Longtime consumer of American Club.. Quality of tobacco has decreased over the last 5 years. The worst part is the cheaper packaging the company started using about 2 years ago. The zipper seal breaks in the fist week of use, and I'm referring to 1 lb bags. This causes a high percentage of the tobacco to dry out prematurely. Strands of adhesive used to attach the zipper seal that always rips away from the bag. Strands of glue fall into the tobacco. See photos. Bag and seal used to last forever, now the company's cheap decisions ruin any value their product offered.

I have been using these tubes for years now. Lately I would say that 8 out of 10 cartons of tubes have been anywhere from 5 to 9 tubes short. What is the issue here? Either one of your employees is stealing these or you're purposely leaving them out. I buy sleeves of these at a time which means they are all factory sealed. When added up I am losing out on a LOT of money over time. What's the issue???

recently their seneca brand the filter to paper glue is not working. theyre seperating and coming undone. feel like im smoking lights. they definitely changed their glue or process. might have to change brands

There is nothing good to say about American club tobacco it’s stale it’s mostly air in the bag crumbles into powder The tobacco goes 1/3 into the tube and rips the tube in half take 30 minutes to roll one cigarette worst tobacco I’ve ever wasted money on. Spend the extra dollar you are trying to save and save your sanity instead there I cheap tobacco’s that are better in flavor and quality in comparison. this is like smoking dry grass which would be easier to push into a tube with a stick than this horrible tobacco.

Update April 9 2024Now I don't use any of their products I stopped just after the start of the new year of 2024. The tobacco always tasted like a dirty swimming pool water and the tubes wasn't sealed on the seams and they made the filters shorter so you use more tobacco and you actually was wasting more tobacco in the long run.

I smoke Seneca Blue Cigars. For those of you that don't know - they go out when you stop smoking them (i.e. set them down, then come back) because they don't add the ingredients that come in bigger name commercial cigarettes that a) keep them lit when not actively being smoked, and b) add mightily to the carcinogens in those cigarettes. Seems like a plus...not a negative.

I've been using sago green tubes rolling my own cigarettes and have noticed over the past 6 months or so that your king size tubes have been either 20 or 25 short in every carton. Need to check your machines.

I live in Texas and the Seneca Green Cigars were not sealed in the body or at the filter properly & each pack has been that way lately. Multiple packs out of a carton are difficult to use. I have to seal the tube & filter to be able to smoke them. Not a good product very disappointed. I have been a long time user of this product & feel that it needs to fixed.

I smoke the seneca blue cigars mostly.. 4 years now..great product when they will smoke. last 6 months or so been getting cartons with at least half the packs are unsmokeable. cant get a hit off them, suck your lungs out and barely a puff.. be warned

Lately Seneca Blue filtered cigars are so poorly made they aren't even smokable. Just bought a carton and these are the worst I have ever seen. Almost every single one is that bad. Gave up and switched to Gold Rush brand. Now I can't get them so I switched to Cheyenne. Twice the price. 3 months later, decided to give Seneca another chance and they are slightly better but still consistently defective.

We have been smoking American Club Red and Blue tabacco for like 4 5 years now and AND PERFERED This brand hands down but the LAST 4 or 5 months now out of every bag 2 1lbs bag amonth every 3rd or 4th cigarette we roll has been tasting and and Smelling whorable like chemicals like you have a gym or swimming pool in your mouth. I feel like we're being poisoned or selling moldie tobacco. I don't know but something has changed and it is not for the good at all..

I have been buying Sago tubes for years and lately I have been having a lot of problems. The seams are coming apart, the filters are somewhat falling out and the count is always short. I would appreciate some compensation and for this problem taken care of please.

Up until 6 or 8 months ago, I would have given 5 stars. Now the sago king blue box is terrible. The paper isn't glued or I smoke about an inch then it falls apart. THESE ARE AMERICAN MADE? Where's the pride in putting out inferior products?

I purchased king tubes (blue) which did not fit any of my machines and I have 3. I had to purchase king tubes again the next month only got (red) and still don't fit. I contacted the office in New York and was very pleasantly surprised. I explained what was going on, I was told the person I needed to speak with wasn't available but would call me back. Not only did I receive a call back, I was asked if I could send pictures of what was happening & the identifying number on the box, which wasn't a problem. Not only did they do what they said, they were very helpful and polite & are replacing the tubes. I'm very impressed & will continue to purchasethis companies products.

Ive been using sago cigarette tubes and American club tobacco.for a long time now. I get the Light blue box. I buy them in large quantities. I like the flavor. But ive been noticing for the last year. Ither the box is missing tubes or some of the tubes are not Sealed all the way. Making them open up as the Tobacco is being placed in them by the m Machine. Its clear as day becuase the tubes right out of the box are wider then normal. From my last Purchase. Alone. Ive now got four boxes of tubes. That i cant use. No telli g how many more boxes ive Purchased . That ive not yet looked at . Please make this write. The only reasion im on here writing this now. is because . This has gone on to long. I was hopeful. That this was a Temporary issue butI . I was wrong. I in the past have Spoke to the store that I got them from and they say they cant do anything about it.

I bought 14 cartons of Seneca extra smooth menthol cigarettes. Very, very disappointed and upset because all of my filters fall off. What is going on? I spent enough money to not have to tape every filter back on before smoking one. I called the reservation where I purchased them and they can not do anything. Terrible product!! I have been using these products for many years and never had a problem til now.

Just bought a box and am having a problems with the seams staying sealed and constantly coming undone along with the filter coming out the top. It’s so annoying when you buy eight boxes album and four that I’ve opened are all like this I only get half of a box. That actually work. Annoying

I bought 2 boxes from tobacco store in bend Oregon and the didn't fit in my roller end. I had no way to a store for two days and had to go without smoking and that pisses me off to no end

I just tried my first box of tubes with this brand. So far I'm 0-9 to roll a smoke without tearing the paper 3/4 of the way down. Won't stay lit either. Learned my lesson about trying new tubes!! It's straight to the trash with these. And of course zero customer support! Shame on this company! Gambler I'm on my way back.

Last few times I bought king size tubes..... I buy up to 6 boxes of tubes at a time I had to throw out half of them because the seams split all the way to the filter or the filter slides completely out of the paper. I am so disappointed I had to get more expensive tubes.

I sometimes get the sago tubes from this company. Its like every other box I get is missing tubes and they fall apart when I am rolling. They are cheap but for another dollar, you can get much better quality then these. You can't expect anything to done when you call them. I called them 5 times about the count and quality issues in a span of 1 year. They obviously don't care.

Bought the Sago tubes for a while now and every box has had a couple bad tubes but was still worth the price, however this last box i bought was terrible and i will no longer be buying them. Had tubes with missing filters, tubes where the filter would push out of the end, tubes with split seams, and tubes that just wouldnt go on my roller. Do not recommend their products at all.

Been smoking American Club for over 2 years and they have gotten real sloppy in the processing of it. Lot's of stems and stem pieces in every bag! Thinking of switching to another brand. They keep blowing out the tubes. Sloppy work people! Going to loose a lot of customers. UPDATE; Still buying American Club tobacco, they started to cut their stems into very small pieces making it even harder to remove them if you have big fingers like mine. Why don't they just pick the stems out like other tobacco companies, then they would have to go up on their price and would not sell as much. Duhhhhh.
