomer. They said fine and the cost would be $80 I said ok. Arrived at the groomer and our dog got along with the groomer but the owner said they would or might need 3 people to handle the dog. And the price would be $120 ..Clearly no ethics or honesty per my phone call.I said no I was lied to and left. The owner clearly copped a attitude as well

Took my Westie there today, looking like hellen Keller groomed her. Owner said she would not shave her and she clearly did and did not listen to me then lied when I called. This lady was so rude on the phone and my dog looks TERRIBLE. And she charged me 85$. Her neck is shaved and u can see her skin, and she looks like someone rushed so bad. This place is terrible and I would NEVER go there again. Such a rip off. And the lady is so nasty. I could have shaved my dog so unevenly and so awful if I wanted to. So upset

We took Tank, our 13 year old Newf who can no longer see or stand too well there for a desperately needed grooming and bath. Lindsey and her assistant were wonderful. Scheduling a special time for us and taking extra special care of our 'old man'. They were just awesome.

My mother while dog sitting brought my Malti poo for a wash.They gave the dog a full groom which consisted of basically a buzz cut.My dog has been who has expertly groomed and styled for 4 yrs now has a complete buzz cut.What kind of place would do that to a a grandma dog sitting who specifically said wash only it's not my dog!!My dog 48hrs later is skiddish and has excessive tear stains all signs of stress.I intend to go beyond Yelp.Daniel Huntington
