Went in to pickup a prescription that is always fully covered by my insurance. When the pharmacist went to ring me up, there was a total of $41 owed. I explained that there shouldn’t be a charge, and this prescription has always been free. 10 minutes later, I was handed my prescription - free of charge. When I asked the pharmacist why that happened, I was given no response (quite literally no response). Bizarre. Please check your receipts here and be mindful of your prescription costs because the staff does not seem to know what they are doing anymore.

The CVS pharmacy closest to our home in Kings Park New York 11754. Needs new management they like a Welcoming attitude at this service is ridiculously slow. Even rude at times. We have been to other CVS is nearby. What is a little better? But not as good as Rite Aid.

This morning I had such great customer service ! CVS at this location treats the customers with such excellent customer service! Shout out to Eleanor and her manager! They were fabulous in getting me the things I needed from supplies to balloons ! They were the best! Thank you CVS at Kings Park ! Sign and website says that they are open until 11pm certain days, this is quite obviously not the case since I was just there not too long ago and the 2 male employees rudely informed me that they had closed for the evening promptly at 10pm.

The pharmacy staff was great!I wasn’t able to get a medication at several other pharmacies due to national shortage but the pharmacist Lauren was able to assist me and had my prescription ready for me super fast! She was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Five stars!

Once again, waiting on line is a HUGE problem in this store.One lost and confused looking kid telling me that I had to wait at the end of a third long line because their self service kiosk told me at the end of the transaction that I couldn't pay there due to a malfunction.Cashier sent me to the end of a third long lineI walked outNot worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY if at all possible. Not only are they unhelpful in the pharmacy, they also are dismissive and rude. I have moved all my Rxs to a "customer friendly" pharmacy that I believe will be more helpful when it comes to administration issues. Even my insurance carrier advised to not use this pharmacy because the are "difficult to work with'>

cvs (in kings park) charged insurance for a particular shot that cvs never administered to a person I know. The person had to call cvs, and complain, to get this reversed.posted later: when the new covid shot came out, it was not initially covered by insurance yet. cvs was booking appoomtments fir the shot with no announcement it was not covered yet. I saw multiple show up for that shot that complained they had not been tole about the insurance delay.

I currently have the flu and trying to get a prescription filled is the most difficult thing through this store. I’ve been trying for hours to fill this script. Obviously not a well stocked store. They were out of both cough medications called in for me. Poor communication between customer/CVS/Dr office. I called before heading up to see if my meds were ready and was left on hold for more than 15 minutes. I took the ride anyway just to be told they once again were out of stock. I had to have my prescription called into a different local pharmacy. What a waste of my time!

Friendly and helpful staff. One of the better stores. I don’t understand the low reviews. If you go during rush hour there are longer lines - of course. This is one of the friendliest cvs stores I have been to. The staff and pharmacy staff are always super friendly. Even when I call I get friendly and helpful staff. That have gone out of their way on multiple occasions. This is a small town store with a small town feel despite the big brand. Everyone that works there is always so nice and helpful and always says hi. I love the convenience of the dairy and food sections for when I need something quick.

I love this cvs the staff is friendly and more then willing to go out of the way for their customers. The store is always clean. The the layout of the store makes it very easy to find what you are looking for. I recommend any one who lives in the area to use this CVS!

Bad staff, I went to pay and something did not come out at the correct price. I tell her I don't want it and she got mad because she had to do the whole transaction again. I told her why are you angry? it's not my fault. 😡 I never go back to buy at this location.

Really don't appreciate their Pharmacy Tech giving me completely false and illogical information about my insurance Rx coverage that caused me to talk to my HR Dept, Insurance carrier, and a different (COMPETENT) CVS employee to straighten out and confirm that I DID in fact have a copay for my medication and the employee I spoke to on Sunday was apparently to lazy to enter my new carrier information into the system like he should have. One more mistake like this and I'm a Rite Aid customer instead.....
