Totally disrespectful to a client, asked me to moved from the parking lot as I was eating in my car the food and drinks I got I the place.Never return here I will move forward to fill up a complaint to the corporate office.I can’t believe 711 sale a franchise and don’t properly train their management so they can provide an efficient courteous service, places like this don’t deserve local business, go to Walmart and buy a coffee maker and save a lot by making you own coffee, you probably spend just in coffee In this place if you get it once a day about 1100 a year, so believe me you money is worthy, you must be respected as a client everywhere you go.

The owner is very nice and the Indians that work there the older one is very nice and keeps the place clean. However when the lady Sally is working and the 2 young girls, or the younger Indian, the place is never stocked the counters are always filthy. they're sitting on their phones the coffee is not made there's not sugar or creamers stocked up and they are talking about other employees, and not helping customers. the owner of the store needs to hire competent individuals to run her location this is a badd representation of your business.they are collecting a pay check and not doing the job they were hired for..

I bought lucky 7s and instant take 5 to them, when i was claiming the prize on the tickets, i was on que, together with other customers. when it was already my turn, the clerk on the counter, entertained all those lining up behind me, i told him, it’s my turn, but he went ahead and let those customers paid their stuff instead. I told him i have to go to work also but kept on entertaining those behind me. . I asked his name and he said, “no name”. I think, this store should practice the “first come first serve” basis, no matter what you bought or claiming from them. And not because i am just claiming my winnings , the fact i bought the ticket there, still, they should go ahead with those on the line. Bad service…

you coffee is no where as good as it used to be. Frequently the coffee is very strong and/or Luke warm. the original bun pots were the best coffee.
