The guys are very helpful. Although one time I called and someone on the phone, told me they didn't carry the item . But when I went into the store I was advised that it could be ordered. Overall a great place.

Old school hardware store. You get stellar service, not like the big places. Things are easy to find and they have everything you need. More people should shop @ the smaller places, the service you receive is top notch. Same people have been there for years so they get to know you. They way a hardware store should be. Home depot stinks, and you get lost. Go here instead, you will not be disappointed!

Kings Park Hardware is an excellent neighborhood store. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. The selection is broad and normally the store for fills your needs. If you do not see what you want ask. They have ordered items for me from time to time. In these days of Home Depot and Lowe's it is wonderful to have a well run, well stocked friendly local ease of shopping Hardware store.😊

I discovered this little gem after I constantly would go to the local hardware store in Northport and never find what I needed. This small hardware store is neatly organized and is always fully stocked with everything you would find at bigger hardware chains. This is my favorite hardware store in area. It's tucked away on Indian Head Rd. In a Kings Park. Check it out. Support a wonderful local owner.

For a local hardware store, this place really has an impressive selection. And the staff are really skilled & knowledgeable, they’re not just random guys working. Every time I’ve gone here and needed help, these guys go out of their way to help me and talk through the project. Best local hardware store I’ve ever been to. A+++

It may have been the temporary summer help or, maybe it was the need to always be connected, even when costumers are thanking or needing your help. Unfortunately these kids were not helpful or polite, they were more intune with the devices in their hands than, my need for assistance. Once one of the managers or owners helped, my checkout experience was terrible, I don’t know if the cashier was bored or bothered because of me interrupting her time on her device. I’ll stillShop here, never had a bad experience ( till now ) and usually always find what I need.To management: maybe ask the kids to put the devices aside, when they’re attending customers, or the lack of.

The extensive inventory and knowledgeable staff are reminiscent of the old time hardware stores where you walk out with what you needed for just about any project you could imagine. They’ve helped me out of a jam with tips and work arounds when that seemingly “small project” turned into a can of worms on more than one occasion. They even help you with carrying your purchases and loading it in your car.

Terrible service I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! We went out for a grill because the grills were collapsed and they did not leave lying no kos let in and my children and my whole family were left without eating and I beged to let us in !!! Dolo if he was paid or bribed!
