I was SO happy to be able to order their bagels and coffee and get them delivered to a nearby nursing home (where I was watching my uncle die from an aggressive cancer).They say in order to take care of others you need to take care of yourself; getting s wonderful hot coffee and food, within minutes, allowed me to have the mindset and strength to get through the tough road ahead.

One of the best place to get bagels around. Nice selection of bagels to take home as well as prepared ones. I have not tried their most advanced breakfast options which look very appealing. Very nice staff. Easy street parking.Vegetarian options: Nice selection of vegetarian choices, however, nothing vegan except the bagels by themselves.

Very nice place to grab breakfast. The service is prompt and they have a wide selection of sweet and savory bagels. They also have an extensive drink menu. We got the chai latte which could have used some more chai. I got a maple french toast bagel with cream cheese which was very good and different. My dining companions had lox and cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place. The prices are very good too

I drove 50 minutes from Pittsfield Ma to try their bagels and I don't know how to say just how awesome this spot is except to say... I would make the drive every morning if I could. The breakfast sandwich was unreal. The coffee is top notch, the service was fast considering how busy they were, and friendly too. The building is a gem, inside and out and even the drive there is a gift, being that you travel past some of the most beautiful, historic parts of the country.My hat is off to these folks. You nailed it.

There was a line to get in so apparently this is a pretty popular place. The bagels were soft and delicious, the coffee was pretty good. I also got an order of homefries which were okay. I would have preferred them to be cooked a little more so that there was a slight crust on them. Also, there was oil in the bottom of the bowl. I got "The Runner's Club" bagel sandwich and added provolone cheese. Definitely worth a try. They also have a nice variety of cream cheeses.

The food is really good, but on multiple occasions I've seen the workers answer the phone or handle money/use the register with gloves on, then they go back to making food without changing their gloves, which is very unsanitary. Also, it's nothing against the business, but there is a group of old men who are regulars who loudly complain about people who come in if they look like they might be younger democrats. While the business themselves, they should be speaking to their regulars to remind them that this is a business where anyone can come in and spend their money.

Bagels so good I took six back to NYC after staying nearby for a few days. The place offers great coffee, bagels, pastries and small dishes served by a hard-working and cheerful staff. Lots of seats available which is nice because people tend to linger and talk.

Adorable place. Full of charm. Tasteful bagels. Let me share a non logical fact: I ordered a California lox bagel: lox, cream cheese, avocado and cucumber. They were out of avocado. I ordered the bagel anyway. The price was the same. Is this fair? Usually a commercial gesture is suggested: a free item… The saleslady had no clue. I don’t blame her since she is young and seemed inexperienced. What about the manager of this place?

I grew up on LI and lived blocks away from A&S Bagels. I have not had a true NY bagel in 30 years. I was ecstatic to find this bagel plus shop. Outstanding quality, taste and variety in an upstate establishment. I look forward to making trips there often. I hope to see you all in line soon. Amazing new flavored cream cheese = mango habanero and cherry pie! Delicious!

Stopped for lunch had a chicken caprese onion bagel very good. Outside tables available social distancing and staff wore masks. Would definitely stop there if in the area

Since moving upstate, finding good bagels can be a bit of a challenge. Broad street is by far the best. The bagels are some of the best I've had. You can tell love and care was put into developing their recipe. The sandwiches are great too. This is very much one of my favorite, go-to, regular spots in the region. Hard to beat!

If you want a real bagel, this is the place to go. Having lived in Brooklyn for most of my life, I can attest that their bagels are among the best anywhere. They also have good choices for lunch and breakfast and all their sandwiches are excellent. My only complaint is that people seem to agree with me, and, as everything is made to order, that means that the wait can be long. However, when you get whatever you order, the wait experience will be forgotten as you bite into deliciousness.

Ordered hot breakfast sandwiches and a hot drink ($24) on a 32 degree morning at 7:39 am and was informed my order would be ready at 8:14am. I arrived 5 minutes early and found my order placed outside on a table.The order had clearly been ready for a while because the sandwiches and the drink were cold.Why would you do this? Either get the timing of the order preparation in line with the pick up time or keep hot items inside where they can be kept warm.Disappointed

First time here we had a couple of bagel sandwiches. Mine was lox & cream cheese on an everything bagel. Very good. Second time here I was seen but ignored while I stood at the counter. After several minutes of that I went and had a couple of great slices at the new pizza place down the street.

After many favorable comments on Facebook, we decided to visit. Service was friendly and prompt. Breakfast entrees were great along with a very nice coffee blend. The bagels are some of the best We've had locally. 35 minute drive for us but so worth it. Thanks for everything.

Yes, they are as good as LI bagels.Now that I've been here long enough for Broad Street Bagel to be a Sunday staple, I'm actually excited to go back to Long island to ask "are they as good as kinderhook bagels" 😉
